I wake up and stretch. My neck hurts, I must have slept funny. I roll my neck, and prepare for school today. I rub the side of my neck, this has been happening for awhile, I should get it checked out. I slip on my glasses, and put on my jean, hoodie combo I had laid out last night. I do my bathroom business, and walk downstairs.
"Juice?" My mom asks, looking at me.
"Sure," I say, sitting beside the counter. She moves around the kitchen, and prepares my drink.
"Are you ready for school?" She asks, as I drink. I nod, and finish my drink. I slip on my outdoor clothes, and bag, and walk to the door.
"See you later mom," I yell, walking out to the bus stop. My bus comes, and the rounds are made. People don't really get on until town. He sits in the back, and I sit in the seat beside his. He looks over, and forms a small glare at me.
"What?" I ask, looking at him. He glares more, and turns away. I roll my neck again, and sink back in the seat. He glances over, and sighs slightly. People filter on the bus, and we soon arrive at school. I walk off with him following behind. His breath hits my neck, and slowly increases rate. I move of the bus, and walk away from him quickly. I walk into the school, and head quickly to my locker. I walk my way to my classroom, as my arm is grabbed. I look up to the boy from the bus shaking his head no. I give him a look, and pull my arm out. I continue to my room, and set my stuff down at my desk. I walk back out, and as another takes me wrist. He pulls me to the closet across from the classroom. His brown hair shifts to a vibrant orange, and eyes flash red. I back away, as my heart pounds. He walks to me, and slides the back of his hand down my neck.
"It's beautiful," he whispers with a low voice. He pushes my hair to the side, and he runs a finger along my vein.
"So fast," he whispers, as my breathing increases. He kisses it lightly, and I feel something grow along my skin. The door opens as pain sinks in.
