Our second ‘not so’ official date - Last part

:: Flashback ::

“Y-Yuri?”, Yoona was surprised when she found out the person was Yuri. “W-what are you doing here?”, she asked as she stared at him in disbelief. Yuri chuckled while putting the tray on the table, and sat in front of Yoona.

“Sending my girlfriend off to Paris. Why? Can’t I?”, he replied nonchalant. Yoona snickered at him.

“When did I say I’m your girlfriend, huh?”, she said, glaring at the latter.

“Since you said you gave me a chance to court you?”, Yuri replied while putting the coffee cup, and a plate of tuna sandwich and blueberry muffin in front of her.

“Tchh.. don’t be so over confident, Kwon Yuri”, she sarcastically said, but her hand took the coffee cup, and sip the black liquid content, causing Yuri to smile.

“See, you know my full name, and you even drink the coffee I ordered for you. Aren’t all girlfriend in the world would do that when they were with their boyfriend?”, Yuri said teasingly, causing the latter rolled her eyes annoyingly.

“So full of yourself, huh?”, she scoffed. “How did you know about my flight schedule?”, she asked in curious as her hand took the muffin, and took a bite.

“Such a shikshin! I knew you can’t resist food”, Yuri thought as he giggled silently.

“I have my own source, so, just bear with it”, Yuri said smilingly, and took a bite on his sandwich.

“Are you trying to play dirty with me, Kwon Yuri? No one knows about my flight schedule except.. don’t tell me you have contacted Chunyeon oppa? Do you?”, Yoona asked assumingly.

“Mwoh? A-anni! We are not close to each other. How can I ask him about your schedule?”, Yuri said as he lied, pretending that he didn’t know Yoona’s manager. Yoona does not trust on his words fully. She squinted her eyes while looking at Yuri. The latter just pretended like nothing happen, and continued eating his sandwich.

“You know what’s going to happen when I found out about it later, Kwon Yuri. I don’t trust people easily. If you’re lying, you will blow your chance just like that”, she said with a threatening tone. Yuri almost choked his sandwich, but he quickly took the coffee cup, and drank its content.

“Arasso. Arasso!”, he replied while patted his chest as he felt uncomfortable with his digesting system. Yoona smiled in victory as she successfully making the latter finally relented.

“So, what are you going to say?”, Yoona asked, raising her brows. Yuri sighed in defeat.

“Yes, I called your manager, asking for your flight schedule”, he admitted. “But, that’s the only way for me to know about you, to get close to you, Yoona ah. You asked me to put an effort in courting you, and that’s what I do right now. I can’t think of any other way”, he said. Yoona just kept silent while sipping her coffee. Yuri sighed once again after he didn’t get any respond from her, and was about to get up when suddenly Yoona’s words stopped him from doing so.

“Are you giving up now?”, she asked. Yuri just sighed.

“You’re sighing a lot, don’t you think so?”, she said.

“Then, what do you want me to do? It seems like everything I do, it doesn’t seems right to you”, he replied, sounded a bit serious.

Yoona knew, she’s already started the fire that made Yuri feel burning inside as he felt pissed with the way she treated him. But, she still couldn’t trust Yuri fully, because she still couldn't forgive people who had broke her heart, her trust and her love. Her heart just wanted to give him a chance, but said the other way around. She sighed.

“Yuri please, sit down first”, she said. Yuri almost wanted to give up, but there’s a change in Yoona’s voice tone that made him just complied, and sat back on the chair.

“Look, I’m sorry. It’s just that I feel frustrated because you did that behind me. Why didn’t you just asking me directly instead of getting it from my manager?”, she said.

“Will you ever give me a chance if I do so?”, he scoffed. Yoona just rolled her eyes as she thought their argument does not lead anywhere.

“Alright! Just shut up and finish your food, Kwon Yuri! I have a flight to catch in half an hour time”, she snapped at him. Yuri grinned as he quickly took his sandwich, and stuffed it into his mouth. Yoona just shook her head.

“RING! RING! RING!”

Yoona looked at her phone screen, and immediately answered the call after she saw the very familiar caller’s ID.

“Yah, oppa! Where the hell are you? I’m so gonna kill you later, you know that?”, she snapped at her manager.

“Mind your language, young lady!”, Chunyeon said strictly as he reminded her. “Whatever it is, just quickly finish your food . I’m waiting for you at the departure teminal, okay?”, he said.

“Aishh.. arasso!”, she hissed as she hung up.

“Don’t be mad at him. He’s innocent, you know”, Yuri said while sipping his coffee. Yoona just rolled her eyes annoyingly.

