“Ajusshi! Take me to Lotte World please” I told the taxi driver

“I’m not sure if you have…”

Maybe I’m stupid to come here

Even though many people may be able to recognize me, I couldn’t help it

This is the place where Kevin and I had many irreplaceable memories

I caught many people’s attention as I strolled around with tears in my eyes

“Hey pretty girl. Since you’re alone want to hang out with me?”

I covered my face in embarrassment “please go away”

The strange man sat down beside me on the wooden bench

The man was dressed in a pink sweater, dark blue jeans with half his hanging out of it, black nike’s, and to top the whole outfit off he wore a black hat tilted to the side with the letter J stitched in.

“Lee JaeSun or the American version, Jason! and you are?”

“Why are you talking to a stranger like me?”

“I believe someone like you needs a little change in their life. Like me! Ka pow!”

Oh geeze this guy’s a weirdo

“Just go find some other girl to hit on” I swiped away my tears and stood up to leave this place, I couldn’t stand staying here for another second. No matter how hard I try I can’t get Kevin out of my mind

“Wait” he held me back

“Could you let go of my wrist?!” I struggled but failed “Jason sshi! I really don’t want to be here anymore! Let me go!”

“I understand now…heartbroken? that makes two of us. So help me forget her”

“huh?” he began to drag me away “wait where are we going?!”

Jason led me into the rollercoaster seat, more like forced me onto the ride

“Want to make a bet?”

“what kind of bet?”

“Whoever could scream the loudest. Whoever loses has to do a punishment! Cool?”

“Fine whatever it gets to make you leave me alone!”

The coaster ascended

“omaaa it’s so dark” I murmured to myself

“scared already?” he chuckled

“n-no!”

“it’s going doOOOOWWWWWNN! WOOHOOO!!!” Jason yelled out

I closed my eyes but suddenly felt the warmth of a hand hold onto mine

I attempted to pull my hand away but he raised our hands in the air

“woohooo!! Yell with me!”

“WOOOOOH!”

He smiled at me and that was that

“ooh! Spinning cups next!”

Eyy this guy won’t ever release my hand, will he?!

We sat ourselves in a blue tea cup

“JASOONNN!”

“Whatt!!”

“Thaaaaaaank yoooooooouuuuuu” my voice vibrated as we continued to spin

I breathed in the fresh air and beautiful night scenery around the Han River

“Thanks for today. If it wasn’t for you I think I’d still be strolling around here alone”

“I want to thank you too. You helped me forget her for today”

“tchh do you this to every crying girl? Randomly grab their hand, pull them around on a date, and ride ferris wheels together? Such a player”

“Aniya just you. I thought you were really pretty and sat down”

I scoffed

“thought I was really pretty ey? Hehe how pretty?” I elbowed him lightly

“Very pretty. Like a celebrity”

I smirked “The names Krystal. Lee krystal”

“you have the same name as that one girl who dates Taemin”

“Geessh! I already told everyone I wasn’t dating Taemin oppa! Stupid paparazzi!”

“EHH?! T-taemin oppa? You mean you a-are LEE KRY-”

I slapped my hand over his mouth before he could expose me

“yahh are you trying to help me or kill me?!”

“kill you? I’m not trying to kill you?”

“you will get me killed if paparazzi find me and attack…or if my company finds out I ran away for a day”

“you ran away?”

“technically I didn’t because I didn’t have any schedules”

“I’ve never heard of a celebrity with no schedule, you must be…not that popular”

I eyed him then slapped the cap down so that the tip was against his nose

“I am popular! Just that I was in hospital…I mean they let me rest for today”

“Well miss krystal, I am amazed by you”

“me? why?”

“Nothing…but I think you just got yourself a new fan”

“You can be my number one fan! I still don’t have a die-hard fan yet” I joked

“Un” he nodded “your special number one fan”

“Also from today on, My, Krystal Lee’s new best friend”

Jason stayed silent

“Thanks Jason oppa. I enjoyed watching the sunset with you” I raised my hand signaling my leave

“aigh jincha! You’re just gonna leave me alone now?!”

“well what do you want me to do?!”

“I just need a favor”

“ughh no! I told you I can’t!” I slammed the door of the taxi behind me “and you just made me pay for the taxi!”

“No! I’ve seen that sitcom you’re in and you can act! You just don’t want to help me!”

“I’m not going to pretend to be your girlfriend!”

“Come on! Best friend!! Help me! I really want to get back at her and at least show her I could find someone better than her. You know how bitter I’m feeling! So help me!”

Ughhh he’s right. It’s a super bitter feeling that causes my hatred level to rise just thinking about it and it wouldn’t harm anyone, right?

“Fine!”

I’m going to regret this aren’t I?
