First day of school, Part 2

Aiden’s POV

This Henry kid can talk...he hasn’t stopped ever since we left the Chemistry lab….Help?

“So I heard you have a twin brother, what’s his name?”

“Kevin”

“Wow~ who is the eldest?”

“He is”

“Really? From what I heard you are very protective of him, I would have thought you were the eldest”

“Who is telling you all of this? It’s not even the second period yet…”

“One of the guys in the Chemistry lab is a writer for the school web site and paper, his name is Kibum”

“The one in the ‘Amazing 13’?”

“No that’s the other Kim Kibum; our Bummie is not in that group”

“How many Kim Kibum’s are there?”

“Three, one of them prefer to be called Key, the writer is our Bummie, and the last one is in the ‘Amazing 13’….”

“I see” I said, “Then may I call him ‘Bummie’ too so that way I don’t get confused?”

“Yeah! Everyone calls him that, his boyfriend gave him the nickname” I stopped and looked at Henry

Did I hear right? Boyfriend?

“Aiden you okay?”

“Did you say boyfriend? You mean they are gay?”

“Yeah, most guys are here; why don’t like gays?”

“No...I just have never seen a…you know…”

“Gay couple? I know, all the new guys say that”

I massage my temples; it’s a lot to take in on a first day…

“Aiden are you okay?”

“Yes, just too much in one day, I learned all the names of the guys from that group then faced one of their memb-”

“EH?!” I cover his mouth as he was still saying ‘Eh’

“Shhh! My head ache will get worse Henry…”

“Fenn weth teff du to theee nurf” I uncover his mouth

“What?”

“Then let’s take you to the nurse”

“No, I’m fine…I’ll just get some water…”

“I can have someone get us water, he gets free water…”

“No, no I’m goo- What are you doing?” I asked as he took out his phone and texting

“Nothing~”

“Henry I’m alright”

“Come on, we have to get to History~!” He grabs my wrist and drags me down the hall and up a flight of stairs

Why was I fated to have this guy?

In no time he was sitting e down at a desk and smiled at me, “You can sit with me, since I can’t walk with you to your next class I will send you with a friend!”

“Okay…” I said and got my note book out

“Favorite color, green” I looked up to see Henry looking at my green backpack, binder, pens, and note books

“Uh yeah, one of them”

“You have more?”

“Only two, white and blue”
“That’s cool” I nodded then a bottle was help out towards me

“Here you go” I looked up to see a boy with brown hair and a black beanie; he wore a black shirt with white underneath and white pants.

I look at Henry and he nods at the water, I slowly take it and bow my head “Thank you”

“To problem, I’m Lee Ki Kwang; but call me AJ”

“Okay…”

“AJ this is Aiden woo, he’s new here so don’t scare him….”

“When have I?!”

“You scared Mimi off…” I saw Henry pout, I smirk

I lean in and whisper “So this ‘Mimi’ guy, you like him right?”

“W-What?!” there it is, a blush and stuttering

“I mean come on; he sounds like a good guy”

“He is…” Henry played with his fingers,

“Well don’t look now; he’s here”

“He is?! Oh my god, how do I look?!” He panicked, I think I should let him go…teasing my brother is funny, but Henry must really like him,

“You look handsome, with a hint of cuteness”

“Thank you Aiden~ AJ you sit behind Aiden, I want to be able to talk to him”

“Whatever Henli…” I chuckled as Henry sat and stuck out his tongue then fix his hair a bit before a tall boy with jet black hair walked up to the desk in front of Henry.

He wore a pair of black skinny jeans, a white t-shirt with a black vest; he wore black boots and had a pair of silver aviators, “Hi Henli” I smiles and took a drink of my water

“Hi Zhou mi”

I choked on the water and began to cough hard

I felt someone hitting my back; soon I was breaking again, “Are you alright?” I saw AJ, Henry, and Zhou mi looking at me

“Oh thank god Zhou mi, thank you for saving him”

“Yeah man thanks” AJ said

“Thank you Zhou mi-shi”

“No problem” he ruffled my hair and I saw Henry pout, I smirk.

Light bulb~

“Zhou mi-shi I think I’ll be alright, why don’t you talk to Henry”

“O-okay” he said before walking to the desk in front and smiled at Henry, he blushed and the two talked

“Yo nice work~” AJ whispered to me, I look back to see him holding out his hand, I swing my hand back and give him a high-five, or a low-five? Ah well.

The teacher came in and had me introduce myself, everyone in the room seemed to take a liking to me, well; all except one.

I felt his glare burn through me, I had a bad feeling.

Kevin’s POV

I didn’t want to leave Aiden alone...but I guess I have to sooner or later…I can’t always be by his side…

“Kevin are you okay?”

“Ah ne, just thinking…”

“Of your brother” I nod, “Don’t worry, I know he will be fine, you two are inseparable huh?”

