You hold your stomach gently, feeling yourself smile. You can't wait to tell Daehyun the news. You two have been hoping for this for so long. You feel excitement consuming you whole.

You stare at the clock, waiting for his return from a long day at work. You have dinner already prepared and made the decision to tell him after he eats.

He walks into your home, coming in for a quick peck on lips. "Hi," he smiles softly at you.

You smile back, his smile being contagious. "How was work?"

"It was a bit slow today, I'm just glad to be back now." He winks at you before heading off to the bedroom to change.

You sit at the table and smile at his smirk when he sees what you have prepared. He noticed the cheesecake on the counter and immediately leaned in to trail kisses down your neck. "What did I do to deserve someone like you?"

You simply smile at his response. You can't wait to tell him the news.

After he finished his last slice of cheesecake, you take the chance to tell him the news.

"Daehyun," you start off slowly. To make sure that you have his full attention.

He looks up at you. "What's up, jagiya?"

You smile and point to your stomach. "Guess what's in here."

He smirks, "Oh that's easy."

You feel yourself brighten, he understood. You smile at him, waiting for him to say it.

"Food."

You feel yourself stop smiling, rolling your eyes. Leave it to your glutton husband to say that.

"No. Daehyun, you cute pabo," you giggle lightly. "Seriously. Guess what's here."

He pauses for a moment, deep in thought. You were ready to throw your empty plate at him but he then stood up from his seat.

"Jinja?" he asks, a smile forming on his lips. "For real?"

You nod, returning the smile. "We're going to be parents, Daehyun."

He pulls you in for a hug, then admiring the small lump in your stomach. He grins and kisses you, feeling you smile against his lips.
