Jaemin's POV

It's been a week since I've visited SM building. I had to clear my head after all that has happened. It was ages since I've played the piano and with Sehun there, it revokes the old memories. I don't want to be tangled up with confussion right now. I'm still trying to forget the past and move on but he's making it so hard for me. Jongin on the other hand is always making me blush whenever he compliments me.

I've been sitting at home reading my fabourite Sylvia Plath book without any disturbance. It was nice and quiet.

*BANG*

"Yah! Jaemin-ah!" Chanyeol oppa came barging in my room

"Yah oppa! You could have knocked you know! What if I was not wearing any clothes?!" I screamed

" HAHA! You'll look ugly anyway."

" YOU COME HERE! I'M GONNA WHACK THE LIFE OUT OF YOU! COME HERE NOW!" I chased him 

" Yah Yah Yah!!" 

" What's with all the noise?! Can you guys stop fighting for one minute?!" Sang Hyun screamed coming out from his room

" Oppa!! Chanyeol oppa called me ugly~~" I cried to Sang Hyun oppa

" Haha! You are, shorty! *mehrong*" 

" Just because you're tall doesn't mean you can call me short! GIANT!"

The front door was shut and omma came in.

"What's all the noise? Chanyeol, did you bully your dongsaeng again?" Omma eyed Chanyeol oppa. 

" No I didn't" Chanyeol oppa gave his most innocent looking face

" That's the face of the lying devil!" I muttered

"YAH! Did you just called this handsome looking, innocent oppa a devil?!" Chanyeol oppa looked at me with wide eyes

" Yes I d--" I was cut off when Chanyeol oppa's phone started to ring

Sang Hyun oppa gaze at me and turns to Chanyeol oppa. He shakes his head and went to the kitchen to help omma unpacked the groceries. I sat on the couch and looked at Chanyeol oppa. He looks so stressed up. It must be a call from Suho oppa. 

"Omma, I have to go back to the company. There'll be a meeting. It seems there is something important to discuss. I won't be home for dinner." Chanyeol oppa said

" I can have dinner all to myself then!" I said in glee

"No, you have to come with me. It seems Mr Lee Soo Man wants to have a word with you" 

"Me? Wae?" I asked, curious 

" What does he want with my Jaemin?" Omma asked

" I don't know omma. It seems as if it's something important. Don't worry. I'll be there. I won't let her get into any sticky situation. Brother's honour!" Chanyeol raised three fingers

" Take care of her, Chanyeol-ah. Give me a call after the discussion okay?" Omma said

" Don't get into any trouble, Jaemin-ah" Sang Hyun oppa said looking worriedly at me

Jongin's POV

It's been a week since Jaemin visited SM. I wonder how's she doing? I wanted to text her but I was too scared. I ddin't know what to say to her. I have been thinking hard of what's going on between Sehun and Jaemin. They look so close. He knows so much about her and I don't. Does he likes her? Should I ask him? I'm so confused. I decided to call Haesung.

[Jongin's phone convo]

Haesung: Yeoboseyo? 

Jongin: Yeobseyo, Haesung-ah? It's me, Jongin.

Haesung: No . Yeah what is it?

Jongin: Are you free right now?

Haesung: Yeah, why? 

Jongin: Could you meet me at the Angel cafe? I need to speak with you face to face

Haesung: Uhh.. ok. This better not be some kind of a stupid thing. You're paying for my drink. 

Jongin: Okay, okay. See you in 10.

[End of phone convo]

I took my coat and head towards the front door

"Hyung! Eodi-ga?" Sehun asked

"Eoh? I'm going out for a while. Call me if there's anything okay?" I rushed out of the dorm

I wore a cap and glasses to cover up in case of any saseangs following me. They're really creepy and scary. I reached the cafe in less then 10 minutes and ordered two drinks. I sat at the far end corner sipping my americano while waiting for Haesung. A door bell rang and I sae Haesung walking in. She gaze around the cafe and spotted me immediately. I smiled at her as she sat down.

"What is it, Jongin that I must walk all the way out here for us to 'talk'?" Haesung asked sarcastically.

" It's not something we could talk easily ovr the phone. Here, your favourite. Iced Caramel Machiato" I said pushing the drink to her

" Okay then, talk." Haesung sat back and sip her drink 

" It's about Jaemin." I said staring at my lap

" You like her, don't you?" Haesung asked 

"Whaa- what? Haha! Y-You must be j-joking. Why would I l-like her?" I stuttered

"Jongin, you're so easy to read. We've been friends since so long. How could I not see how you react towards her?" Haesung replied with a chuckle

" Fine. You caught me. Yeah I like her. But I don't know what to do. I don't know if she likes me back." I said 

" You wouldn't know if you don't confess to her" Haesung looked at me

" Sighh. I want to but there's a problem" I said dryly

" What's so hard about confessing to her?" Haesung asked

" Well, it's about Sehun...." 

"..........." Haesung looked at me with wide eyes. She knows something

" Do you know something that I don't know about?" I asked her desperately 

" It's something I can't say, Jongin-ah. In time, you will know. I know that's not the answer you want to hear, but it's not in my position to say. But if you like Jaemin, by all means, tell her. Confess to her Jongin-ah. She may like you back." Haesung smiled 

"Okay then. I'll call her tonight." I smiled at Haesung.

Suddenly, my phone rang

[Jongin's phone convo]

Jongin: Yeoboseyo? 

Sehun: Hyung! Where are you? Manager hyung is here. We're going to have a group discussion. Palli!" 

Jongin: Arrasso. I'll be back soon.

