So Mi's POV

"Hyunjin will come for lunch later, So Mi!" I heard Kyungsoo's shout from the bathroom. I make a face, not liking the information he gave me. Hyunjin is Kyungsoo's friend since kindergarden and till now, their friendship is still going strong. Before I became his girlfriend, Hyunjin was a girl I didn't really interact with. Why? Firstly, Hyunjin was always with the EXO-K boys along with him, and even if I joined them, she would only talked to the boys. Secondly, Hyunjin's a pretty and confident girl. She's witty and could refute Baekhyun's greasiness unlike me who can't flirt to save my life. Thirdly and the most important reason, Hyunjin and Kyungsoo had a past together.

Ding ding ding!

You read that right. I sighed and pouted. They had broke up after a month because both of them felt that they weren't suitable for each other, and Kyungsoo suggested to remain as best friends like last time. 

Which person would suggest to remain as best friend after break up?!

Only Kyungsoo. 

I sighed again. Just as my back touches the soft duvet, the bell rang melodiously. I sighed again and trudged down the stairs and opened the door, fully knowing who was behind it. 

"Hi Hyunjin." I greeted with a smile. She gave me a quick smile and muttered back a 'hi' and went inside the house. I closed the door and stuck out my tongue behind her back. She turned and I quickly retracted back my tongue. She gave me a weird look before asking where Kyungsoo was. On cue, he came down from the stairs with a towel in his hand as he rubbed his wet hair. He was wearing a black short sleeve shirt exposing majority of his arms and a sweatpants.

Oh god, Kyungsoo, that sight is only reserved for me and only me. 

Hyunjin beamed visibly and greeted him happily; a totally different greeting compared to mine. I wanted to scowl, but I caught Kyungsoo looking at me so I plastered a smile on my face. He took the last step down and walked towards her. "Hey Hyunjin, you're early. Lunch isn't prepared yet."

"It's okay, oppa. I can help you with lunch later." She replied, smiling. "You're be helping So Mi, not me." He stated with an amiable smile.

Don't smile at her, you dork. 

"Oh? Ok." She said and glanced at me before setting her sights back on Kyungsoo. I could literally feel the disappointment oozing out of her. 

"I help you wipe dry your hair, oppa! I always help you with it!" Hyunjin blurted out of nowhere as she took the towel from him. My eyes rounded. "Sure." Kyungsoo willingly handed her the towel. My jaw went agape as I stared at Hyunjin who was massaging his scalp and Kyungsoo smiling in satisfaction. I tore my eyes away from the sight and stormed walked towards the kitchen.

As I was mincing the meat, Hyunjin walked into the kitchen. "Can I help you with anything, So Mi?" She asked and looked around. I glanced at her and back to the meat. "Can you help me wash that bowl of lettuce?" Hyunjin nodded and soon I heard water rushing. We both kept quiet, not really wanting to talk to each other. 

"Hey," Hyunjin called out. Did she just hey-ed me?
