Our lips touched. No, they more like crashed against each other, and I automatically smiled against his kiss as I felt him nip at my lip. Then I heard the director shout 'Cut!', and I instantly pulled away. We may be young Korean's number one couple, but he was number one on my death list.

"That was awesome you two," Lee Changdong, the director, said to us as he stood up and headed over to the center of the set where we were. "Take a break and then we'll shoot the next scene."

With an affirmative nod, I gave him a small smile, acknowledging what he said, before I my heel. I was about to walk back to my trailer when a firm hand grasped my arm and stopped me.

"What do you want?" I asked with a hint of bitterness in my voice as I removed my arm from his hold. "A one–night stand?"

I turned to face him, disgusted at the cockiness that was displayed on his face. Kim Taeyeon... there were so many adjectives to describe him – arrogant, self–assured, hardworking, wealthy, mysterious, and even gorgeous. He was one of South Korean's most promising stars, considered by some as the next 'Brad Pitt' but with dark brown hair and chocolate–colored eyes one could get lost in. But most of all, he was a ert, and I could never forget the night he asked me if I wanted to have with him.

"You know me all too well, Jessica," he said, his tone bordering on flirtatious. "But no... I was just going to ask if you wanted to grab coffee at the nearby Starbucks before shooting resumes, so do you want to?"

I thought about it. I was tired, and we had been on the set since nine in the morning. I held up my wrist and checked the time. It was five in the afternoon already, and with the way things were going, I doubted today was going to end early. Kim Taeyeon might not have been my favorite person – he was in fact my least favorite – but I was in need of some energy booster, and coffee was just what I needed.

I began walking, grabbing my sunglasses, scarf, and hat in the process. When I didn't feel anyone following me, I looked back and raised an eyebrow up at him.

"Are you coming or what?"

Smirking, he placed his own sunglasses over his eyes and followed me out of the set. Unsurprisingly, a number of paparazzi, more than what my fingers could count, began following us as they snapped away with their SLR cameras. When we reached Starbucks, I breathed a smile of relief while Taeyeon continued to smile at the cameras even though the paparazzi were raucously waiting outside.

"Are you really this proud? You're smiling at them like you own the world," I said to him, nudging him in the gut.

"Jealous they're giving me more attention than you?" he questioned. I saw that his eyes were also smiling at me, and I couldn't help but grunt, which was so unfeminine of me. But he was getting on my nerves, and I couldn't hide the feeling of annoyance that was starting to rise up inside me.

"Of course not," I answered. "As far as I know, they're just waiting for you to create another scandal since you know, that's what you're best at."

Immediately, his eyes brightened up as if he suddenly thought of something brilliant. His eyes had a suspicious glint to them, and I couldn't help but up an eyebrow to ask him what was up.

"Are you okay?" I questioned, before I turned my attention to the barista and gave him my order. A moment after, Taeyeon did the same – ordering a Caramel Frappe – and I wasn't surprised when he handed out a card and paid for our drinks.

"I'm not paying you back, just so you know," I told him.

Apparently, he seemed to have not heard what I said since the mischievous sparkle in his eyes stayed. When he didn't budge, I asked him what kind of drugs he was on, and he just replied, "Well, why don't we give them something to talk about?"

And before I could analyze his words and asked him what he meant, his lips came down on mine, and I found myself kissing Kim Taeyeon for the second time today. For a brief moment, I was responding to him, but when my mind finally registered what was really happening and who I was kissing, I pulled away hastily, slapped him, and then walked away.

The first time I met him, he asked me if I wanted to sleep with him. A year later and in the middle of filming a movie, he kissed me without my consent. My dislike, or even hate, for him grew even more, and I considered the feeling justifiable. He couldn't just walk around and kiss random girls... well, he could, but I was never ever going to be one of those girls.

I got back to the set, and just in time, my assistant and best friend, Sunny, told me Lee Changdong was looking for both Taeyeon and me. When Sunny noticed the Starbucks cup I was holding, and from a distance, she saw Taeyeon holding his own cup, she mischievously smiled and asked me if anything was happening between us.

"So what's the deal with you two?" she said, raising her eyebrow up. "Want to feed me some gossip?"

"No gossip here," I replied, smiling sweetly. When she looked like she didn't believe me, I pressed, "Seriously! You know how I hate that guy's guts!"

"Uh–huh..." She rolled her eyes. "Fine, don't tell me. What kind of friend you are..."

Chuckling lightly, I wrapped a friendly arm around her shoulders and pulled her with me to the next set we were going to shoot at.

"I can't believe you didn't tell me you guys kissed!" Sunny screamed on the other line. It was the night after she had been pressing me for gossip about Taeyeon and me. "Why didn't you?! I had to find out through the internet!"

Tonight, she was hosting this party. No special purpose really, no birthday, no wedding... no, nothing. She just felt like dressing up and getting drunk, and since all our friends were party animals themselves, they were all game with the idea of a party without a purpose.

"He kissed me without me knowing!" I retorted. "That just came down on me!"

"And I'm loving the double meaning of that statement," she answered back, and I swear I could imagine her laughing her off on her bed at the moment.

"Ha ha.. That was very amusing..." I said to her then, I eyed myself in the mirror. The high–waist skirt and tucked–in striped, sleeveless top looked very cute. I also put in a black belt in the ensemble, and I realized I was almost finished preparing. "Hey, I'm going to be at the club in an hour or so... so get your off the bed and finish up! It's your party!"

"Yes, ma'am! I'll be there... just not sure how long it will take me to get there..."

I made this disapproving noise, and she immediately came to her own rescue.

