Review:

There's a new intern at Jessica's workplace who's going to share an office with her and Jessica is not happy. Seriously, she is really not happy with the "infant" (her word, not mine) who dares to trespass on her space. But Seohyun is so nice and understanding and always buys her coffee and-- Maybe she isn't so bad after all. Jessica's inner monologues are hilarious, I spent a good amount of this fic smiling like an idiot. Also, Tiffany is the perfect best friend, even though she spends half the fic being bored at Jessica's complaints about Seohyun.


Excerpt:

By the time the new intern arrives, Jessica is ready.

The girl is tall and polite and young. Oh and did she mention polite?

Seohyun enters the office with a small box of belongings but that doesn’t stop her from bowing a full ninety degrees upon seeing Jessica and greeting in nice, crisp Korean, “Hello Jessica-ssi, it’s nice to meet you. Please take care of me.”

Jessica wants to say something like, oh I’ll take care of you all right, but instead she just hums and smiles tightly. She points to a line of tape separating the office into halves, “That’s your side of the office and this is mine. Do not cross this line unless necessary.”

What? Jessica never claimed to be mature, okay.
