Soojung’s POV

Taeyeon messaged me that we should talk personally. I don’t know what he’s up to but I think it’s really important. I told him that I’ll try my best to meet with him today. I also got to tell him about my plans on college but first I need to tell my parents.

“Mom?” I called her.. she is busy preparing our lunch.

“Yes honey?”

“Ah maybe later?”

“Okay then hey Soojung can you call your dad and your sister upstairs? We’ll eat in a few.”

“Okay Mom.”

I went upstairs and called them, we’re now on the dining table and silently eating. Yul oppa is working today that’s why he can’t join us. Unnie got sick that’s why she’s on leave.

“Jessica are you feeling much better?” Dad asked

“Yeah Dad I just need to rest.”

“Unnie you need to drink your vitamins more often.” I said as I fill my plate with more food hehe.

“Yeah I will.” she smiled

We were silent again until I decided that I should tell them now. AHHH I hope they’ll be fine with it.

“Mom? Dad? Unnie?” they all looked at me

“Yes honey?”

“I want to stay here.” I said and they looked at me weirdly

“Of course you’ll stay here where else would you go?” Dad said in a joking manner and they chuckled

“NOOO!” I pouted “That’s not what I meant Dad.” They all became serious. Unnie looked at me and raised her brow

“I..I want to stay here for college. I don’t want to go to the US.” Dad slowly put his spoon down

“But Soojung? I thought you really want to go there I mean you said it was your dream to study in California.” Mom said with slight worry and disappointment in her voice “You didn’t fail did you?”

“No.” I shook my head

“Why did you suddenly change your mind?” Mom asked

“I.. I want to stay here with you guys.” I smiled. Unnie looked at me and I know that she knows the real reason. I’m sorry unnie.

“Dad?” I looked at Daddy and he just nodded

“If that’s what you want I’m fine with it.” OH GOSH! THANK YOU DADDY!

“Mom?” she looked at me and smiled

“What can I do? Even if I want you to pursue that medical school… uh it’s fine.. whatever you like.”

“Thank you so much!” I got up on my seat and hugged each one of them

“Thank you Mom!” I kissed her cheek “

“Thank you Dad!” I hugged him really really tight

“Unnie!” she patted my head

“I love you.” she whispered.

After our lunch I asked Dad if I could go out for a while luckily he let me. I am changing my clothes when unnie suddenly came in.

“Unnie! yah! You should knock fist!” I said

“Hehe sorry.” she sat on my bed and looked at me “You received the application letter already?”

“Yeah.” I nodded

“You passed?”

“I did.”

“You really don’t wanna go?” I think she really wants me to pursue studying there. but I can also study here right? It’ll be the same. Plus I won’t be away from them.

“I don’t want to be away from you guys.” I answered

“Is it really us or him?” she teased

“Unnie!”

“It’s fine with me.. Did you tell him already?”

“Uh actually I’m planning to meet him today.”

“Really?”

“Yeah.”

“Did..uh he..” I looked at her

“What unnie?”

“ah nothing send my regards to him okay?”

“Okay unnie.” she went out of my room after that.

Taeyeon’s POV

Soojung said earlier that she can’t meet with me so I just decided to go to Tiffany’s house and visit them. I bought some food for them too.

“Hi Tae.” Tiffany greeted me

“Hi where is he?” I asked and looked around

“He’s in his room come on in.” I got inside and waited for them. Taeyong jumped on me when he saw me. hehe such a cute kid.

“Appa! Appa!” he called when I peppered him kisses on his cheek

“How you doing buddy?”

“I’m fine appa! App! Let’s play the game you bought me!”

And there we played the monopoly set I bought him few days ago. Hehe. I really had fun playing with him. I wish Krystal could meet him soon and I hope that she’ll like him. They are so important to me that I can’t bear to lose any one of them.

“Hey let’s have lunch first!” Tiffany said and we stopped playing

“Let’s continue later.” I told him and he smiled

We ate the food I bought and Yong really liked it. Hehe I was happy he enjoyed it. After lunch Tiffany walked to me.

“Taeyeon can we talk?” well we haven’t really talk ever since. I mean smally chatters and it’s all about Taeyong.