"I'm just kidding! I'm finishing up myself!" I heard a few noises on the other line and guessed she was probably throwing her heels all over the place trying to look for the perfect pair. "I'll see you in a few. I gotta go!"

I couldn't help but chuckle to myself when she hung up. Sunny was the weirdest assistant and best friend I'd ever had, and there was probably no other person that could match up to her personality. Confidently, I could say that if she didn't barge into my life, I'd probably be some boring celebrity who preferred to stay in her house the whole day than get out and enjoy life. Sunny, having grown up in Seoul all her life since her mom was a model and her dad was a producer, was used to living life in the fast lane, and I had to admit: I was enjoying her lifestyle, my lifestyle, but of course I knew my limits... or did I really?

"Want a drink, co–star?"

I didn't have to turn around to guess who said that. It was too obvious. No one could match Kim Taeyeon's arrogant tone. It was 'especially Taeyeon', and I in particular, hated hearing that tone of voice.

"Are you going to kiss me again?"

I heard him snicker for a moment there before he answered, "Maybe, if you'll stay that hot for the rest of the night."

"Then yes, you can get me a Sprite, but don't spike it."

Taeyeon stayed true to his word. He didn't add liquor to the soft drink, but after that, I began downing shot after shot. All around me and as the night quickly turned into morning, I saw people all around me hooking up, smoking, doing lines, and whatnot. I tried smoking once, but I hated the feeling of slowly killing myself. Drugs, I'd never touched them and will never. Hooking up... it was all the craze during High School, and I'd feel sorry for myself if I did it now at the age of twenty–five, so the only thing left doing was drinking, and so I did...

The sun rose, its rays of light blinding my eyes for a moment, and unfortunately, I was forced to wake up. I rubbed my eyes open with the back of my hand, and the moment I did, I wished I hadn't woken up. I opened my eyes again just to make sure I wasn't dreaming.

.

I looked under the covers and found a tangled web of legs.

. .

Averting my gaze, I looked to my side and saw an opened box of condoms on the bedside table.

. . .

My worst nightmare had come true: I had with Kim Taeyeon, and I didn't remember any of it. I had promised myself since the first night he tried to make a move on me that I wasn't going to be one of his , and here I was, lying down on his bed with his arms wrapped around me, and though the feeling of protection he emanated was nice, I couldn't help but sob. The tears continued to fall even when I had sat up. I was too distraught to even bother covering up my s. After a few moments of continuous sobbing, I heard grunts coming from the person beside me, and soon enough, he woke up.

"What the–" he began, but stopped short when he saw what I was doing. "Are you crying, Jessica?"

I turned to him and glared.

"What does it look like I'm doing?"

He shifted for a few minutes before he, himself, sat up. He was unsure of what to do, so he said the lamest thing a person could say in this scenario, "What if you cry yourself to sleep..."

My eyes turned a darker shade of caramel, and I couldn't help but raise my voice and say, "So what? You're going to take advantage of me again like you did last night?"

"Err, well, technically, we did after midnight... so, we did it in the morning."

I couldn't help but roll my eyes.

"Stop with the bull, please," I then said, and I couldn't believe I was getting mad and crying at the same time. "Now that you've already robbed me of my dignity, can you please stop with the ual innuendos? You got what you wanted."

The room was silent for a minute or two, and when I turned to look at him, I saw that his head was bent down. He seemed to be lost in his own thoughts. I was crying, and , I found him gorgeous right then and there.

"Is that why you're crying?" he asked, still not looking at me. "Because you think I took advantage of you?"

"Well, you did, didn't you?"

Wide–eyed, he stared at me, and I almost got lost in his pool of chocolate eyes. He looked abashed and baffled at the same time, but what took me by surprise was when he ran his hand through my hair.

"Is that what you think?" He was silent for a second before he continued. "You came onto me last night. We were both drunk, but you were more intoxicated than I was."

"Then why didn't you stop me?"

I saw his cheeks turn a light shade of pink, and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Kim Taeyeon, young South Korean's hottest heartthrob, was blushing right in front of me, and I didn't remember saying anything sweet.

"Err..." He ran a nervous hand through his dark brown hair. "It was what I wanted, and no one says 'no' to what he or she wants."

I was caught in the middle. How was I going to reply to that? He didn't look like he was ting me. Hell, the guy was being sincere, and I couldn't help but sigh. He was surprising me second after second.

"Well... just don't, just don't ask me for again, okay?" I stood up, picking up my dress on the floor. "You already got it."

I was about to walk out when he called out my name.

"Yeah?"

"I might have been drunk last night, but I definitely remember how amazing the was."

I found myself walking out of his room with a smile on my face.

One month passed, and the shootings for the movie were coming to a close. What was only beginning though was the weird relationship Taeyeon and I formed. Since that day when I realized I had with him, he had been sending me DVDs of my favorite movies - his form of apologizing. How he knew my most wanted films... well, there was Sunny to blame for that. We were fast becoming friends, and the conversation that took place that morning stayed at the very back of my head since remembering it would just make things awkward between us. Everyone in the set, from Kris, to the costume director, and even our co–stars noticed how differently Taeyeon and I were now treating each other, and since we were actors constantly getting attention, we had an easy time ignoring them whenever they'd press for gossip.

"So today's the last day we're shooting," Taeyeon said, handing me another DVD.

Smiling, I accepted the gift and looked at the cover.

"Hmmm... 'The Notebook'... great choice," I replied to him. "Do you have any idea what we're going to be doing?"

"None at all." As we walked to Kris, Ta
