Chapter 23

Taeyeon’s POV

2 days later.

My alarm went off so I lazily drag myself to the bathroom. I took a bath and wore the shirt Krystal gave me as one of her gifts. Hehe. I’m gonna meet with her because tomorrow they’ll be flying to Jeju. I took one last look at myself then picked the bag that was on top of my table.

“Seo! I’ll meet up with Soojung today alright?” I shouted when I got down from my room

“Okay oppa take care!”

“Neh! I’ll go now! bye!”

“Bye!”

I was sitting on my usual seat waiting for Krystal to arrive. She said she’s on her way though. I am just reading a magazine when my phone suddenly vibrated.

Fr: Sunny

Taengoo! Tomorrow at 6pm aye?

I smiled then replied to her.

To: Sunny

Yep! All set madam! Who’s coming tho?

Fr: Sunny

Just us. Sica couldn’t go she said she’s going on a trip.

To: Sunny

Okay then! Should I bring something?

Fr: Sunny

No. yourself is just fine! HAHA. See you Tae!

I can’t help but laugh a little.

To: Sunny

Alright! Bye Sunkyu! :)

I looked up and I didn’t notice that Krystal was already here. She was looking at me weirdly then motioned for my phone.

“Uhh hey babe! I didn’t notice you!” I laughed and let her sit

“Who’s that your texting?” she asked as she took a sit

“Oh that’s my friend Sunny. She’s inviting me to attend a Christmas party tomorrow.” I answered then also took a sit infront of her.

She nodded “What’s that?” she motioned at the bag beside me. oh she noticed it already

“Oh this one?” I looked at it “You’ll know later.” I winked

“Tsss. Kim Taeyeon.”

“What would you like? I’ll order.”

We were halfway on our food when her phone suddenly ring. She excused herself first and answered it I just continued on eating.

“Sorry it was Yul oppa.” She apologized when she got back

“It’s okay.” I smiled

We continued eating until she started talking. “Tae.”

“Yeah?”

“Tae I’ll be gone for a week or so and I’m expecting you to behave while I’m not here.” She said in a serious tone I looked at her and nodded

“I will babe.”

“And if you attend parties don’t forget to tell me okay? I’m not gonna stop you going to parties but I don’t want you drinking.”

“Beers?” I cutely pouted

“Beers.” She looked at me and heaved a sigh “Fine! But don’t get drunk okay?”

“Yes baby.” I answered cutely “I promise you that I’ll behave and no drinking. Only beers. Hehe.”

“And always check your phone so I won’t get worried.” She smiled.

I held her hand in mine “Don’t worry I’ll just stay home most of the time hehe. don’t think too much or you’ll stress yourself just enjoy your vacation with your family.”

“Yeah thanks Tae.”

When we finished eating Yul called her again because Mr. Jung is already looking for her. She apologized to me for she didn’t know that her father was going home earlier.

“I’m really sorry babe! I thought Dad was going home later.” She told me when we got out of the diner

“It’s okay babe.” I assured her “I had fun though it was short.”

Yeah I truly had fun even though we just talked and talked or should I say she just talked and talked. You know all her what nots and stuffs. Hehe.

“I’ll see you next week.” She said then hugged me “I’m gonna miss you so much.”

“Ahhww I’ll miss you too baby.” I said as I kissed her hair

“Don’t open it until Christmas okay.” she mumbled then slipped something on my pocket. She looked at me and laughed “Advance merry Christmas Mr. Kim.”

“Ahhh! You.” I pinched her nose “Advance Merry Christmas.” I pulled something from the bag and gave it to her. “Don’t open until Christmas aye?” I grinned

We both chuckled then hugged each other. “Enjoy alright? And I love you.” I whispered

“I love you too.” She said then she kissed my cheek
