He groaned when he rounded the corner to see his ex-boyfriend, Kim Jiwon, practically draped across two young freshman girls who were giggling as if their lives depended on it. He just could not deal with the sideways smirks and cocky hair flip. Not today at least.
Just as he was about to quickly make a u-turn and escape the awkwardness, his eyes caught bobby's gaze.
"Hyung!" He watched him enthusiastically wave him over, already a knowing look in his eyes. Like he was well-aware that Jinhwan was still desperately single and maybe not completely over his ex. "It's been so long." Although, his steps were reluctant to say the least, he still stalked up to the group. Nodding noncommittally at Jiwon's friends, Yunhyung and Donghyuk. Jiwon immediately wrapped a familiar arm around his narrow shoulders, introducing him to the two girls who seemed enamored with the older junior.
"This is Soohyun and Hi. Soohyun's a freshman and Hi is a sophomore. Aren't they so cute, hyung?" The girls blushed at the comment. "Girls, this is Jinhwan. He's a senior. Maybe you girls know anyone who might be a good fit for this oppa."
He was obviously testing him. Trying to push him to the edge much like when they were dating.
"Actually, I don't really need any favors."
"Oh? Because last I heard—"
"I am seeing someone. It's relatively new so no one really knows."
"And who are you seeing?" He had that stupid smirk again, ready to call him out on his lie. But he could also see the jealousy behind those eyes.
"Kim Hanbin." The words come out without much thought. Which is a terrible strategy since Kim Hanbin is an infamous sophomore who's talented and handsome and the captain of the school’s basket
