Chapter 27

Jaejoong rolled to the side breathlessly, still holding Tiffany tightly in the curve of his arm. He could feel his racing heart beginning to slow down. Their lovemaking was wonderful & it was beyond any words to describe it. He couldn’t help but smile crazily. It had been spectacular. He wondered if their first time encounter had been as earth shattering for her as it had been for him. He couldn’t restrain himself anymore to look at the beauty of hers. He just had something so wonderful with the woman he loved. He had given her not just his passion but also his love & strength.

He remembered clearly how they started it. She didn’t answer when he asked huskily, ‘Fany, shall we?’ Mesmerized, Tiffany only stared right back into his eyes, her breathing suddenly labored & shallow & then she blinked without being able to break the intensity of their burning stare. She froze as his arm reached towards her. Wide-eyed, Tiffany watched him, knowing instinctively what was going to happen but totally unable to reject him.

He took a shuddering breath when her beautiful eyes never left his face. He felt his whole body trembling, aching with a need to have her in his arms. When Tiffany gave him a trembling smile, he lowered his head & kissed her with a mixture of passion & desire that left her mute & helpless.

As though someone else had directed their movement, her arms wrapped themselves around his waist while his hands moved urgently down her body. Her whole body was trembling; shuddering from head to toe for what had happened.

He didn’t take his eyes off of her.

Neither of them spoke. Both of them knew what was happening & what was going to happen.

The thrilling spring warmth of the evening in France had prompted them to have the greatest time in their lives. The room was scented with lavender & chamomile, the breeze was scented with wild flowers & the warm air hummed with harmonious happy voice together with the wave of the ocean. It was a perfect night, perfect in every sense of word.

She closed her eyes on a deep shudder when their lovemaking was done. She gave him a pretty smile when he kissed her lips lightly to thank her, “Thank you, Tiffany. It was wonderful.”

“I felt that, too.” She answered huskily. Tiffany felt herself blushing again.

However, he felt a shaky body in his arms. Then seconds later, he heard soft cries. His jaw tightened. He slipped his arm from beneath her shoulders. She rolled over to her side & pulled the covers up to hide her body as best as she could.

‘What did you do just now? Did you see she’s crying because of you?’ His mind asked him repeatedly. Jaejoong sighed secretly, staring at Tiffany lying next to him. He had only had one glass of white wine & couldn’t blame it on that. They knew exactly what was going to happen & she didn’t push him & to top things off, she had been a .

Totally unexpected. Especially since he believed that she was his father’s mistress. The rumors between his father & her seemed to be proven by the time he found his father spending the night in her bed but the fact was completely shocking. She was still pure & innocent, ‘What did she & my father do in their dating?’ He wondered.

After studying her for a few moments, he asked huskily, “Why did you lie to me?”

Tiffany stopped crying, leaving only her teary-eyed. She lifted her face to look at him. Jaejoong’s eyes were dark & unreadable. Keeping her gaze on his, she asked, “About what?”

“Being a & being protected.”

Her face flushed. Again. Self consciously, she looked away from him, lowering her gaze in embarrassment.

“I’ve never expected this to happen. I didn’t say anything. You have concluded by yourself.” She told him crisply, biting down on her lips, still swollen from his kisses.

“So it’s true. It was your first time, wasn’t it?”

There wasn’t any point in denying the truth, not when he had so obviously realized it.

“You should have told me about.” He hesitated, & then he stared her, “Why didn’t you want me to know?” “Does it matter?”

He drew in a deep breath, inhaling the lingering scent of Tiffany’s victoria secret perfume, remembering her satin skin under his fingertips, the shuddering of his body as they made love beautifully, “You should have stopped me cause I.” He stopped when he saw the look she was giving him & then taking in a deep breath again, “I’m so sorry but please don’t cry. If you tell me...I mean, if you had told me it was your first time then I would have stop.”

She didn’t answer but only glance at him & then started crying again.

Jaejoong raked his hand through his hair nervously, feeling depressed. He had mistaken her tears again, “Do you regret it, Fany?”

As she looked at him she saw him swallow & then heard him say in a thick emotional voice, “I’m sorry.” She shook her head.

“But why are you crying?” His voice was gentle, almost like a whisper. While she was crying, he pulled her into his arms & held her tightly, “Just let it all out, Fany. It’s okay. Everything is going to be okay.”

Tiffany needed big encouragement to talk about their lovemaking, “It was so sweet, Jae Oppa. I felt wonderful. I can’t believe this is happening to us.”

He looked at her eyes, “You’re not lying, are you?”

‘It is true.’ Tiffany swore, under her breath. It amazed her that every time he touched her, her body began to respond. She had no control over it as it was almost a chemical reaction. The urge to be kissed by him was marvelous. Jaejoong had been so passionate, tender & loving. Even though at the beginning she had seemed to guard herself, not meeting his gaze in the same way, not letting him see that his touch affected her, he hadn’t lost his desire for her. He had reached for her again & again, with I love you, had been uttering for more than once. He had showed her all about love & how it could change their lives. She had sensed that he was nervous, trembling & scared too, ‘It might be the first time for him, too?’ Her mind wondered. Wordlessly, she burst into tears & sobbed for a long time.

Sliding his hand under her chin, he tipped her chin up. He studied her, his eyes deepening with thoughts he didn’t share. Then he brought her close for another light kiss. When he leaned away, he asked in a husky voice, “Then why are you crying? What are the tears for?”

“I just.” Her breath got caught in a sob. While she cried, he held her close & her hair. His other hand patted her back gently.

After a few minutes, she pushed away, looking totally embarrassed. She lifted her eyes up to stare at him. When she looked up at him, tears rolled down her cheeks, “I’m crying because I know my dream has been shattered. My childhood dream has vanished & I feel sad. I could never be a nun.” She paused, turning her head to avoid his eyes. Her voice broke & she let the tears come out because she couldn’t even talk properly &
