I keep finding myself in the arms of someone I sorta dislike…

It’s like a dream

Thank goodness my phone rang, bringing both Kevin and I back into reality

We both panicked and backed away from the hug

“Hel- Hello?” I stuttered into the phone

“Kris! Where are you?! You went out by yourself for a while now and you’re still not back!”

“I’m fine Kiseop oppa. I went out for a walk and ran into Kevin so we walked around”

“Kevin didn’t do anything right?! I’m gonna hurt that guy! Hurry up and get home!”

“Yes Oppa we’re coming now” I whispered

“What did Kiseop say?”

I grinned then stuffed my phone into my pocket “We have to go home before they kill us”

I turned around and took a few steps back “what are you standing here for? Let’s go”

“wait just one question!” Kevin yelled

I turned back around to face him “Yes Kevin?”

“Remember that girl I told you about?”

“mhmm oh that celebrity girl you like?!”

“hey I told you she wasn’t a celebrity!”

“okay sureee” I mocked “what about her?”

“Do you think I should confess to her?”

“of course you should! Never give up! It better be in a romantic way! Then you would totally steal her heart!”

“But what if she still likes someone?”

“Come on Kevin! it up and be a man! Try your best and then see what happens from there” I smiled bitterly as I patted his shoulder

“what if…that girl was you?”

“HAHAHAHAHA that’s funny! Stop joking around!” I faked, annoyingly

My fake laughter dispersed into the air as Kevin continued to stare at me

“wait you really mean it? Sorry! I didn’t mean to- man…”

“Kris!” Kevin yelled after me

I don’t know why..I couldn’t finish my own sentence and ran off

I ran until I couldn’t run no more

I gently hugged a light post that was nearby, which supported my body

I watched my breath vaporize in the cold air as I panted

The sky was dark now besides the bright city lights

The streets were also empty now, the whole city was resting on this peaceful night

The young me has never dated

I don’t know how to deal with boys yet

Is it the reason I ran away? Things will become awkward between us again

“KRYSTAL! There you are!”

“Kevin?!”

Kevin stood beside and leaned against the pole as well while he panted heavily

“you almost gave me a heart attack! Why did you run?! Shouldn’t I be the one running away?” He snickered

I opened my mouth then froze

I didn’t know what to say, nothing came to mind

Just  Blank~

On the other hand, Kevin looked at me with cute round eyes and began to lean closer and closer

So close that I felt his hot breath against my burning cheeks

Soon I felt his warm lips brush against mine for a few seconds

Kevin backed away smiling “I’m not asking for anything from you. I’ll be here when you need me”

I nodded and watched him walk away

From his back profile he looked quite handsome and manly

I smiled goofily then touched my lips

Why am I smiling?!  Get over it! Come on that first kiss doesn’t count! Urghhh darn Kevin stole my first kiss!

Kevin suddenly turned around

Sending me into shock

“Hurry up unless you never want to leave the house ever again”

“yeah I’m coming” I answered casually, softly beating my leg as if I had a leg cramp

I smiled sheepishly as Kevin watched me walk towards him

I looked down at the floor, hoping to quickly pass by him

Instead he had grabbed onto my hand, making me stop in my tracks

I looked into his eyes, fully surprised

“what are you doing??” I asked him, trying to slide my hand out of his

“Holding your hand”

“Kevin woo you sure got a lot of guts” I muttered “now let go!”

“nope! Never letting you go!” he announced

I scoffed “can you actually promise that? Hurry and let go of my hand already!”

Kevin cutely shut his eyes then shook his head side to side

I smirked evilly “oops!”

“arghhh ow!” Kevin yelped

Kevin had released my hand and held onto his probably bruised shin

“Thanks for letting go. I’m going home now” My fingers did a little dance as I waved to him

Kevin hopped on one foot and tried to rubbed the pain away from his leg “Kris!”

Kevins a great guy but I still have myself to care about

Because he was right…I still like Taemin
