Review:

This is one of the first JeTi fics I've ever read, and now reading it again, it's still so heartrendingly beautiful. These two, ugh, I'm just reminded again of why they're my OTP. The summary is "Jessica falling for and failing in regards to you-know-who", an excellent description for an excellent fic. This is in Jessica's voice, which is just captured brilliantly; everything she does and says (and doesn't say) is just so Jessica. This is called a drabble collection, and I suppose it is, but - the structure is very interesting, I don't know how to describe it, so I advise you to just have a look for yourself.


Excerpt:

“I shouldn’t miss it,” Tiffany says, her voice and smile wavering as she tries not to cry and failing all the more, “But I miss home.” Jessica tries to wipe the tears away but soon there are too many and they end up spilling over her fingers. So she gives up trying to stop them and just holds the other girl instead. (“I’ll be your home,” Jessica whispers, but Tiffany doesn’t seem to hear her over the sound of her own crying.)
