I Don't Know What It Is With Me And The English Novels. I Guess I Like English, Although I Have No Idea What Half Of This Is All About.

Occasionally, I Would Look Up From The Book To The Fireplace, To Make Sure The Fire Was Flickering Enough To Keep Me Warm.

The Third Time I Looked Up, I Saw Suzy Staring.

At Me.

A Smirk Lightly Traced My Lip. "Like What You See?" I Asked Casually.

Suzy Quickly Looked Away In Surprise. "There Is Nothing To See." She Snapped, Still Refusing To Look At Me in The Eyes.

"I'm Reading A Novel," I Bragged, As I Flipped To The Next Page. "Maybe You Should Be Reading,Too."

Her Book Was Abandoned, Sitting About Three Feet Away From Her.

"Says You." Suzy Muttered Under Her Breath.

"Don't Worry, Bae Suzy. You Don't Have To Be Embarrassed About It." I Sighed Dramatically. "Girls Just Can't Seem To Keep Their Eyes Off Of Me."

A Grin Tugged On Her Lips, But She Gave Me A Glare.

"Actually, I Was Wondering If You Would Allow Me To Invite A Friend Over To The House So We Could Study Together." Suzy Said.

"Anyone Prettier Than You, Hopefully." I Answered.

I Sincerely Hoped She Knew I Was Kidding.

She Sighed, And Smiled Her You-Wish Smile. "Actually. My Friend Happens To Be A Guy."

"Good To Know." I Replied, Ignoring The Disappointment Tugging Down My Gut.

"Is It Alright?" Suzy Asked.

"Sure." I Muttered.

There Was No Reason Why I Should've Disapproved.

It Wasn't My Business- If She Wanted To Study With That Guy. If She Wanted To Date That Guy. If She Wanted To Marry That Guy- I Should Care Less.

It Didn't Bother Me All That Much, I Guess.

But It Would've Been A Lie If I Said It Didn't Bother Me At All.

Because There Was A Part Of Me, Annoyed.

I Didn't Really Want Her To Make Out With A Guy In My House, I Guess.

I Mean- Nobody Wants To See Anyone Doing Gross Stuff In Their House.

I Don't Know.

But It Bothered Me For Sure.

The Door Bell Rang, It Echoed In The Empty Living Room.

"I'll Get That," Suzy Squealed, Practically Running Her Way To The Front Porch.

I Felt Like Throwing Something.

I Know Why I Had A Bad Feeling About This Study Date.

Number 1: The 'Guy' Bae Suzy Talked About Turned Out To Be Kim Soo Hyun, The Psychopath.

Number 2: She Giggled About Twenty Minutes Every Time He Made A Lame Joke.

Number 3: There Was A Lot Of Skin Ship. I Swear, It Was Gross.

Number 4: They Both Totally Ignored My Existence. (BTW, Bae Suzy, This Is My House.)

Number 5: She Blushed Exactly Seventeen Times.

Six Times When He Complimented Her About Her Looks.

Once When He Gave Her A Hug.

Once When He Reached Out To Brush Out A Strand Of Her Hair That Was Hanging Loose On Her Face.

Twice When His Hand Brushed Against Hers.

Once When He Put His Arm Around Her.

Once When He Compared Her To Aphrodite, The Goddess Of Beauty.

Once When He Said She Was His Ideal Style.

Once When He Said She Was Growing Prettier Every Minute.

Twice When He Smiled At Her.

Once When Their Legs Brushed Against Each Others.

Number 6: I Said Yes When She Asked Me If He Could Come Over Again Next Week.

"Are You Close With Him?" I Asked, Cross From The Previous Two Hours.

"With Who?" She Asked, With A Far Away Look In Her Eyes.

"Kim Soo Hyun," I Answered, Trying To Be Patient.

It May Have Been My Imagination, But Her Smile Widened At The Sound Of His Name.

I Tried Really Hard Not To Be Too Annoyed At That Thought.

"Of Course." She Looked At Me. "He Was My Boyfriend."

I Looked At Her, Too Shocked To Say Anything Smooth.

What Had Wooyoung Say? He Had A Freaking Ex Girlfriend.

And That Was Suzy.

Hold That Thought. "He Was My Boyfriend?" I Looked Up At Her Questioningly.

"We Broke Up. Duh." Suzy Snapped.

That Made Me Feel Better Somehow, But Suzy Seemed A Bit Cross, To My Irritation.

"Because He Had To Move Away. And Because-"

Her Voice Trailed Off, And Left A Pink Tinge On Her Cheeks.

"Because What?" I Demanded.

"Because. I Wouldn't Do Anything With Him."

It Was Hard Not To Think erted When It Comes To Times Like That.

Suzy Must've Realized What I Was Thinking About, Because She Screamed-

"No! No, No, No, No- You ert- Soo Hyun Would Never- No!"

"Then What?" I Demanded.

She Brushed Her Hair With Her Fingers Before Mumbling Quietly- More To Herself Than To Me Me.

It Turns Out: Bae Suzy Never Really Had Her First Kiss.
