Writer POV

Coping up in a house that you barely know the owner for almost a week has really take a toll on Jonghyun’s mental state and the current situation with his bandmate do not help at all, he basically have no one to talk to. Sure he can call his family back home but he against the idea of his conversation is being listen and recorded by the security hired by his so call uncle. To add to his misery, his last phone call with his cousin on his hyung adding up to his worries. Apparently, according to Farah, Onew has been doing his best to avoid her at all cost just because she bring up his decision in quitting SHINee. The only thing he can basically do for the time being is writing songs, which weirdly all have similar theme behind it: friendship and all seem to be duet songs.

Jonghyun POV

What is the point writing all these songs? Is not like any of these will have the chance of being release at least not at our current rate.

*Flashback*

“So basically you are saying that we now know where Onew hyung is but we can’t go to see him because he simply wanted to leave everything behind?” said Minho

“Yes”

“And you’re not going to do anything about it? I thought you said that you wanted all of these to solve as soon as possible. The faster he get here, the faster that we can figure all these out and get back to our lives. Not trap in this big prison.” said Key angrily

“This is not about me or any of us in this room, it’s about Jinki alright. As of current, he wanted to be left alone. Why do you think that he run away from us, from the only people that he has left?”

“Fine but until when should we wait for him, hyung?” asked Minho

“I don’t know. I guess until he is ready.”

“What if he never be ready, hyung?” asked Taemin finally broke his silent

“I have no clue. But for now just respect his request. It is the least we can do after what happen.” said Jonghyun desperately wanted his teammates to understand

“So basically you are saying that we should just wait and die from the boredom in being cope up even if it will take years until Onew wiling to join us again. Sure that will solve the problem way quicker than forcing him to cooperate!” said Key while rolling his eye

“Look I know that all of us desperately wanted to go back to our lives but as of right now let’s just do this. Neh?”

“Easy for you to say at least you have your family here while the rest of us have none. All of our family and friends are in Korea worrying over us.” said Key trying to make a point

“I don’t even know their existence until a few days ago. It’s funny when you mention about family since all of us have a family to run to when we have any problem, while Jinki hyung has none. Even us, the only one that he’s the closest, abandon and left him to deal with all his worries alone. In fact we have been bullying him for the past few months without even a care in the world to find out about the truth at all.”

“Don’t you dare to put the blame on us! You are equally at fault as well!” said Key

“I’m not blaming anyone since we are all at fault in this matter. I’m just saying that Jinki deserve some time alone. We at least owe him that much. Let’s just try and understand him this time around or else I’m afraid that it will be the end of SHINee
