Both ChanYeol and BaekHyun turned their heads to the source of the voice heard. MinSeok and JongDae were standing not far from them with concern and worried look on their faces. They had definitely heard about their conversation.

“BaekHyun, why didn’t you tell us about something this important? You should have told us so you don’t have to worry about it alone.” JongDae didn’t seem mad at his brother but concern.

“I’m sorry. I really wanted to tell you guys, but there’s never the right time with everything’s going on around us.” BaekHyun said sadly and guiltily.

“Don’t apologize. We’re not mad at you, Baekkie. We just wanted to help you. No matter what situation we’re having, your problem is important as well. You are part of us. Your problem means our problem too.” MinSeok said to his dongsaeng.

“BaekHyun...” BaekHyun looked at JongDae who looked at him with serious expression. “Actually I was just about to tell you guys tonight, but I guess I can tell you now.” JongDae took a deep breath before he admitted, “I have decided to quit entertainment world. I have talked to my company that I will not continuing signing contract with me.”

Every pair of eyes looked at him surprisingly. “Have you really thought about it and you’re sure of your decision, JongDae?” MinSeok was the one who broke the surprised silence.

JongDae looked at MinSeok before he nodded his head surely. “I’m sure and I know what I want to do, hyung. Like BaekHyun said, I’m tired already. I don’t want to sing forever. I want to focus on composing music. I want to focus on being behind the stage now for starter.”

MinSeok just smiled at his little brother, “Well, there’s nothing I can say about it since you’re sure yourself already. I’ll support you fully JongDae. You know, no matter what you need help with, we’re always there for you.”

“I know, hyung. Thank you.” JongDae really felt thankful towards his brothers that he believes he can rely on no matter what, when, and where. “And BaekHyun, like ChanYeol said, don’t rush in wanting to know what you want to do. Believe me, it’s not one day decision made for me either. I was conflicted with myself before I took this decision. Just think about it slowly, ok? We’ll help you on the way, don’t worry.”

“Thank you, thank you...” BaekHyun couldn’t help but feel so much relief after getting support from his brothers.

When the four of them entered the hospital room of Kris, they only found KyungSoo and Yi Xing. No sight of the patient. “Where’s Kris hyung?” they asked the two.

“Maknaes line brought him out to the garden.” Yi Xing just answered them casually; his eyes never left the magazine he’s reading.

“Really? They brought Kris hyung to the garden?” ChanYeol seemed interested. “I’ll go after them.” Just as he said it out, he already dashed out of the room towards the garden. “Hey, wait for me!” BaekHyun didn’t want to lose either as he ran after his best friend.

“I take it those maknaes line successfully nagged our Chinese Canadian out of the room?” MinSeok said sarcastically as he threw himself on the couch beside Yi Xing.

“You know our Kris. He just couldn’t say no to maknaes line, especially Tao.” The others chuckled softly hearing KyungSoo words. 

“Anyway Yi Xing hyung, aren’t you supposed to be busy with your new dance studio?” JongDae asked his hyung who looked relaxed in his spot.

“That’s the purpose of getting assistant-in-charge of the business, JongDae.” Yi Xing just rolled his eyes at the younger man.

“Man, you’re getting similar to Kris hyung day by day, Yi Xing hyung. You shouldn’t stick too close to Kris hyung anymore or you’ll become the second Kris hyung so
