Description

“Mwo?”
“I said I’m no longer interested in you.”
“Are you kidding me right now, Jiyong? YOU.ARE.NOT.BEING.FUNNY!” She yelled. How can he just say that to her right when she’s ready to confess her feelings for him?
“I’m serious, Dara. Don’t make a scene. Take this maturely, will you?”
“Yah! May I remind you Mr. Kwon Jiyong that for the last five years or so, FIVE years Jiyong, five damn years, you’ve been telling me how much you love me?” She knows she’s rambling too many words because of complete shock and disbelief but she doesn’t care. Hell does she care. What he just said doesn’t make any sense to her right now.
“Can’t I have a change of heart?”
“What? Are you just telling me this to piss me off again?”
“No.” He said flatly.
“Then why don’t you love me now? Why the sudden change of heart?” She asked while looking intently at him, tears welling in her eyes.
“Because I can.” He said straight to her face.
That stopped her words. As she stared at his eyes, she knows he’s really serious. Damn it, she inwardly curse. Why now? She thought.
“Is that so?” she finally said.
“Yes.”
“All right then.” She breathes out, trying to control her surging temper.
“Good. I never thought you’re this easy to talk with now.” He smiled warmly, now relaxed.
“Oh! Things don’t come easy for us, don’t you think?” She smiled back, thoughts running fast in her mind.
“What do you mean?,” he creased his brow, not quite getting what she’s trying to say.
“You’ll see, Jiyong. I won’t just let you do this to me. You cannot NOT love me, I won’t let you. Understood?”
“Aisshhh. I’m taking back my words. You’re clearly not easy to talk with. I’ll be going now,” he said and immediately backs away.
“Kwon Jiyongggggggggggggggg!,” she screams as he walks away. “You will love me again, no matter what!” she shouted, sounding sure and determined.
Jiyong just smirked and whispered, “brat.”
CHARACTERS:
Sandara Park – the 22 year old only child of Mr. Park Sung Yoon, the owner of the leading trading company in South Korea, Park Holdings, Inc. Her father did everything he can to make her happy, up to the point where he practically spoiled her already. She’s the pretty, smart but bratty childhood friend of Kwon Jiyong. She just graduated from college and wants to make Jiyong fall for her again when he told her he no longer loves her.
Kwon Jiyong – the 23 year old son of Mr. Kwon Taehyun and Mrs. Kwon Junyoung, owners of Kwon Enterprise. He was smitten by Sandara Park since they were young but only started showing his feelings when he was in senior year in high school. He pursued Sandara for years but seem to not get any positive reaction from her. After his graduation in college, he started his training to be the next CEO of their company and he started changing towards everything. When Sandara came to talk to him, he told her he had a change of heart and no longer have any romantic feelings for her.
Lee Donghae – smart, kind, gentleman, and popular among girls. He was Kwon Jiyong’s classmate and his rival in almost everything, including Sandara’s heart.
Im Sohee – ex-girlfriend of Kwon Jiyong and has utmost loathing towards Sandara Park. She’s also an heir to her family’s company and is popular among boys because of her sweet image and pretty face.
Mr. Park Sung Yoon – father of Sandara. He’s a very loving dad and wants only the best for his child. When his wife died, he knew how distraught Sandara was that he resorted to asking his close friend’s son to look out for her and make her happy.
Park Bom – she’s the cousin, bestfriend, and classmate rolled into one. She knows almost all secrets of Sandara and has been urging her to reciprocate Jiyong’s feelings since high school. She’s pretty, y, but sometime scary because of her antics and mood swings. She loves shopping, eating, and singing. She’s fascinated by the whole concept of love.
Choi Seung-hyun (TOP) – he’s the only guy who seems to understand everything about Jiyong and vice versa. He’s a certified playboy and a party animal. He feels an attraction towards Bom but doesn’t want to commit.
Lee Chaerin (CL) and Kwon Minzy – close friends of Sandara and Bom. They are rooting for different boys for Sandara. CL wants Sandara for her cousin Donghae while Minzy’s rooting for her older brother Jiyong.
Lee Seungri, Dong Yongbae, and Kang Daesung – close friends of Jiyong and TOP. They are all expected to run their family businesses in the future. Together with Jiyong and TOP, they are the newest set of most sought after bachelors in South Korea.

This story is based on my tingling imagination. The characters are not mine but I was hoping I can claim Jiyong? But yeah. I can’t.
I know the plot sounds so simple and cliché. Since this is my first fanfic, I’m still testing the waters. Anyway, I hope you’ll like it.
