Chapter 4

         "Did something happen to you, Baek?!" Baekhyun's mother who was previously cooking, ran to him and held his swollen cheek. Baekhyun wanted to hide it so that she wouldn't get worried but failed. His mother always noticed everything.       "Nothing happened" was what he answered and that was a stupid answer. Who on earth would believe someone whose face is all swollen say something like that. Baekhyun's mother made a face and sighed, "Were you bullied again?".       A nod was all Baekhyun could give her. He knew that she would do anything to stop the bully. But at the end, he'd be bullied even more. And for once, he wanted to take care of it himself. He couldn't always depend on her.        "Don't worry, mom. I'll be just fine" Baekhyun smiled and patted his mother's shoulder before walking to his room. His wounds were still in the process of healing but luckily it didn't sting like it did before. Min was kind enough to help him out and he was very thankful.               "Semin, you're going somewhere?" Jung Gyu, her driver, asked as he saw her leaving the house. It was around nine in the evening and somehow, she wanted to go for a short walk. Seeing that the girl didn't answer, Gyu didn't ask any further.        Semin took the long street to the old playground. She used to play there as a child but now that she's grown up, it's only a place she uses to release her stress.        Little did she know that there was even someone else on the other side of the playground. Semin sat down on the bench, putting on her headphones. She slowly hummed to the melody of the song and closed her eyes.       "Yah! What does a fragile girl like you do here?" A strange guy asked, raising his brow as he approached her from the front. Semin was busy enjoying the music to even notice. But her eyes snapped open once the boy's hand grabbed her shoulder.        "You want to have a little fun?" He asked, smirking disgustingly. Sighing, Semin kicked the man in between his legs and finished him with a punch in the face which successfully broke his nose bridge.
