Author’s POV

Yesterday was officially their school Christmas break plus winter break which adds up to a 2 weeks holiday. Last night both Taeyeon and Baekhyun stayed up late watching TV, Baekhyun was the first to wake up as usual he made breakfast while Taeyeon still sleeping.

Baekhyun’s POV

*Today’s Christmas Eve! What shall I buy for Taeyeon?* I continued thinking bit more, but then I heard Taeyeon’s alarm went off. I sighed and went back to making hot chocolate.

Taeyeon’s POV

Rrring!!! Yeesh this alarm clock is just so loud. Dragging myself out of bed I rubbed my eyes and stared at my calendar on my bedside. Ohmygad it’s Christmas Eve!  I quickly washed myself up and went through my wardrobe for something suitable to wear.  This is so unlike me, this is much more of a Tiffany, Jessica and even Yuri thing. But it’s Christmas Eve! I picked a white long sleeved sweater and a blue polka dotted mini skirt with leggings.

I hope I’ll be warm! It’s not even snowing yet but then I feel so cold.  I brushed my brown hair and wore a snowflake necklace that my aunt gave me when she was on a trip to the States. 

I made my bed and gave a pat on my doll. I know I’m a bit too old for dolls.

I closed the door and saw Baekhyun making 2 cups of hot chocolate. He was wearing the clothes I bought for him.

He didn’t notice me, a smile crept unto my face. I sneakily walked up to him and patted his shoulder “Good Morning!!!!!” I shouted. “Ahhh!!” Baekhyun jumped. “DON’T YOU EVER SCARE ME LIKE THAT YOU OLD AHJUMMA!!”

“Sorry, but you looked so funny!” I apologized. “Here’s your hot chocolate.” He said passing me a cup. “Are you mad?” I asked. “Yes!” He replied. I walked towards him. “I’m so sorr –“ “BOO!” He yelled. “AHHHHHH!!” I screamed.

“Now we’re even. I’m not mad.” Baekhyun said. “Well, that’s good, later I’m going Christmas shopping, wanna come?” I said.

“Sure.” He replied.

After we finished breakfast, I helped Baekhyun cleaned up and He went to grab his jacket and I went to get my scarf. 

I locked the door and Baekhyun helped me to carry a shopping bag.

“People will say we look like a couple, now give that bag to me!” I protested.

“But if I don’t, people will say I’m mean and besides I’m just helping as you best friend.” He simply answered.

“Fine.” I pouted.

We decided to walk since there was so many people, but then we decided to split up. “We’ll meet back here at 1 for lunch.” Baekhyun said as we stopped at the fountain. “Sure.” I replied
