September 9, 2011       It was a fine Friday afternoon. Me, Kai, Daeun and Krystal all situated under a shade of a tree around the school campus. I was busy with the paper I'm finishing while the three were all focused on their own assignments and stuffs. Kris was currently with his team for an emergency team meeting for their upcoming fund raising activity. We were just waiting for him and Sehun to finish their stuffs and we'll be on our way to Baekhyun's place to eat early dinner.    "Hyuna?" We all looked up hearing my name being called. Standing in front of us was Joon, smiling at my direction.   Lee Changsun, a.k.a. Joon, is in one of my classes, drama to be exact. He's very nice and also a gentleman. He was even my partner for the Romeo and Juliet last semester. And as being pushed by Sehun, he claims that Joon has a 'thing' for me which I actually disregard in a nice way.    "Oh. Hey Joon. What's up?" I smiled back, my three dongsaengs smiling a bit at him too before turning their attentions back to whatever they were doing.    "I was looking for you. I actually have something to ask you." He said, not taking off his eyes on me, and his smile never faltering. I wonder what was it though, that thing he wants to ask me.   "Uh, yeah? What is it?"   "Are you free tomorrow evening? I'm throwing a party and I'm inviting all of our classmates. It's just a small house party." Parties thrown by him and his friends were never small, as far as I could remember. Gina eonni already brought me once and I swear it seems like the whole university was there.    "Uh, tomorrow evening?" I glanced at Kai, trying to ask help from him. But that bastard just shrugged his shoulder, turning his gaze back at Krystal who rolled her eyes at her boyfriend. Things like parties are not my thing. I do go out but occasionally and if I'm with eonni.   "Come on. It would be fun. Just for old times' sake." I bit the insides of my cheek, trying to process nice words to decline him. But nothing came up, to which I ended up nodding and letting out a forced smile.   "Fine. I guess I'll try to be there tomorrow." I added, which made him smile wider. After saying goodbye, he then left us. As soon as he was out of earshot, I grabbed a pen and threw it over to Kai.   "I was expecting for you to back me up." I groaned but he just shrugged again.   "Hyung said for old times' sake." He retorted.   I just sighed and focused my attention back again on my paper. I tried focusing again but failed. And to make it worst, Kris showed up, his lips set on a thin line, looking pissed off. Aurgh. What now?   "I think we should wait for Sehun back at the building. I forgot to tell him where we guys are. Eonni, we'll see you later okay?" Daeun quickly packed her things, urging the other couple to move faster. They must've noticed Kris' expression and hurried away from us.   "Hey. What's wrong?" I asked, looking over at him. He just shook his head, eyes blank at all. I let out a small sigh, holding his hand.   "For old times' sake huh?" He mumbled, earning a 'what the hell?' look from me.    "What are you talking about?" I asked again, trying to make out what he meant by what he said. He shrugged and kept quiet.    I just shrugged it off too, thinking he's just tired or something. We both kept quiet, me trying to focus on my papers again while he remained by my side, arms crossed and frowning over something I don't even know.   My phone started ringing all of a sudden, indicating a call from Krystal. I quickly picked it up, mumbling a quiet hello.   "Eonni. We'll just see you at Baekhyun oppa's place. We're already heading there." The latter informed me. I glanced at Kris before answering.   "Yeah, sure. We'll be on our way now too." I said before bidding goodbye. I started stuffing my things back in my bag then turned to my side.   "They're on their way to Baekhyun's now. Let's go?" He just nodded before taking my things from me. Before he could even take a step, I tugged at his hand, pulling him back. He gave me a curious look, staring at my hand on his.   "Is there something wrong?" I bravely asked. I could feel that something is up, he's not just saying anything.   "Nothing. I'm fine. Why?" He answered, trying to avoid my eyes. I don't believe him a bit.   "You seem a little distant. Did I do something wrong?"    He only sighed and shook his head, lacing our fingers together. I bit my bottom lip, letting it go for this time. It bugs me seeing Kris act this way. I tried recalling if we had some argument the day prior but ended up with zero. Even while he was driving, the car was filled with silence which feels very awkward at all.   Arriving at our destination, I tried shaking off my worries first. I don't want our friends to notice that there's something wrong, when in reality, I don't even have any idea on what's really happening.   No one gave me a head's up that relationship could be so confusing. Aish.   "Joon-ssi's inviting the varsity team to one of his house parties." Chanyeol suddenly brought up while we're enjoying the barbeque that they grilled. All of a sudden, I saw Kris frown and mumbled something under his breath.   "Ohh. Cool. You coming hyung?" Sehun asked, looking excited all of a sudden.   "It depends on our captain. Right hyung?" The asked guy turned to Kris, smiling.    "Yeah. Whatever." He answered, shrugging. Everyone who's present there gave him a weird look which he returned with another shrug.    "Yah. Hyung. You okay? You look a little out of it. You were fine during the meeting." Tao then asked, poking his hyung's cheek which earned him a glare.   "He's just PMs-ing. Leave the poor old man alone." Krystal answered in behalf of Kris, making us all laugh. Kris on the other hand just snorted, Kai and Krystal high-five-ing each oth
