Kris' P.O.V

When the bell went off and everyone had to return back to their respective classes, I thought this is the perfect opportunity to ask Tao. Baekhyun, Chanyeol, Kai and Kyungsoo had class together while Suho and lay had photography meeting to be present at and Xiumin and Chan had football practice.

"Tao!" I shouted causing the other students to bring to a halt and glance at me including Tao himself but they speedily resumed their journey as everyone had lessons. Luhan and I had free period but I don't know where he ran off to, probably watching Xiumin practicing football.

"Hey, can I have a chat with you?" I asked Zitao hoping he'd be in agreement but with the way he acts around me, it's hard to tell. "Actually, I... am... a bit busy." He said scratching his nape but with the way he is stuttering, I know it’s a lie. "2 minutes only." I alleged raising two of my fingers to indicate that I’m going to take only two minutes to which he nodded.

"Do you want to come over to my house?" I said as I have mentioned, I was never the one to beat around the bush.

"Huh? Sorry?" He inquired gawking at me with wide eyes as if I was asking him to go on a diet to lose fat which he doesn't have.

"Wu Chun was wondering if you're free today because he wants to treat you." Of course I would leave out the detail that they were meant to eat out.

"I... Sure." Why? Why did you say yes to him? Why did you whisper to Kai? Why did you accept the food Chan offered you?

Why are you avoiding me?

"I'm... Not...Avoi....ding you." He stuttered and I realized I said the last sentence out loud. He turned his back to me attempting to break away from my confrontation. 

Since this subject has been brought up, why not just discuss it over like mature kids. I seized his wrist before he could abscond and pulled him back, pushing him adjacent to the wall in the process.

"What...are... you doing?" He once again stuttered but I'm sorry Tao. If you think I would make an apology and back away like I did last time then you are mistaken because that’s not going to happen anytime soon. How can you just enter my life like a volcano, give me these weird feelings and ignore me afterwards? The way my heart swells when I’m near you, the butterflies I get in my stomach when I hold your hand. Everything is just so mystifying and I know the answer lies somewhere within you. So no Tao, I can’t let you avoid me.

"Are you not going to tell me the reason?" I whispered in his ear cornering him against the wall, placing both of my arms on his sides not wanting to give him a chance to escape. I can't seem to be in command of my body because despite my brain’s warnings, I want to be in the close proximity with him. For some strange reasons, I don't mind the closeness at all; it is something that I sought for now.

"I don't...know…what you…are talking about." He muttered shifting his gaze to the floor.  Lies, all lies! You know everything Tao.

"Tao. Look at me." I whispered not
