Yep. It’s a matter of fact at this point. I was most definitely meant to find this book because Dara and I are soul mates. There aren’t even words to explain how happy I am about finding this book. As I read over the page that had the ninth dare on it, I smiled to myself thinking about how grateful I am. It’s so crazy to think that I’m about to meet this girl. I know I’m insane to feel like we’re soul mates when we haven’t even met yet, but it’s just a feeling I have. A feeling down deep in my soul that I just can’t shake. I’m totally aware of how cliché and cheesy that sounds, but it’s the truth

“So,” Chanyeol said as he knocked on the frame of my door. It was open, but he could tell I was deep in thought. I looked up at him from my bed.

“What’s up?” I asked.

“Are we going to do this next dare, or what?”

“Yeah, we’ll go in a sec. I’ll read it to you first.” I opened up the book back to the page I was just on and began to read out loud for Chanyeol to hear.

Dare Nine:

I’ve played sports all my life.

I’d really like a boyfriend who will play them with me.

Take a picture of the field or place where you would play your favorite sport.

If you don’t play, you can just take a picture of a sport you like to watch.

If you don’t like to watch either, just tweet and tell me that.

I’ll have to convert you into a sport lover, if you’re not one already. ;)

“So, we’ll do football?” Chanyeol asked.

“Yes. It’s more likely that Dara plays football and I want her to think that we have more in common than we already do,” I smiled.

“Doesn’t that kind of make you a liar?” he asked.

“No, I love football, too.”

“Okay.” Chanyeol agreed.

“Okay, then. Let’s go,” I said as I got up from my bed and grabbed my keys from off of my dresser.

We drove about a half an hour to the place where we could play soccer. There are a few fields and they’re all in awesome shape.

When we finally got there I climbed on top of the bleachers to get a picture of the fields from an aerial view. It makes me look like more of a skilled photographer. I know how Dara likes photography, so hopefully she would appreciate that.

I didn’t tweet the picture yet because I had terrible signal. It wouldn’t load at all. I just decided to wait until later because I figured it would be a waste to just come to the soccer fields and not actually play some soccer, so Chanyeol and I brought our equipment as well. We got out the ball and just began kicking it back and forth to each other when another ball came flying by us.

I looked to my right, the direction from which the ball came. There was a girl running towards us.

“I’m sorry, the wind did that. I’m usually a lot better,” she chuckled, tucking a loose strand of dark brown hair behind her ear.

“Yeah, it is really windy today,” I said.

“Wait… you’re Kris Wu, aren’t you?” she asked, but didn’t seem to be freaking out at all, which was nice.

“Yeah, and you are?” I asked politely.

“Bom,” she replied, sticking her hand out for me to shake.

I took her hand and shook it. “It’s nice to meet you, Bom. This is Chanyeol,” I said pointing to Chanyeol.

“I know.” They shook hands and greeted each othe
