Some Things Never Change
Description
We started off as neighbors, and then became friends. We didn't know each other for many years, yet time wasn't necessary to create such a strong bond between us.
I thought this friendship would go a long way, but I was wrong. Something came along the way and separated us.
In the first couple of months, I thought we could still maintain this whole friendship thing. I thought we wouldn't forget each other. Despite being in two extreme ends of the world, we video chatted to stay in contact. I'm not quite sure what happened, but at some point, we just stopped. I guess we just got tired of staying up waiting for the other late at night.
A few years have passed since they left. We really lost all contact with them. I know their career is going pretty well thanks to the Internet. You search them up, they're everywhere. Other than that, I don't know anything else.
I guess time really does kill a friendship. No matter how strong it was.
Now, all the finals are over; I'm going to Seoul with my best friend for the summer. We both want to see the guys so much... I would be lying if I said I didn't miss them. Though... They're stars now... Will it even be possible for us to get a glimpse of them?
Foreword
"I'm really going to miss you guys so much..." I said trying to hold my tears. We already said our final words to each other. Now, they really had to leave, if they don't, they would miss their flight.
"Same here..." said Suho with a sad smile.
"I wish you all the success in the world and I can't wait to see you guys debut! Don't overwork yourselves and t-t-take care!" said Elle with a breaking voice. It's so rare to see her cry; she's usually the tough type.
They smiled faintly and took their bags to head over to the airport security check.
"Goodbye, take care." said Kai looking deep into my eyes. He wanted to say something else, but changed his mind. Instead, he ruffled my hair before leaving, and joined the rest.
After they put their bags into the machine, they all turn... They waved at us for the last time and left.
Goodbye guys...
Take care...
