After changing, the two princes made their way to the basement. Minseok cowered behind Luhan when he looked at Tao since he was still afraid of the hunter. Tao, on the other hand, looked like a kicked puppy, ready to cry at any moment. The other dwarfs had been assembled there, and they all looked like they knew something. 

Tao was the first to speak up. "Little goos- no prince Minseok. I thought you remembered me, but I am Tao, a very close friend of your dad. I was told that he asked for me personally to conduct your survival training. I feel like there has been a misunderstanding. I never could even imagine hurting you. You are as much my son as you are his. I used to play with you when you were but a baby. You loved me a lot but you forgot about me as you grew up."

Minseok came forward because he felt the hurt in the hunter's voice, saw the pain in his eyes. He realized that because of his hasty actions, assumptions, and refusal to communicate well, he had hurt a lot of people around him. He couldn't even imagine what Suho must be feeling right now. If what he saw on Tao was anything to go by, Suho must be crushed by this. Minseok felt ashamed of himself. He had lost the trust of his step-father, because he broke the bond trust first, or maybe he had never tried hard enough to even form it. What was Kris doing right now? Did he also feel betrayed? His maid? Did she feel like he made a fool of her? His kingdom... his people must think he is an idiot now-

Luhan flicked Minseok's forehead, "Hey doofus, stop thinking so much about things. We are here now aren't we? We can fix things."

Sehun spoke up, "Tao, why don't you tell him about why you call him goose?"

Tao looked at Sehun with thankful eyes, and maybe a bit more than thankfulness, "It was because i used to tease you by taking away your toys and you would run after me like an angry snow goose. Since everyone called you snow white, i thought i should call you snow goose, my own personal endearment for you. Prince Minseok, I understand that it was out of place of me to get so familiar with you since you don't have mutual feeling of friendship, and I should have not expected it either after such a long time. I apologize."

Minseok was about to say that he didn't need to apologize, but he got scared when the hunter spontaneously burst into loud sobs. "Wha- W- I didn't. Why are you crying. Oh my god! I am the one who is sorry! Please don't cry. I apologize. It was my mistake that I assumed things and didn't bother checking. Please Tao."

Sehun gave him a reassuring look before hugging Tao to calm him down. It would have been a funny sight otherwise, but Minseok himself had dissolved into hiccuping sobs, with Luhan trying to comfort him while the other dwarfs watched on with amusement. Baekhyun was even giggling as he hid his face behind Kyungsoo's neck.

But letting out your emotions is good, and Minseok was feeling much better once he was done. His guilt was there, but it wasn't destructive. He had a sense of purpose now. He was going to fix everything and apologize to Suho, and he told everyone this.

Luhan rubbed the back of his head, "That. is. a very good idea. hmm. but you see, Suh