“You can say that”

“So you’re the eldest…”

“Ne”

“Did your parents only want twins?” I looked at him then the ground,

“Aniyo, we had a sister, let’s just say I’m all Aiden has left…to him I’m the last one he can hold on to”

“I’m sorry…”

“Its okay, it’s Aiden who doesn’t take it well”

“If you don’t mind me asking….what happened?”

“Three years ago I was in class, Aiden wasn’t with me because in the morning he sounded sick, so not taking a chance my parents let him stay home so he was with my parents. While in class I was called to the principal’s office. He told me that my family; including Aiden were in a three way accident…”

I heard a soft gasp but I continued,

“When Aiden told me about the incident and how it happened it was about a year ago…he said that since he was getting sick they all went to the store. When he started coughing badly father took his eyes off the road for a moment to see if Aiden was alright. Well in that period of seconds a car hit the passenger’s side making the car spin, then another car hit the car head on then another hit on the drivers back seat, where Aiden was…our sister took her seat belt off and covered him, so she took the hit instead of him….” I blinked away the tears threatening to fall

“When Aiden told me this he sounded scared….he swears up and down that if he wasn’t sick none of that would have happened, he blames himself to this day…”

“Oh my god” Ryeowook wailed, I turn to him worried, “That is so sad~!”

“Ryeowook-shii please keep it down” I said trying to calm him down

“Aiden~~!” I look around to see everyone staring

“Ryeowook-shii please stop, everyone is star-”

“HEY! DID YOU MAKE WOOKIE CRY?!” II froze when I say a muscular male storm right up to me and glared down at me

“N-No sir!” I panicked

“Kangin hyung~~ Leave him alone…I’m crying because of something else~~….”

“Aww Wookie” I looked at another male that was dressed in all white and hugged Ryeowook-shii, “Everything is alright, Kangin hun leave the boy alone, you’re scaring him”

“Ne Teukie” ‘Kangin’ said, I saw that he wore a black hoodie and blue jeans,

“Sorry about that” the white dress male said; I stared for a while.

If you add wings to him, he’d truly be an angel; he had copper brown hair that cropped his face perfectly, he looked at me and I bowed my head slightly “Are you okay? Did my Kangin scare you?”

“A-Aniyo…”

“It’s okay, he won’t hurt you”

“Umma~” Ryeowook cooed hugging the angel, wait did he just say ‘Umma’!?

“What is it baby?”

“Kevin told me a sad story…about his brother and family…”

“Kevin?” he looked towards me, “Your Woo Sunghyun the new student? I’m Park Jungsoo, but call me Leeteuk, this is my boyfriend Kim Youngwoon, but he prefers Kangin”

“Ne, it is nice to meet you Leeteuk-shii, Kangin-shii” Leeteuk-shii smiled at me and I saw his dimple

“So you are the eldest twin, am I right?”

“Ne, my brother’s name is Woo Jung-hwa, but he prefers to be called Aiden”

“I see” the elder smiled again and looked at Ryeowook-shii, “Better?”

“Ne…” Ryeowook wiped where his tears were with the back of his hand “Kevin lets head to class!”

He yelled, I smiled and nodded; he was very cheerful, I liked his personality.

When we walked in I walked into Ryeowook-shii,

“Sorry Ryeowook-shii…..Ryeowook-shii?” I looked at him and saw a scared expression upon his face, I followed his gaze to see a boy with short black hair, his bands covered his right eye and I saw red high lights. He wore full black and was standing in the back against the wall; he looked our way then out the window

“Ryeowook-sh-” he pulled me along

“Shhh….” He whispered, I stayed quiet until we sat in the middle of the room

“JR!” I turn to look and see a blond haired boy with a black haired boy walk up to him and start talking

“That is JR, the two that just came are the members of the ‘Amazing 13’” Ryeowook-shii whispered, I nodded slowly, “The one with the blue hoodie and black jeans is Kim Eli….the other guy is Yesung…”

I nodded and looked towards the three again; they seemed very serious in what they were talking about, but the one named Eli really caught my eye…he seems familiar…

When the JR guy left the two males sat in front of us and began talking, like we weren’t there.

The teacher came in and told me to stand, I was so shy; but still stood up

“Hello, I am Woo Sunghyun, but you can call me Kevin….” I began to play with my fingers

“Any questions for Mr. Woo?” the boy in front of me raised his hand and then turned to me

“You’re from America right?” I nodded, afraid to speak “Why did you come to Korea?”

“W-Well…my parents and sister died in an accident…my brother survived…since we were underage our aunt came for us, but she lives here…so we came with her here….”

“Interesting….so you’re not in a relationship?”

“Aniyo…” he nodded then I saw another guy raise his hand

“Is your brother here in this school?”

“Yes, he is Woo Jung-Hwa, but he prefers to be called Aiden”

“That’s cool”

“What are you hobbies?”