“Have you done?”, she asked the latter. Yuri took one last sip of his coffee before he nodded his head. “Let’s go now”, she said as she got up from her seat. Yuri just followed her suit. The cafe staff bid her goodbye, and some of them managed to get her autograph, and took her photo. They didn’t realize about Yuri as he lied to the staff earlier that he’s Yoona’s assistant manager.

“Tsk.. tsk.. Kwon Yuri. How many times you want to lie, huh? If she found out later, you’re so dead, Kwon Yuri!”, he thought. He just buried the secret deep inside his heart as he quickly walked out of the cafe.

“Alright, Yuri. We need to go now”, Chunyeon said as he held out his hand to shake hands with Yuri.

“Thanks so much, hyung. Please take care of Yoona. Make sure she eats well there. She looked so skinny nowadays”, Yuri replied while shaking hands with the latter. Chunyeon chuckled on his words, causing Yoona to shoot an icy glare at Yuri.

“Who said I looked so skinny, huh?”, she snapped at him.

“Aishh.. I’m just joking, Im Yoona ssi. Relax will you?”, Yuri said, rolling his eyes annoyingly. Chunyeon just laughed while shook his head, feeling amused with their childish bickering.

“Arasso. Let’s go Yoong!”, Chunyeon said as he began to walk towards the departure terminal gate.

“So, I’ll see you after you come back in four days time”, Yuri said.

“Yeah”, Yoona replied in short as she let out a small smile. She then started to walk, but suddenly being stopped by Yuri as he grabbed Yoona’s wrist. He pulled Yoona closer and hugged her, causing the latter widened her eyes in shock.

“Take care, and I'm going to miss you”, Yuri whispered into her ear before she pulled off the hug. Yoona still stood there, frozen.

“Yoong, let’s go!”, Chunyeon’s voice startles her.

“D-dae!”, she replied, and started to walk towards Chunyeon. She turned her head to look at Yuri for the last time before she headed to the gate. Yuri smiled while waving his hand at her, and he swear he could see Yoona’s face flushed.

“Cute!”, he mumbled smilingly, and continued to watch them walked pass through the gate until they’re disappeared from his sight. He then slowly leaving the departure terminal, heading towards the car park.

“I miss her already”, he thought.

Present

“Dae, oppa. Four days only, right? I can’t take longer than that. I couldn’t stay away from Junho for a long time. I can’t bring him and Yuri with me. He got a work to do”, Yoona said through the phone while playing with little Junho’s fingers. Junho was still in a deep sleep after drinking his milk. The Kwon family just had their dinner, and Yoona brought her son to sleep at their room. They will have their sleeping time together once a week. Yuri was still in the kitchen as he offered himself helping his wife to clean the table and washing the dishes when Yoona received a phone call from her manager, Chunyeon.

“Done?”, Yoona mouthed to her husband soon after Yuri entered their bedroom. Yuri gave his ‘okay’ sign to her. “Thank you!”, she mouthed again. Yuri walked closer to her, and kissed on top of her head before he sat next to her on the bed.

“Dae, oppa. Just tell Lee ssi to book my flight ticket. Okay, I will see you at the office tomorrow. Good night, oppa!”, she said as she hung up.

“Going abroad again?”, Yuri asked.

“Yeah. Hong Kong this time. The agency needs me to supervise our models for the fashion show there”, Yoona said. Although she’s already quit her job as a model after marrying Yuri, her talent agency was reluctant to let her go, and they offered her to become a trainer for their residence models and artists. Yoona finally agreed, with a condition to remain Chunyeon as her manager.

Yuri wrapped his arm around her shoulder, and Yoona automatically wrapped her arm around his waist while leaning her head on his shoulder. They stayed just like that while having their small chat.

“I don’t want to go, but I have to. I’m going to miss Junho and you. Gosh, I started to feel regret accepting this job!”, she grumbled. Yuri just smiled hearing his wife’s complaint, and pulled her into a tight hug.

“It’s okay, jagiya. It’s not that long, right? How many days you will be there?”, Yuri asked. Yoona raise her four fingers lazily while pouting, causing Yuri to chuckle on her childish antics.

“Aigoo.. are you Junho’s noona, or his eomma?”, Yuri said teasingly. Yoona playfully slapped his arm, still pouting.

“Do you want us to go with you? I can ask Teddy hyung to postpone our project meeting to another week”, Yuri suggested.

“I don’t want to disturb your work, honey ah. Your project deadline is getting closer, and your client will upset if you’re postponing the deadline because of me”, she said in disagree. Yuri smiled, knowing how concern his wife on his work.

