It is the 9^th time Hyukjae goes to a blind date arranged by his best friend. But it doesn’t turn out well, just like his other dates before. He is not that desperate to find a lover, no, okay, maybe a little. But he’s gay and it’s really hard to find a good-natured guy that he likes nowadays. The guys he met before are either erted or money lovers, cheaters, or even scammers.

What a great life he’s having.

His mother who keeps trying to find a girl for him to date (even though she knows he’s gay) is not helping either.

“Contact a matchmaking agency.”

That is what his stupid best friend, Sungmin said to him. What a great friend he has. Arranging blind dates for him with a bunch of useless idiots, and then giving the stupidest advice he has ever heard. 

Hyukjae thinks he’s unlucky, until one night, when he finds a strange ring at the bookstore he works at, everything changes. He accidentally makes a pact with a devil (whose existence he doesn’t believe at all) and in return he has to be a devil’s lover.

Saying that he’s unlucky is an understatement.

His life is getting near the apocalypse.