[End of phone convo]

I looked up at Haesung and she smiled at me. 

"Palli ka. Before your manager chop off your head." Haesung said 

" I'm sorry for leaving you like this. I'll pay you back. See you, chinggu-ah. Komawo for the advise. I'll make sure to call you after the confession!" I took my coat and leave the cafe. 

I speed towards SM building and went in the back door. There was so many fans out there. I'm touch as we have many fans supporting us and this is why I'm working even harder to make my fans happy. As I was approaching the elevator, I saw someone familliar standing at the elevator. It was no other than the girl I'm crushing on. My hear beats faster like never before as I was getting closer to her.

Chanyeol hyung was standing beside her and her turned his head as he saw me approaching.

"Eoh? Jongin-ah! What are you doing here? Did you hear, Manager hyung is asking for us. It sounded important." Hyung said

"Yeah I heard. I just came back from a coffee break." I said

" Annyeong, Jongin-ah" Jaemin said with a cute smile plastered on her pretty face.

*Dugeun* *Degeun*

"A-Annyeong, Jaemin-ah! What are you doing here?" I asked. 

" Eoh? I'm suppose to see Mr Lee Soo Man. Oppa said he wanted to see me." She said

" Eoh? I bet he wants you to join us in SM, maybe?" I said

" Hmm. You think so? But I don't think I'll make the cut. You all look so dashing while I don't" She said with a chuckle

" You look pretty, Jaemin-ah. I'm telling the truth" 

" Yah, Don't flirt with my dongsaeng." Chanyeol stated jokingly

" What? I-I'm not doing anything." 

*Ding*

The elevator door opened. Saved! Jaemin went out on the 2nd floor and we were at the 5th floor instead. 

"You like her don't you?" Chanyeol asked

" Eoh? What are you talking about, hyung?" I asked 

" Jongin, it's abvious that you like my dongsaeng. So, tell me. I won't bite" Chanyeol hyung swing his arms around me. 

" I...Am I that obvious?" I asked looking down at my feet

" Yeah. Very. We're here. I don't mind you dating her, Jongin. As long as you don't hurt her. Cause I will not forgive you if you did." Chanyeol said as he turned the door knob to the studio room. 

After the discussion, we had practice for our upcoming new album. After a solid one hour of practice, Jaemin came in. 

" Yeoreobun, annyeong!" She said 

" Annyeong, Jaemin-ah! I've missed you so much! Why didn't you come visit us earlier?" Tao hyung went over to Jaemin and hugged her. I felt jealous all of a sudden.

" Yah! Stop hugging my dongsaeng!" Chanyeol hyung shouted.

" Annyeong, Jaemin-ah! How are you? What are you doing here?" Luhan hyung asked

" I had some things to settle. So, how's practice?" She turned to look at me.

" We're good. But better since you're here." Sehun said. I looked at him. 

" Eoh? haha. Oppa, can I talk to you for a while?" She asked Chanyeol oppa

They went out of the studio. I starred at Sehun. It seems that he likes her too. I don't want to fight with him. He's my chinggu, my dongsaeng. There's something going on between them. Haesung don't don't want to say anything. Sigh. Should I ask him? I went over to Sehun.

" Sehun-ah, can I ask you something?" I asked

"Eoh hyung? What is it?" He stated

" Is there something going on between you and Jaemin?" I asked.

"........" He didn't say anything but just stare at me with a shock expression.

" It's ok if you don't want to tell me" I said 

Chanyeol hyung and Jaemin then came in the studio. We continued our practice and Sehun looked so off. I felt bad for asking him so directly but I needed to know the truth. It was pass 7pm and everyone was tired. We were all dismissed. Everyone was heading back to the dorm and Jaemin was heading back home. As Jaemin walk down the stairs, I catch up to her.

"Jaemin-ah! You heading back home?" I asked. Oh, what a stupid question.

" Eoh? Yeah. I am. You should go and rest too. You had a long practice." She said with a sweet smile

" Would you mind going for a walk with me? I want to take a walk around at night. The air is so fresh at night, you know?" I said hoping she would say yes

" Sure. I'm not doing anything anyways. Come on."

We walk around the block till we reach a park near the building. As we were walking, I was trying so hard to find words to say. 

" So, how was the meeting with Mr Lee Soo Man?" I asked. Phewwh! 

" Well, It's true what you said. He offered me to join SM as a model. I'll be having a shoot with you guys next week." She said with a small smile

" Bwoh? Chukkahae!! You'll be modelling with this awesome, Kim Jongin a.k.a Kai from EXO you know" I said cheekily.

" Hahaha! Well, I am honoured! I'm looking forward to then" She said

We stop by a playground and sat on the swing. 

"Jaemin-ah?" I asked

" Hmm?" she hummed

" I.. I like you, Jaemin-ah. I don't know if you like me back but, I have to get this out of my chest. I've liked you when I first saw you at the cafe with Haesung. I was even more happy when I found out that you're Chanyeol hyung's dongsaeng since you could come visit us at practice and I can see you more often. You make my heart beats faster everytime you say hi to me. As time pass, we've became closer, I hope, and I have fallen for you even more. You can ignore my feelings after this and we can pretend that nothing happened. So, Jaemin-ah, I, Kim Jongin, have fallen head over heels for you." I confessed and waited for her respond.

Hi guys! Yup another update. Yay~~ Well, I won't be updating anytime soon. I'm admitted to the hospital and will be going through a surgery tomorrow. I'm sorry guys. I'm a little scared of my surgery. I will update when I recover. Annyeong! Take care!
