I walked towards her. Then, i came to an abrupt halt.

"Ding!" Another announcement was to be made and it reverberated across the school hallways, as if a major news was about to be let out. It continued, " Greetings! I have a great news to announce!... ... ... ...." Thump-Thump! That was all i could hear, all my eardrums could ever withstand. As if an impending omen was to clash into my pathway of life, i held my breath for the next thing the announcer had to say...