“Singing, Dancing, and playing soccer…” I played with my fingers

“Alright class no more questions, we will begin the lesson now” the teacher said and I sat, I took out my notebook and began drawing, English is easy.

Author’s POV

As lunch came along the twins reunited and got lunch together, they stood in line and looked at the menu, “What would you two cute boys like?” the lunch lady asked, smiling

“Salad with ranch please” the two said together then smiled

“Alright then, chicken included?”

“Ne please” he lady giggled and went to get their food

“You know hyung”

“Ne?”

“I think it’ll be fun here, but we have to watch ourselves here” Aiden said, hoping his brother knows

“Why?” the teen scratched his head

“Well there is this group called the ‘Amazing 13’ and from what I’ve heard…they aren’t nice…”

“How do you know that?”

“Alexander-shii told me….” Kevin raised his head and looked around and didn’t see Eli

“Aiden I think there is one member whom isn’t rude…”

“What? Have you lost your marbles brother?!”

“No, just hear me out” Kevin said as the lady came back and handed tem trays, they bow and begin to walk to find a table, “Maybe not all the members are rude, I mean I have seen two of them in my class, they are nice…”

“I think it’s an act….in my class one of the members is in my class…he’s one of the new members, if he’s lucky he won’t be influenced…my tour guide is Henry lau, he’s nice; also has a crush on the member….”

“Hmm…” the two sat at an empty table and sit side by side, they talk about their tour guides and their class and friends they made. Kevin left out the Leeteuk and Kangin meeting part of his story, he didn’t know how the younger would react.

As they went into their own world all the boys in the cafeteria soon grew quiet as they knew that the group was coming. The door opened to Joon as he smiled at everyone, he was glad to become the new leader of the group next to him was Eunhyuk and Minho,

The three lead the rest of the ten as they walk towards their table where the Woo twins sat; Joon smiled

as he approached the table.

He leaned aginst the table and held up his hand, telling the group to hold off

"Well hello there again cutie" Aiden looked at Joon and glared, "I know you're new and all....but this is the Amazing 13's table. So be a darling and let us have our table back"

Aiden raised his eyes brows "Excuse me?"

"Yeah, this is our table"

"I don't recall" Aiden played his elbow on the table and laid his chin on his hand, Joon leans in so close; their noses almost touched.

"I'm being nice, move"

"As I have said before, you can't claim whatever you want....we were here first"

"Aiden come on let's just let them" Kevin held onto his brothers hand, ready to pull and run if necessary

"No, I will not be pushed around" Aiden looked at his brother,

"Oh enough of this" Joon picked up the salad and dressing in front of Aiden and threw it at Kevin, acting fast Aiden covers his brother and lets the salad and dressing cover him

"Aiden!"

"Teaches you to mess with us!" Joon said moving back a step and spreads out his arms and looked around.

Eli looked at the brother and began to worry, but they soon see the youngest woo turn to them and laughs "What? So everyone is afraid of food being thrown at them?!" he raised his voice, causing attention, Kevin tugged on his brothers sleeve

"Aiden come on, let get you cleaned up" Aiden looked at Joon again as he turned to him,

"This isn't over, far from it. I am telling you right now" he and Kevin stood, while Aiden grabbed his brothers food

"Don't mess with the youngest Woo" he said and walked with his brother to the wash room, not without getting the dressing and put it in Joon's hair and the twins leave.

"MY HAIR!!!" Joon screamed, everyone wanted to laugh but waited until he left.

Eli chuckled, "Well this Aiden kid has some guts to stand up to him, this could be interesting"

"Whatever, I don't like him"

"Hush Dongho..." the two led the group to where Joon had run off too.

After getting Aiden cleaned Kevin ate the rest of his salad without the dressing, "Aiden Ray Woo! First day and you've already caused trouble!"

"He started hyung! He has no right to tell me what to do"

"Your just like Appa"

"Good...and your just like Umma"

"Yah!" the two laughed and headed to their other class.

The rest of school went by fast without any interuptions by the 'Amazing 13', though evey now and then they would hear the other students talking about Aiden and what he did, Aiden rolled his eyes and muttered to himself "I can picture it now 'New kid steps up to the 'Amazing 13' as the headline in the school news paper''

The twins walk hand in hand back home, talking about the school "Hyung, from this day on; I will not let them harm you....you're all I have left"

Kevin looked at his brother, then back at the ground, "It should be the other way around"

"You're afraid of them hyung, I am not; so I am doing the protecting"

"I guess so then..."

Later that night they are sitting in Kevin's room, helping with finding outfits, "I want to have my brown locks back..."

"So do I...."

"One more week then we can right?"

"Ne"

"Then I will wait...it's 8, I'm turning in. Goodnight brother"

"Good night Aiden"

The two laid on their own beds, staring at their ceilings

"I'll protect you brother..." Aiden whispered before drifting to sleep.
