Narrator's POV

"I'm not sure about this" Chaerin said as she constantly checked her phone

"come on, it'll be fun" Chanmi said

"yeah Rin-ah, it's the showdown" Jooyoung said "wear something hot and we'll show up some cocky es"

"but Nathan literally just had his operation" Chaerin whined

"and he needs to be resting his eyes right now, which means party for us" Taehyun said "now come on you hoe!"

The 6 of them gathered around to the venue. Chaerin was more than ready to compete, but her mind couldn't help but drift off to her brother and her boyfriend who she hasn't heard in at least a week. The showdown is basically another name for a riff-off. It looked something like out of Pitch Perfect

"-girls girls girls, they love me-"

"I need U girl, wae, honja saranghago, honjaseoman ibyeolhae" Jungho sang out of nowhere, cutting Chaerin off. The girl scoffed and smirked as he kept on singing, until someone else cut him off with 'Alone' by Sistar. Chaerin took his hand and led him away from the crowd before jumping on him with a hug

"you stopped contacting me for two weeks, I thought you were done with me or something" she said, her voice muffled by his shoulder

"I would never be done with you" he said her hair

"you made it jagi" Chaerin whispered, no signs of letting go any time soon "after 3 long hard years"

"I wouldn't have done it without you" Jungho said reluctantly pulling away to give her a long-awaited kiss "you have no idea how much I missed you Chaerin-ah"

"let's take this back to my hotel" she said toying with his tie. He smirked and ran his fingers over her exposed skin from the dress

"that sounds like a great idea" he said "besides, I don't think I would have ever let you dress like this in public"

"one more thing" she said holding his hand. He looked at her in confusion "I love you"

LoL another 3 years later

"-jagi I understand that you're a famous star, but now that the whole world knows about us and our marriage, can't you at least be here for the birth of your daughter?" Chaerin pleaded, her voice sounding desperate over the phone

"I'm trying, I promise. I'll be home as soon as I can" Jungho said "I'm sorry baby, I need to go"

"you should have expected that this would be hard, sis" Jason said bringing in some food for her "how long has it been? 8 months?"

"I know...but I really miss him" she said, feeling the tears fall down

"hey hey, you shouldn't be sad, the baby wouldn't like sadness" Jason said "he'll be here for the baby, I promise"

"that's not your promise to make, oppa" Chaerin said

"he has to be here, don't worry" Jason tried to cheer her up "here, you were craving fries earlier"

"push! push!"

"holy !" Chaerin screamed in pain

"you're doing good, noona!" Nathan said holding her hand

"Jungho!" Chaerin cried "I want Jungho!"

"m-m-mian noona, Jungho hyung's not here" Nathan said afraid

"but I need him!" she said with a high-pitched squeal

"I see the head! push!"

"I'm here!" Jungho panted slamming the door open

"thank God" Nathan said as his place was replaced by his brother-in-law

"I'm here baby, I'm here" Jungho said holding Chearin's hand tightly as she cried "it's okay, I'm here"

"you're doing good! a few more pushes! come on!"

"Jungho-ya" Chaerin panted

"you can do it baby, you're almost there" he encouraged kissing her sweaty forehead "keep pushing"

"one more big push!"

Chaerin let out an ear-shattering scream as she forcefully pushed a baby out of her. Her scream was replaced with high-pitched baby cries.

"you did it" Jungho said in relief giving her hand a comforting squeeze. A few minutes later, a nurse came back with their child

"would you like to hold your daughter, miss Jeon?" the nurse asked. Jungho helped Chaerin sit up in the hospital bed and she held the sleeping baby in her arms.

"she's beautiful" Jungho said amazed at the sight in front of him "I'm so glad I cancelled the concert"

"you cancelled your concert?" Chaerin looked up at him. He stared at her and wiped away the remaining tears from her eyes

"It was the only way for me to be here, and I know I made the right decision. I wouldn't have missed this for the world" he said lovingly, pressing a soft kiss on the crown of the baby's head "what do we name her?"

"your pick" Chaerin said

"but you're the mother" Jungho said

"and you're the father" she smiled "point?"

"are you sure?" he asked and she nodded "Sarang"

"Jeon Sarang" Chaerin repeated "Love. I like it"

"welcome to the world Jeon Sarang" Jungho said as Chaerin passed him their daughter "appa will take care of you well, no matter what schedule"

"you mean that?" she asked and he nodded

"and don't worry, umma and I will give you lots of siblings-"

"what? going through this again?" Chaerin frowned

"you'll be okay" Jungho said "because I'll be here every time, and now so will Sarang and our other kids"

"hey, I just gave birth. Don't talk to me about making another one" she stuck her tongue out at him

A/N And that was the end of this story. I know this chapter was short and it was sorta rushed, but I honestly didn't know what else this story was gonna go to if I didn't end it now. It's been known that I at endings and this is just another piece of proof lol

but I love happy endings so happy ending it is!!1!2!3
