After the day her Mother passed away, her Mom would always coming in her dream. And she believed, it was her Mother’s way to greet and visit her even though they were living in a different world. But when she grew older, her perspective of dying had changed. When someone dies, they will only keep on living in someone’s mind as memories.

But now as Nicole watched her body laying in bed, she erased all of her perception about death or coma. She would never know the truth about it. Seeing herself sleeping unconsciously, she felt like she was seeing a dead person.

“You said you have been like this for one year,” Nicole turned to Jiyong.

He hummed in response. His eyes didn’t show the slightest hint of remorse.

“What happened to you?” Nicole asked again. The room fell silent once more before a sigh escaped his lips seconds after.

“I don’t know. I don’t remember anything.”

Nicole leaned forward to take a better look at his expression. He had always been the same. Not allowing
