“I already said I was gonna help you! Why are you following me?!”

“ahem the thing is…I don’t have a place to stay and I was wondering if I could stay with you for tonight”

“What?! Are you crazy?! How could you ask someone you just met to stay with them! Especially when they’re a girl!”

“Please!!” Jason pleaded “We broke up yesterday and she kicked me out. I have no money!”

My hand wrapped around my neck trying to ease the anger felt “You love to stress me out don’t you?!”

“just don’t get caught with the paparazzi or big corporate of the company. Got it?!”

“So I can stay?!”

“I only have a small dorm with bunk beds. Top bunk or floor, your choice”

“Hey Krystal. Uhmmm” Jason paused then held onto his stomach

Poor guy must be starving

“I’ll go next door and ask the guys for some food. Just wait here”

“Hey they only ha-” The sandwiches I held slid onto the floor “OH MY GOD! What do you think you’re doing Kevin?!”

I kneeled beside Jason who laid on the floor

“So you know him? You live alone and you let a random guy stay with you?! I’m so disappointed in you” Kevin yelled out

“Are you okay Jason?”

He wiped the corners of his mouth then signaled that he was fine

I eyed Kevin then stabbed his shoulder with my finger as I talked “How could you just use violence?! Why are you even here!? You have no relationship to me now, you ended it this morning!”

“I thought I was being stupid this morning, but I guess I made the right choice. Leaving you and never caring ever again was the best decision of my life!”

“FINE THEN! GET OUT OF HERE KEVIN! I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOUR STUPID FACE EVER AGAIN!”

I slammed the door behind him, then kicked the door once out of frustration

Did he really have to come here? He already upset me earlier and he had to make me upset over him again?!

To calm my nerves I closed my eyes then exhaled deeply

I looked at Jason while running my finger through my hair “I’m sorry you got hit because of me. I’ll go get the first aid kit”

Long fingers wrapped around my right wrist, stopping me

“No need, I’m not hurt that badly. Want me to get you the first aid kit?”

“I’m not hurt”

“Are you sure? Because your face tells me you’re in pain, not only you but Kevin too”

“I don’t even want to talk about him. I’ll go wash”

“Krystal. If you guys are meant to be together then waiting just a little longer doesn’t change anything. But hiding or running away doesn’t help you at all”

Though I fought to hold them back, hot wet tears ran down my cheeks “I cared about him so much but ever since I entered the entertainment business we’ve been fighting often, if I never wanted to become famous we would have never become like this.”

I sniffed then swiped my tears away as I faked a smile “Sorry. What am I talking about? I shouldn’t be like this in front of you.”

“Why not? No one never said you can’t cry when you’re upset”

“This is just the way I am. Good night Jason”

“I’ll be here for you baby! Don’t be sad”

“Thank you Jason but you’re such a player! Stop hitting on me and go to sleep already”

3 years later~

“JASSSSOONNN!!” My high pitched squeals echoed in the huge new house “YAHHH!! This place is new and you decide to dump trash all around the couch?! WAKE UP FACE!”

“5 more minutes mommy” Jason mumbled

“Eish!” I mercilessly slapped the back of his head once

“oww!” he muttered and rubbed the area but nonetheless he kept his eyes shut and continued to nap on the leather couch

“really?! I can’t believe I had to deal with you for 3 long years and you haven’t changed a bit” I sighed

I smirked evilly after a lightbulb lit up in my mind

“Jason oppa~ Want a massage?”

I slipped my slipper off then jumped on top of his back

“want to wake up now? Get up! Get up!” I stomped

“OOOF!”

“If you don’t get up I’m going to sit on you! Falling from all the way up here”

“YAH KRYSTAL! YOU’RE GOING TO BE LATE!”

“Hyunki oppa (her manager)!! It’s all his fault! He won’t get up!”

“JASON!” Hyunki oppa shouted angrily

“YES HYUNG!” he saluted, while laying on the couch

“GET UP! LET’S GO!”

“YES HYUNG!”

“Krystal get off him”

“YES OPPA!” I saluted, which brought a smile upon Hyunki oppas face

“You two are like little children. You can’t stay still for even a little bit?” Hyunki oppa sighed

“Hyunki oppa! When are you getting married?! I have to be one of the bridesmaids!”

“I just proposed to her two days ago!”

“Yeah Krystal. Why are you rushing him? Ohh I know! You want to get married don’t you?” Jason teased

“Shut up!” I hissed

“Why? I can pretend to be your boyfriend this time!”

“ewww I don’t want to pretend to be your girlfriend again!”

“Why?! even acting as my girlfriend is an honor you know!”

“Shut up! Someones calling me!” I hushed

“hello? Oh?! Minwoo?”

“MINWOO?! YO MAN!! WHY DID YOU CALL HER AND NOT ME!”

“SHUT UP JASON!”

“YAH!! YOU TWO KEEP IT DOWN BACK THERE!” Hyunki yelled

“Dae oppa!”

“Dae Hyung!”

“Hello? Yeah Minwoo?” I nudged Jason who tried to place his ear against the other side of my phone

“How are you guys?”

“Yeah we’re doing fine here. How’s japan? I heard you guys are doing well on the oricon charts”

“I miss Korea! I miss you! I want to be over there”

“I miss you too Minwoo” I chuckled “Tell everyone that Jason and I said Hi. We have to go now, we’re outside the event. Byee!”

Even from inside the van with curtains covering the windows, I could see the flashing of the cameras

“IT’S KRYSTAL!”

“Krystal! Over here! I have some questions for you!” another reporter yelled out

3 years in this business and I never get sick of these reporters, they are so entertaining

I mean it to be them, having other cameras hit their faces or pens stabbing their buttox

I bowed slightly then smiled as I stood on the mini stage, the area for pictures when the celebrities arrive

Jason stood on the side and caught my attention with weird expressions on his face

When I looked to the left, I understood what Jason was saying
