"Nicole Jung!"

Nicole turned her head when she heard someone shouting her name. Her best friend, Goo Hara, was running towards her with a smile brightly on her face.

"Why?" she asked when Hara stood in front of her. 

"Congratulations... congratulations... congratulations for the winning Hara Goo!" she raised her eyebrows when Hara started to singing and jumping around.

"Do you remember the program that holds the contest where the prize is having one day date with Yong Junhyung? I won it and got a chance to meet him face-to-face! Oh oh, my heart..."  Hara put his palm on her forehead and act like she would faint anytime soon.

Nicole was silent for a while until she finally understands seconds later, hung open in shock. "Really? With Him? Yong Junhyung?"

Hara nodded happily as her phone rang. "Wait," she turned back for a while and then walked away with her phone still on her ear and shouted, "They're here! Thank you so much, Nicole, I know it'll happen. It's because of you, our Cupid Queen! Bye! Love you!"

"Congrats Hara!" she shouted congratulating.

It has always been like this. Why did people come to her and reported if they got some good news and 'say thanks' to her? She didn't even do anything, but they kept calling her as their live saver.

"Cupid Queen?" she mumbled as she headed to her classroom. 

It sounded weird, but she got the nickname from her school friends. She still remembers a few months ago when there was an announcement: You should make a friend with Jung Nicole if you want to meet your mate. Hurry up before she dies!

And after that announcement had spread, like a waterfall people came to her and treated her so well. Buying her foods, giving her presents, and saying that they wanted to be her close friend. Well... She didn't know those people wanted to be her close friend with their sincere heart or just because wanted her to help them find their mate or maybe too scared if she is going to die before they get their mate.
