Sehun wanted to argue with Kyungsoo when the other made him follow, but he contained himself. 

"What do you think you were doing?" Kyungsoo asked while walking.

Sehun stared at his back as he contemplated the answer, "Trying to console someone who was crying."

"Trying to console a criminal, you mean."

"He says that it is a misunderstanding. Oof-" Sehun bumped into Kyungsoo who had abruptly stopped walking as now they were at the kitchen. Minseok had been fed and sent to his room early because the boy was tired and scared. Yixing and Jongin (well mainly Yixing. Jongin was just there because of Yixing) were trying to read him to sleep. The kid didn't have a stomach for the gory dwarf fairytales it seems....

"And you believed him? A criminal tells you that he is innocent and you believe him?"

"Innocent until proven guilty Kyungsoo."

Kyungsoo sighed, "Yes Sehun, I apologize for that. What I am trying to say is that you shouldn't be doing this to yourself. We don't know if he is completely innocent either. Even if he was innocent, he is a grown human man. What are the chances he will stay with you? You just met him today Sehun. I am worried about you. I don't want you to have a heartbreak over someone."

"Do you think I don't know that?" Sehun said bristling

"I know you do...and i can see that you are hurting already. It pains me to see that. I wish you wouldn't put yourself through this."

And just like Sehun's anger melted away and a surge of emotion caused him to choke out a sob.

"Kyungsoo, what should I do? I saw him and I fell in love and I am so scared. What will happen to me after tomorrow? What will happen to him? It hurts to see him suffer, and I want to believe him so hard, but I am afraid that I am being too biased...I am afraid of what I am feeling and its all just horrible. Kyungsoo help me!"

Kyungsoo hugged Sehun and squeezed. He didn't know how to help despite wanting to.

Sehun continued speaking. "He said that he was training Minseok when he wandered off and Tao was scared for him. He said that King Suho should have informed him of the training. Can't we ask Minseok and check if there is a misunderstanding? Please?"

Kyungsoo nodded, deep in thought. "I will go talk to Chanyeol about this. Would you like to come?"

Sehun shook his head, "I want to go back to Tao before Baekhyun kills him with his bad humor."

Kyungsoo hit his head before wiping tears off his face, "Baekhyun is the funniest in this household. I don't know what you are talking about. He is the life of the party."

"Ever think about how you are the only one who says and thinks so?" Sehun asked, his bratty grin back on face.
