“You’re fully recovered right? No psychiatric trauma or broken arms?”

“Yes sir!” I answered cheerfully

My manager chuckled along “well get ready for your comeback. You have a full schedule. You will record the song tomorrow then start on the choreography. You will start promoting within 2 weeks”

“whoa there. She just got back and she already has a full schedule?” Jeongmin asked

“that’s because she’s popular” minwoo winked

“nahh I get a lot of publicity” I winked “I have lots to catch up on. Later guys”

“wait! Kris can I talk to you in the hall real quick?” Youngmin called out

“Uh sure”

“so what did you need to talk about?”

“I’m sorry about last time. I didn’t know what I was thinking, just to confess to you like that is so..”

“Thank you Youngmin oppa for telling me you liked me. For now I just hope to promote the song well and become a singer people would call sucessful.”

“still good friends?”

“always” I smiled

“Hey you two let’s get going. It’s time to practice”

“Go ahead. Someone’s calling me”

I placed the white colored cell phone up to my ear “Hello?”

“How’s my little baby doing?”

“Alexander oppa? Why are you using Dongho oppas phone?”

“tchh because you’re bias and never pick up any of our phone calls besides Dongho’s”

“Nuh uh it because you guys always call me at the wrong time!”

 Seriously the wrong time…ughh last time he called when I was in the restroom

“Anyway babehh! You feeling better? You’re arm all better? Leg still hurt?!”

“Mommy Alexander, I’m fine” I chuckled softly

“You may be fine but Kevin is not”

“Why? Did he get hurt?”

“Yeah he’s hurt and it’s serious this time”

“serious?! How serious? Nevermind I’ll meet you guys at the dorm!”

Kevin hurt? Why is he hurt? He was fine when he checked out of the hospital

geeze! Did Hana possibly get out and is torturing him?!

My fists pounded against the blue wooden door as fast as I could

“You guys it’s me! Open the door!”

“Kris! You’re here!” Dongho grinned

“Wheres Kevin?” I asked the six guys sitting around

I entered the living room “w-whats going on?”

The lights flickered again and this time they turned off

“You guys? Where are you?”

From the hallway, a small candle light ignited and was slowly headed towards my direction

“Guys?”

Kevin appeared in front of me holding out a cake “Kevin? Didn’t Alexander oppa say you were hurt?”

“I am hurt. You broke my heart”

I scoffed “broke your heart? That’s why I’m here?”

“But I want to apologize for some of the stupid things I’ve done over these years and how much I’ve hurt you.”

Among the darkness, Kevin’s face glowed…but mainly because of the candle

 “Did you forget?”

“Forget what?”

“Todays you’re birthday!!” a crazed voice screamed in the darkness, I’m sure that everyone can guess that it was Alexander “Blow the candle! Go GO GOOO! CAKKEEE!”

Kevin ushered for me to make a wish

I wish for happiness for all the people around me, especially Kevin

Darkness filled the room once the candle was blown out

“WOOHOO! Cake!” Alexander shrieked

“Man! Stop shoving! Kris gets the first piece!” Kiseop yelled out

“Hold him back!” Dongho yelled out

Before I knew it I was laughing as Kibum, Eli, and Kiseop fought to hold Alexander back

Dongho acted as a wall between the cake and Alexander while Kevin held the cake

Kevin suddenly sighed then placed he cake on the table

“I need to talk to you real quick” He grabbed my left arm then pulled me away

“ah but- cake!” I pouted, desperately reaching out with my right hand

We stood side by side with our arms over the metal railings out in the dark night sky

Kevin cleared his throat “ahem! So I wanted to be the first to give you a present”

“well? What is it?” I asked without even glancing at him once

“Close your eyes”

“why do I ha-”

“Just do it!” he demanded

Along with a sigh, I did as I was told

Within a split second I found myself in his warm embrace

“Listen, I don’t want to act like nothing happened. Ever since we first met it’s been a crazy ride. We’ve been through happy, lonely, and heartbreaking times. To me they’re all unforgettable memories that are irreplaceable. It’s been so long since I’ve first met you and I’m a hundred percent sure now, that you’re the only girl for me”

I was suddenly ed back, Kevin’s grip tightened around my arms

“I know you still care about me like I do. I want to start over, like this headband” In his hands he held a headband that was black with a purple fabric flower attached to the top “We’ll start a new, give me another chance?”

Did he really have to ask like this?

I smirked then roughly grabbed the headband from Kevin, our eyes made contact as he gazed intently, watching me as I placed the hair accessory into my hair

We smiled at each other like crazy idiots

“We’ll start over. Ey! This time you can’t lie, I’m your only girl! Got it?!”

He wrapped his arms around me along with a smile “I got it my pretty little flower”

“I missed you Oppa. Ahem! I mean you stick! You have to listen to me”

Kevin said nothing but stared at him

“um. Hmph! Why are you just starin-”

His warm lips pressed against mine, shutting me up in the process

“you talk too much” He whispered

We smiled at each other, that is…until a voice ruined the moment

“EWWW STOP MAKING OUT AND GET IN HERE SO WE CAN EAT THE CAKE!!”

 “HYUNGGG!!” “Xander oppa!!!

I felt my cheeks grow hot, Kevin blushed and turned red as a tomato

“Let’s go in before he sends the whole group”

I turned around to leave the porch but Kevin pulled me back

“let’s go in. What are you doing?”

“It wont kill you just to hold my hand. Will it?”

I let out a soft scoff “so you’re asking the girl to make the first move?”

“No I didn’t unless you want to” Kevin sang teasingly

“hmph I’m going in”

“Okay okay! Wait! Wait for me!” he chased after me

Kevin caught my hand then led me back into the room

Bitting my bottom lip as I smiled shyly, I’m so happy right now
