Of time, love and separation

September 20, 2011    It was really a blur how days passed by so fast. And without us even realizing, a month had passed already since me and Kris became a couple officially. A month after my dream finally became reality. A month filled with smiles, happy memories and hearts everywhere. One month with my prince charming, Kris. Those first 30 days I had with him was already the best 30 days of my life so far.   "Noona~" I looked behind me to see Kai tailing. I halted and waited for him to catch up. When he did, that's the only time I saw that he was grinning like crazy.   "Hey. What's wrong?" I asked. He just kept on grinning which was creeping me out already.   "Nothing. Can't I just walk my favorite noona to her class?"   I rolled my eyes at him and went on walking with him beside me. He kept quiet, whistling as we walk. I sighed inwardly, a little disappointed that I haven't seen Kris yet since morning. The only time I got to talk to him was earlier, exactly 12AM of today. He was really sweet that he even waited for the clock to strike exactly at twelve just to greet me. I know Koreans doesn't usually celebrate monthsarys, usually its the 100th or 200th day. But knowing that my time is actually limited, I would love to celebrate every possible occasion with Kris, as long as I still can.   "Noona. Hyung has a game today. We need to watch. It's a do or die game. It's important for him, his team and the school." Kai simply reminded me once we reached my room. "Hyung needs you to be there for confidence."    "Neh. I will see you and Sehun there." I smiled and shooed him off before heading inside. I sat down on my usual desk and seeing a small wrapped up box sitting on it made me smile. Seeing the initial written on it already gave me an idea from who it is. Since the professor wasn't there yet, I took the liberty of checking it. To my surprise, I only found a paper inside, neatly folded in to four. I carefully took it and read it.    *Eleven things I want to do for and with Hyuna* 1. Shout out to the whole world that I love her. 2. Make her smile.  3. Ride the Ferris wheel with her at night. 4. Kiss her under the pouring rain. 5. Go stargazing with her while holding her hand. 6. Watch fireflies with her. 7. Tell her I love her the most while dancing under the moonlight. 8. Fall asleep with her beside me. 9. Wake up in the morning still beside her. 10. Tell her everyday, in every possible way that I love her and only her.  11. Grow old with her.    As soon as I finished reading it, I just felt my eyes moisten because of tears. His words are enough to make me swoon and dream of forever with him. It was just too romantic. You wouldn't even think that Kris has a romantic bone somewhere in his body. But he was able to prove it to me by just simple things like this note. It might not be something fancy or expensive but just like the usual saying, it's the thought that counts. I don't even expect material gifts. This was enough for me.      Once my classes ended, which I dreaded to happen, I was free to head to the school gym/stadium now. When I got there, the game had started already. If not for our History exam, I would've been there earlier. And now I'm late. As soon as I entered, I easily spotted Gina eonni with Kai, Sehun, Daeun, Krystal and the others cheering just beside the court. Once Kyungsoo saw me, they all turned to me, ushering me to walk to them faster. They all cheered as I got to the spot they reserved for me. All our attention then focused on the game as Kris finally gets possession for the ball. I trained my eyes on him, only on him, as he crossed the court, majestically dribbling the ball before throwing it up on the air.    The crowd cheered as the ball got through the basket, giving them another point to follow the lead of the opponent. I checked the score and sighed in relief seeing that they're just a few points behind. I know Kris can do it and so do as his team.    "About time you arrive! Kris kept on missing on his shots earlier." Gina eonni shouted over the cheers of the crowd once Kris took another perfect shot again. Before running back to the other side of the court, he glanced over at me. I gave him a smile and blew him a kiss, which he returned with a wide grin. All of our friends cheered, seeing that romantic gesture.    A few minutes were only left, our team tied with the same score as the opponent. Everyone was out of their seats already, anticipating the end of the game. I was praying inside, my fingers crossed, every time Kris would throw that ball up in the air. And I would lie if I say I'm not a very proud girlfriend. His shots gave his team the advantage to be ahead which made the crowd gain hope to win this game again. I trust that Kris is going to nail this game for everyone and for our school.    ". It's their ball possession!" Kai cursed loudly, frowning. I was a nervous mess inside. The scores were tied again. And there's only a minute left on the game. We all had our eyes focused on the court, on the players and on the ball itself. I was clutching Gina eonni's hand tightly because of nervousness. I even thought I'd breakdown any moment. And seeing how the ball gets passed around didn't help either.    "Foul!" The referee shouted, blowing his whistle. We all held our breathe as we waited him shout out the name of who's fouled and who's going to the free throw line. Once he pointed at the green jersey and then pointed at Kris to go to the free throw line, everyone went wild. But not me. I got even more nervous, praying that Kris wouldn't miss. I watched him as he confidently ran to the said spot, taking the ball. He carefully aimed the ball at the basket and turned towards my direction.   "I love you." I worked the words he mouthed and I blushed after. I blew him another kiss, making him grin again before finally throwing the ball. I held my breath in as I watch the ball gracefully fly above and finally landed, passing through the basket again. But that didn't ease everything. He still has one shot to do. I focused on him, my heart beating faster and louder. Once again, the ball went up, touched the side of the ring before finally landing inside the basket. The next thing I heard was the cheer of everyone on top of the buzzer ringing that signalized the end of the game.   They
