~Your POV~

It's the eve of Christmas. Our house is now decorated with a Christmas tree, colorful decoration, a holly wreath hanging by the door outside and Christmas cards sent by my friends. All our relatives gather in our house to celebrate. We may live in an apartment now. But we're still happy. No complains about the space. From the window, I can see more snow falling down. 

From inside, I can smell cookies baking in the oven. The smell was addicting that I can't wait to feast on them. My aunties were helping mommy in the kitchen with the dinner. I just chat along with my cousins. But we feel kind of bored and it's still too early to have a meal. Mommy suggested we should go down and explore. 

I took my cousins to the 3rd floor, where the pool and gym is. 

Cousin #1: An indoor pool. Interesting. 

Cousin #2: Too bad no one is swimming.

You: It's winter. Who wants to swim in a cold pool? (laughs) 

Cousin #1: Let's enter the gym and check it out.

(looks at the sign)

You: It's closed for the holidays. 

Cousin #2: Aww. 

You: But it's nothing interesting inside. Just a few exercising equipments. 

Cousin #1: Oh! Anyways, let's just sit by the pool and relax.

The three of us sat by the pool and began to chat. Eventhough it's quiet, at least we can have some space for the grown ups upstairs. You know what I mean. 

Cousin #1: So, cousin, how did you find this country?

Cousin #2: Yeah. We kind of miss you after you left.

You: It was quite hard for us, as we are new to the country and the language. But during the summer, our private tutor taught us so much until we became familiarize with everything. 

Cousin #2: That's cool. Did you meet any new friends? 

You: Yep. Three handsome guys. Two from my school and one working in a cafe.

Cousin #1: You lucky girl. 

Cousin #2: Any of these guys became your boyfriend yet?

You: No. I'm not sure which ones I like. It's hard
