I walk back out, dressed, to Leo waiting for me.
"Hyuk made breakfast," Leo says, and we walk to the main room.
"Hey guys. Lavender, how do you take your eggs?" Hyuk asks, not looking up.
"Bloody," I say, without thinking. I gasp quickly and cover my mouth. Leo laughs, and Hyuk looks over.
"Master Leo. I see you've finally mated. A nice choice, too," Hyuk says, smirking slightly.
"I'm aware," Leo says, smiling.
"We need to move today," Hyuk says, as he pulls off the eggs for himself.
"I know," Leo says, as Hyuk starts eating.
"Where did you even get eggs?" I ask, as he sets down the plate.
"I laid them," Hyuk says, with a poker face, before bursting out laughing. "I'm kidding. Egg powder."
"Okay," I say, as he continues to eat.
"Pack a bag. We leave in an hour," Leo says, walking us back to the room.
"Where do we go now?" I ask, as he moves around the room.
"A city," he says, stuffing money into the bags.
"Is that smart?" I ask, as my stomach turns.
"It's the best option we have," he says, as I run back to the bathroom. I hear him sigh, as he rubs my back.
"What is happening?" I ask, as more comes out.
"You're still changing. Your body is just getting rid of anything extra," he says, as I finally sit up.
"How long?" I ask, standing.
"About a day. You'll be fine," he says, as I slump onto him.
"I don't feel fine," I say, as he walks me back out.
"Just rest. I'll get you before we leave," he says, and I close my eyes again.