“Don’t worry, jagiya. The work is almost complete, it’s just that we need to finalize it through the meeting. I can ask Teddy hyung to proceed the meeting, and we can discuss together using Skype, how about that?”, Yuri said. Yoona took off her arms and sat upright, her eyes widened in excitement.

“Jinja? You can do that?”, she asked. Yuri nodded his head smilingly.

“Aww.. I love you, honey ah! Thank you!”, Yoona said as she leaned forward to hug her husband, and pecked on his lips.

“Shhh.. keep it low, jagiya. You might awake the grumpy Kwon Junior later”, Yuri whispered while glancing at baby Junho. The little boy squirmed a little bit, but he then fell back to sleep.

“You just don’t know how excited I am, honey ah. We can have a small vacation together. We never brought Junho to abroad since he was born”, Yoona replied, still hugging Yuri. Yuri nodded in agreement.

“Yup. Consider this as our small family vacation. We can bring him to Disneyland when you have free time. I’m sure he must be excited to see Mickey Mouse!”, Yuri said excitedly. Yoona pulled off the hug, and squinting her eyes while looking at her husband.

“Is it him, or his daddy who is excited to meet Mickey Mouse, huh?”, Yoona said with a smirk.

“Aishh…”, Yuri smiled sheepishly, causing both of them chuckled with their silly conversations.

“Alright. Since it’s still early to go to bed, I think I want to start to look for our flight tickets, and will do the booking for the hotel as well”, Yuri said as he got up from the bed. “You want to join me?”, he asked while holding out his hand, offering his wife to pull her to stand up.

“Yeah, sure. Let me switch on the baby monitor first”, Yoona replied as she grabbed his hand, and stood up. She walked towards the side table, and switched on the machine.  

“Alright, let’s!”, Yoona said while walking towards Yuri who was waiting for her at the door. They were walking hand in hand towards the mini studio where he worked when he at home.

A week later, at Incheon Airport

“Junho ah. Have a safe flight, okay?”, Mrs. Kwon said while gently patting on baby Junho’s cheek. The Kwons were at the airport, and Yuri’s parents were there to send them off to Hong Kong. Mr. Im was not able to join them as he was still in Venice, Italy for his photo shoot work for two weeks.

“Kay!”, Junho replied excitedly while raising his one hand.

“Omo, omo! Kyaaaa.. so cute!”, Mrs. Kwon said with a squeal, causing the rest of the Kwons laughing at her.

“Aigoo.. you’re keep on surprising us, Junho ah. My brilliant baby!”, Yuri said while showering him with kisses. Junho shrieked as he felt ticklish. Yoona just shook her head while laughing.

“Have you check your passports?”, Mr. Kwon asked Yoona.

“Dae, daddy. Everything’s in here. Don’t worry”, Yoona said as she patted her hand bag where she kept her family’s passports.

“Good. Call us when you guys arrived there, okay? Take lots of photos with Junho too”, he said as he ruffled the little boy’s hair.

“Dae, daddy. I’m sure he will have lots of fun at Disneyland later, and we can take lots of his photo”, Yoona said smilingly while glancing at her son.

“Don’t worry, dad. I will contact you through Skype once we arrived at the hotel later. It’s only a one hour time difference”, Yuri said. Not long after, they heard announcement to board the flight to Hong Kong.

“Alright, Junho ah. Give me a kiss”, Mrs. Kwon said, leaning her face closer to her grandchild. Like he understand of what his grandmother wants, he leaned his face to peck on her cheek.

“Muahh..”, he made the kiss sound. Mrs. Kwon giggled on his cute act.

“Kishh haraboji”, Mr. Kwon doesn’t want to be left out. He did the same like his wife. Yuri brought Junho to lean closer to his grandfather’s face.

“Muahh..”, he pecked on his grandfather’s face, causing the old man to chuckle, and ruffling his hair.

“Mom, take care”, Yoona said as she gave a hug to her mother-in-law.

“You too, Yoona ah”, Mrs. Kwon replied as she pulled off the hug. She then took turn to hug her father-in-law.

“Take care, daddy”, she said.

“You too. Have fun!”, Mr. Kwon replied as he pulled off the hug.

“Dad, mom, you guys take care, okay?”, Yuri said to his parents. Both Mr. and Mrs. Kwon gave a group hug to their son and grandchildren.

“Goodbye, Junho!”, Mr. and Mrs. Kwon bid their goodbye to little Junho. Junho waving his tiny hand at them. After bid goodbye to their parents, the Kwon family then headed to the departure gate.
