~Your POV~

After long hours on the plane, we have touched down at the terminal. It was night time when we landed. Talk about crossing the international dateline. Anyways, we took down our bags from the compartment and walk out of the plane with the other passengers. We got our luggages from the conveyor belt and began to find an exit. 

Mom: You're gonna love our new house, dear. It's a small apartment but it's really neat. 

Dad: Yes. Many locals stay in apartments here. So, we'll get used to living in one.

???: ________________! 

Dad: Ah! Mr Shin Yuhan!

Yuhan: Annyonghaseyo! Hello. Welcome to Seoul, South Korea. 

Dad: Thank you. This is my wife, ________________ and my daughter, you. This is Mr Shin Yuhan, a good friend of mine and co-worker. He's the one who invited me to work here. 

Mom: I see. Hello, Mr Shin. 

Yuhan: Hello, ma'am. Welcome. This must be your first time living in Seoul, right?

Mom: Yes. We seem nervous but we'll try to get used to living here. 

Yuhan: No problem. I can show you around. But first, let's get to your house. You must be tired after your journey. 

~Your POV~

Mr Shin seems like a nice guy. At least we have someone who can tour around a new land. The city lights were awesome. However, many signs on the buildings, signboards and roads were written in Korean. I was like, "Woah! I am living in a country with a different language!" Daddy told me Mr Shin has arranged a tutor who can teach me (and them) the language before I start school in the autumn. I think it's worth it as I'll be staying in this country forever. And I'm gonna need it to speak to the locals. 

The car went underneath the basement and Mr Shin parked the car. We got off, took down our luggages and follow him to the elevator. Daddy press the button and up we go. Our floor is the 9th floor. We got out and try to look for our door. Daddy found it and unlock the door with the keys. When I enter inside, I was astounded by the looks of the apartment. It was really neat and the designs were beautiful. Luckily the furnitures and our belongings have arrived on time before we came. 

You: It's lovely.

Mom: You like it? We want what's best for you. We chose this apartment as our new home.
