Wedding Day

Taeyang Pov

I was shocked when the boys told me that they managed to convince Sarah to come for the wedding and to be paired with me. I was determined to use this time to finally talk to her and set things straight. I have that box with me that I wanted to give to her back then but I never did because everything ended due to my stupid mistake. Sarah finally opened up her SNS accounts and I was surprised to find out that she was in the American division of YG Ent all along. I could have gone and find her there but I guess that she managed to shut up everyone from telling me her location.

I was standing outside her room in my tuxedo waiting to pick her up. Everyone else was waiting at the wedding hall. The media has been barred from coming in and all they are getting is filtered photos and statements from us. After all, it was a YG Family event and pretty much all of the couples that we are announcing are YG Family members. I do hope that someday Sarah and me will be the one announcing our engagement or marriage. But for now, all I need to do is just have some balls and get her to the wedding hall. I rang the doorbell and was stunned into silence when I saw her in that beautiful coral dress. She smiled a weak smile at me and just said "Hi, it's been awhile. I think we should go to the hall now."

Sarah Pov

I took Taeyang's arm and walked to the hall with him. Even after 3 years, he still had this effect on me and I just hope that I could just get through the day. I will not lie that I have moved on. I do still love him and I ran away out of hurt but I would take him back in a heartbeat if only I could trust that things will be different. 

Narrator Pov

The ceremony all went well and needless to say that the media got wind that Sarah was back for the wedding and was paired with Taeyang. It did not take long for rumors to start but seeing that two surprise engagements were announced alongside a known couple getting married and two surprise couples getting married, the news of Taeyang and Sarah got drowned out. The wedding dinner went down successfully and Sarah smiled happily to see her friends all happily contented either married or engaged. She did wonder if it will happen for her. 

She decided to take a walk in the hotel garden to clear her head. She did not notice that one person was watching her very closely and decided to follow her out while holding that box in his hand. He was waiting for the right time to give it to her.

Sarah Pov

I decided to take a walk in the garden to clear my head. I guess the champagne got to me and I was starting to tear up feeling all alone in the midst of the happy couples. I suddenly felt a hug from behind me. "Sarah, it's me. I don't know how to say this but I'm really sorry for whatever happened between us. I never meant to hurt you and I wish you could give us another chance. I really want to make it work this time.", I heard Taeyang's voice said to me. Next thing I know, Taeyang was down on one knee with a ring box. "I meant to give this to you when we had reached our one year anniversary. I waited so long for you and yet I threw us away because of something stupid I did. I am not asking you to marry me right now but I'm asking you to give us another chance. Another chance to make it work and possibly, maybe marriage in the future?" He said while down on one knee.

"Taeyang, you are always my sun and protector. I ran away because what you did really hurt me so badly that I couldn't process it at all. I will give you one more chance but only one more. I loved you and I always will." I told him.

He hugged me and slipped the ring on my ring finger. We both walked back hands in hands to the hall. Everyone gave us an applause to see us back together. We will not know what will happen in the next few hours or tomorrow or next few years but all I can say is that I know we both love each other. Anything beyond that is anyone's guess.

It's finally ended. I decided to leave more of an open ending as in real life, nothing is entirely certain and no one can guarantee a happy ending.
