“Oh Jessica dear you’re here already?” Mama Jung greeted Jessica when she got inside the house. Soojung and Yul are sitting on the couch when Jessica came.

“Hey mom.” She smiled

“Hi unnie!” Krystal greeted from the couch

“Hi babe!” Yul stood up and kissed Jessica on the cheek

“Hey.” Jessica answered. Soojung resumed on watching TV and Jessica just couldn’t help but stare at her sister.

“Have you eaten hon?” Yul asked that broke Jessica’s trance

“Yeah I did.” She nodded

“Where did you go unnie?” Krystal asked

“I just went to the mall to check for some stuff.” She smiled still looking at her sister

“Oh.” Soojung nodded

“Why didn’t you tell me hon. I could’ve go with you.” Yul said while putting his arms around Jessica

“It’s okay Yul.” She smiled at him

Krystal’s phone buzzed so she excused herself first. “I…I’ll be at my room.” she said before walking away from the two.

“Come on Yul let’s go upstairs.” Jessica dragged Yul to their room when Soojung was nowhere in sight.

“So what are you doing now?” Krsytal asked while she’s lying on her bed.

“Finishing this sets of papers.” Taeyeon chuckled on the other line “You?”

“Well I’m lying on the bed now.”

“No homeworks?”

“Nahhh.” She giggled

“Uh hey babe? I’ll call you back alright? I think someone’s at the door.”

“Okay babe.”

“Bye.”

“Bye baby.”

Krystal put her phone down and smiled.

“So you’re telling me that you think that your sister is dating someone?” Yul asked still slightly confused.

Jessica had told him about all her speculations and suspicions about Krystal and that she went to Sulli’s house earlier and Krystal wasn’t their but told them earlier that that’s where she’ll be spending the day.

“Yes?”

“Wait how sure are you about that hon?”

“YUL! Aren’t you listening? I found some loveletters from her desk!”

“Hmmmm.” Yul nodded and tapped his chin “So what are you planning to do?”

“I don’t know. I’d like to know who’s that guy she’s dating”

“Then?”

“I don’t know it depends if I like the guy and if not.”

“Wae? Are you planning to break them up?” Yul asked with disbelief

“But they’re still too young! Krystal is 17!”

“Maybe you should just ask your sister.”

“I thought of that honey .. but this is seems different.. I feel that she doesn’t want me to know about this one.” She said sadly “You know that we don’t keep secrets with each other right? But this.. I feel that she’ll keep this till I don’t know when.”

“Maybe she’s not yet ready?”

“I don’t know Yul.”

“Ahhhww honey it’s alright Krystal’s just growing up.”

“I don’t want her to get hurt.”

Yul smiled and pulled Jessica closer to her “Don’t think of that. It’ll be okay and I bet that your sister is really smart and would pick a guy that wouldn’t hurt her.”

Jessica smiled “Yeah I hope she will.”

The next morning

While having breakfast Jessica still couldn’t stop looking at her sister.

“Krystal do you still have that old ballet shoes you worn last year.” Mama Jung asked

“Hmmm.” Krystal nodded “Why?”

“Your cousin wants to borrow it.”

“Oh cool.”

“Where is it?”

“It’s on my cabinet..” she said while eating her food “At the bottom part… just beside the big black box.”

“Okay I’ll be borrowing it later dear.”

“Okay Mom.”

“Soojung how’s school?” It was Papa Jung who asked

“It’s great dad.” She showed her toothy smile

“How about that Algebra class of yours?” Krystal almost choked on her food.

“Soojung! Be careful.” Jessica said while handling Krystal some water. “Eat slowly.”

“uhh.. yeah sorry.” she apologized

“So? How it is doing? Your tutor what’s her name again?”

“It’s Seohyun unnie.” she answered “And it’s fine dad. i..i think I improved.” She laughed

The family chuckled at the youngest Jung. “Alright that’s good to hear. Finish up your food.”
