“Mihyun? Are you alright?!” Kyungsoo asked worriedly.

“Yeah, I’m fine oppa.”

“Yah, you’re bleeding! You need to go to the clinic, you’re badly injured!”

You gave him a small nod.

He helped you stand up, but you can’t since your ankle hurts so much.

“You can’t stand?”

“Yeah, my ankle hurts.”

In a swift movement, you were now being carried by him bridal style.

“Yah! Oppa, what are you doing?!”

“Carrying you.”

“But I’m too heavy!”

“So? I can’t leave you there and you’re badly injured.”

“But this is so embarrassing, people will see us!”

“Don’t mind them what’s important now is for you to go to the clinic.”

You fell silent, not knowing what to say.

As soon as both of you entered the clinic, the nurse immediately took care of you.

“Dear, what happened to you? You have so many bruises.” The nurse asked worriedly.

“Ah..uhm I fell down the stairs.” The nurse gave you a suspicious look.

“Okay.” She said as she patched your wounds.

“Your sprain isn’t that bad, it might hurt for 2 or 3 days but it wouldn’t hurt severely. By the time you get home you need to put some ice on your ankle and wear your bandage for 3 days.”

“Ne.”

“Be careful next time. You may go if you’re ready.” The nurse smiled then left the room, leaving you and Kyungsoo alone.

“You alright now?”

“I’m fine.” You gave him a reassuring smile.

“Does your ankle still hurt?” He said as he examined your ankle.

“A little, but not that much.”

Kyungsoo sat beside you. “I’m sorry if I didn’t come early and rescue you.”

“It’s alright, you still rescued me.”

“I know, but still you’re badly injured!”

“Nah, I’ve been worst.”

“You know, Baekhyun was so worried about you.”

“Huh?”

You were a little happy that Baekhyun was worried about you. A little.

“Me and Baekhyun split up to find you. A girl came to us and said that you were being encountered by those mean girls, Baekhyun was so furious you know? It’s actually the first time I saw him like that. Maybe you would be more happy if Baekhyun came rather than me.”

“Oppa, don’t say that. I’m happy that you came.” You gave him a warm smile.

“Really?”

“Yeah.” Kyungsoo smiled widely.

“You know, you’re the first girl who didn’t even shed a single tear while being bullied.”

“Hmm really? I don’t want people to see me as a weak person.”

“Crying doesn’t mean you’re weak.”

“Yeah, it does.”

“Why? Did someone make you feel weak?”

You remained silent for a few minutes then spoke up.

“Crying is for stupid people who can’t handle hard things in life.”

Both of you fell silent in the moment.

Unexpectedly, Kyungsoo wrapped his arms around you pulling you in a hug.

Your eyes widen in his chest.

“You said you don’t want people to see you weak. There, no one is looking, you can cry now.”

You felt your eyes b tears.

Soon later on, you were now sobbing in his chest.

“Don’t keep all your feelings inside you, crying doesn’t always means you’re weak, crying can also make you stronger by releasing pent up feelings that make you weaker.”

After minutes, Kyungsoo releases you from his hold, then wiped your tears.

“Isn’t that better?”

Kyungsoo was leaning too close to you, making you blush.

“Ne, it is. Thank you.” You smiled.

“No problem.”

You didn’t know that Baekhyun saw everything outside through the clinic’s window.

“I should go now, Baekhyun would be here any second.”

“Arasso, bye.”

He waved at you, then exit the clinic.

Baekhyun pretended that he had just arrived, and did not see anything from earlier.

“Oh, hyung! Mihyun is inside. Did you just arrived?”

“Uh yeah. Uhm, is she alright?”

“Yeah I guess so. Hyung, be kind to her for now, please?”

“Okay, just for now.”

“Thanks hyung. I’ll be going now.”

He gave him a small nod.

Baekhyun entered the clinic, seeing you smiling very widely.

“Hey.” Baekhyun greeted you with an crooked smile.

Your smile disappeared, making Baekhyun frown.

You uttered a small hi.

“So, are you a fine now?”

“Yeah, I guess so.”

“Oh, okay let’s go home.”

You nodded.

Baekhyun saw you struggling to stand up, since your ankle still hurt. He made his way to you then held your waist, helping you to stand.

“Uh, thanks.”

Both of you exited the clinic, Baekyun can still see you struggling. He uttered a small sigh then bend down on his knees in front of you.

“Yah, what are you doing?”

“Get on my back.”

“Huh?”

“Come on, get on my back!”

You followed him.

He carried you, giving you a piggy back ride.

“I’m sorry if I’m heavy.”

“Yeah, you’re really heavy!” He said jokingly.

“Yah!” You slapped his left shoulder.

“I’m just joking. This is atleast what I can do to make it up for you! I’m sorry I didn’t come and save you.”

“Nah, it’s alright.”

“No it isn’t! I said I’ll protect you! But Kyungsoo was your savior not me.” He pouted.

“Aww, does playboy feel so guilty?”

“Hey, I don’t feel guilty, I just feel disappointed that’s all.”

“And why do you feel disappointed?”

“I don’t know.”

“Eh, are you jealous?” You asked in a teasing tone.

“Jealous? Me? Pfft. In your dreams princess.”

You slapped him again.

“Yah, I’ll get a bruise there!”

“Yeah like I don’t have any bruises caused by your stupid fangirls!”

“…I’m sorry.”

“You should be!”

“No, I’m really am.”

“Yeah, I know.”

You didn’t actually think that he would be so sincere apoligizing.

The bus soon arrived, good thing there were two seats left.

The bus ride was silent, Baekhyun would sometimes glance at you checking if you’re alright.

‘I can’t believe, he’s actually worried about me.’

The bus soon arrived at both of your place.

“Are you sure you can walk?”

“Yeah, I can.”

Soon both of you reached both of your houses.

“How will you explain this to your mom?”

“Easy. I’ll tell her I fell on the stairs.”

“You sure you’ll be alright?”

“Yes, I’m alright.”

“Okay, I promise you starting tomorrow no one would dare lay a finger on you.”

“That’s too much Baekhyun! Anyways I have to go now.”

“Arasso, bye princess.”

“Bye.”

‘He’s just being nice and caring because he’s guilty. Don’t think too much Mihyun.’ You thought as you enter your house.

‘Why am I being like this? Damn. You are Byun Baekhyun, the biggest playboy in school. Don’t let one girl get in your way. Aishh.’ Baekhyun said to himself.
