Minho pov:

“Hyung…did I say something wrong?” I asked Kyuhyun hyung who stood at the door.

“Minho…” He began as he turned around and sat down next to me. “I don’t know how to explain this, it is a long story…but, Hiro is your girlfriend…”

“ I don’t understand hyung…but she looks like your girlfriend in the photos” I looked down at the photos again, there are photos of them holding hands, hugging and they seem pretty close.

Besides, I don’t remember her at all.

“Um..well, I was her boyfriend, but then we broke up a while ago..and then you two started going out…” Hyung hesitated before explaining to me.

“Was it because of me…that you two broke up?” This is extremely awkward to talk about, but I have to know..what if I hurt them before.

“No..well, not exactly, what happened was pretty complicated and it can’t really be explained in words..I think it is best if Hiro tells you and you find out from her”

Why does it seem like there so many mysteries in this relationship? What actually happened?

“Hyung, should I go and find her?”I asked.

He thought for a bit and nodded. He took his phone out and called her.

“Hiro?...kwenchana?...Yah, stop crying….I understand, but just stop crying first…Where are you right now?...I’ll come and find you, stay there, araseo?” Hearing their conversation, I must have hurt…Hiro..a lot.

He helped to get on my wheelchair and wheeled me out. “Hyung, I want to go by myself.”

“Deh, she is at the roof top, she is not expecting you though, so just…actually just go, I won’t give anymore advises.” He wheeled me to the elevator and waved to me from the outside.

I nodded at him.

I looked up at the screen in the elevator. I got more anxious as we were closer to my destination.

What should I say when I see her? I don’t even know her right now, to me…she is just a stranger.

She could have meant the whole world to me before, but now…I barely know her.

The elevator finally reached the rooftop. I slowly wheeled myself out and headed to the roof door.

Before entering, I pushed the door opened a bit first and peeked in.

There she is, crouching and leaning on the wall with her head down.

Without hesitation, I wheeled myself in and our eyes met as she lifted her head.

Hiromi pov:

I looked up, expecting to see kyuhyun oppa there, but instead my eyes met with Minho oppa’s.

“Hiro shii..” He called me as he wheeled himself closer to me.

Hiro shii?

I stood up and walked to him.

I can’t read my own mind right now..I don’t know what my feelings to him right now. I love him, but at the same time, I know he is not the same Minho oppa anymore, this Minho oppa is not the same oppa that I have known for 20 years. This minho oppa in front of me does not have the memories of the past 20 years.

“Kyuhyun hyung explained to me just now…” He began and looked into my eyes as I knelt down in front of him. “I don’t really understand what happened, but hyung told me that you are..were..are my girlfriend and you probably did mean a lot to me before, but right now…”

He wasn’t able to finish his sentence, he probably doesn’t want to hurt me with his words.

“..you don’t remember me at all and you have forgotten everything, including your love.” I finished it for him as I held my tears in.

He nodded and looked away, unable to look into my watery eyes.

“I am sorry…” His voice trembles as he speaks, “are we still friends?”

Friends?

I gave him a faint smile and nodded. “We’ll start back from the very beginning, it doesn’t matter if you don’t remember those 20 years…well, at least you are safe.”

That was a lie. I am not fine with it. I won’t be able to keep my words, start from the beginning? So all those 20 years, gone? I want to say no, I want to scream at him. I want to tell him that I hate him, I hate him for doing this to me.

But I can’t. I can’t hurt him and he is disappointed enough already, I can’t bear to see him more upset because of me.

“Oppa, can you promise me one thing?” I asked.

He nodded. I don’t know if the nod was out of obligation, sympathy or what, but this is the least that I can do.

“Can you let me stay with you all the time?”

He was a bit confused and surprised at first and at the end he still nodded and agreed with me.

Even if he doesn’t remember me, I still want to be with him, I just want to stay by his side.

“Let’s go oppa, is really cold up here” I brushed my thoughts away and pushed him out of the rooftop.

Just came home from volunteering work~ anyways, so yes I am still waiting for the poster, but I'll definately get it this week ^^ :)
