After doing high-fives I quickly get out of the catchers gear, pack my bag, and headed to the parking lot, I couldn’t help myself with rushing.

My new baby sister, or brother was about to be born and I was going to miss it!

“Slow down a bit, we’ll make it, Kevin said that your dad called and said they were heading to the hospital right now, we will make it” he repeats

“I can’t help it alright?!” I said putting my bag in the trunk of his Hyundai Avante and got in the passenger seat

“And since we won, you owe me something”

“Okay, okay fine whatever; let’s just go”

Dongho chuckled and started the car, pulled out, and headed to the hospital.

Once we got there I didn’t wait for the engine to cut, I just ran-more like limped- into the building and towards the receptionist “Kim June and Hyung-hwa”

“Are you a family member?”

“Yes ma’am”

“Twelfth floor, room 1295; the elevators are to your right sir”

“Thanks” I hop over to the elevator and press the button rapidly until a hand stops me

“Don’t break it” Dongho says softly

“Sorry…I’m just anxious”

“Well, Eli just texted saying they now took June in and we will be able to see her soon…so calm down we have time.”

“Alright…sorry”

“It’s fine” he says as the doors open and closed behind us

“Hey, what did you decide on?” I watched him as he looked away, was he blushing?

“W-Well…will you promise not to get mad?”

“To be perfectly honest, I can never get mad at you no matter what you do” I said, and it was the truth; I could never hate him, no matter what…

“Then close your eyes for a moment, and let me think”

“So me closing my eyes help’s you think? Whatever dude” I lean against the railing as the elevator takes it time to the floor we want and close my eyes while leaning my head against the metal wall.

“Man I took a beating…” I mumbled as my back began to hurt again.

When Dongho didn’t respond I sighed “Are you even listening?”

“Ne…” I heard his voice close to me and I tried to open my eyes but his hand is covering

“Hey! I can’t see”

“That’s the point…” he says softly

“What are you doing?”

“This”

I was confused and was going to ask what when I felt a pair of soft lips touch my cheek; I froze in place at the sudden contact

“Dongho…?” he didn’t answer as he kissed my other cheek; I felt my heart racing as his lips touched mine and his hand moved from my eyes to my cheek

Blinking a few times I saw his eyes were closed.

Am I dreaming?

If it is a dream I don’t want to wake up; and I mean it, I really don’t want to wake up.

I let my eyes flutter shut as I relaxed a bit and he pulls away and tilts his head and kisses me again softly

This is my first kiss; and it’s with the one I have fallen for.

As if I had done this before my arms move up and wrap around his neck while his arms snake around my waist; his lips were so warm and soft against mine; I felt like I was in heaven.

Very lightly I could feel his racing heart beat against my arms; he doesn’t try anything else, just a simple; yet amazingly feeling kiss.

He pulls away and placed his forehead on mine and sighed in relief; my eyes open and I see his flushed face

“W-What was that f-for?” I stuttered

“I uh…” he hesitated before finally saying “I really like you Aiden…”

“Are you messing with me?” I asked

“No…I really, really like you. You make me worry about you, I think and dream of you every day, I’ve always wanted to be close to you…but because of everything in school I never got the chance…and this week made it even worse with my feelings….I hated the fact that there were students giving you threat notes or love notes, that made my blood boil”

I couldn’t help but smile

“Jealous much?”

“Maybe” he said and gave me a peck, “I’m not too late am I?”

I shook my head “No…That was my first kiss…and I’m kind of glad it was with you…” I said shyly and he chuckled

“I finally get to say this…you are so cute when your shy” he coos kissing my nose, I smile widely.

Ding!

We pull away as the doors open and he takes my hand leading me down the hall, I palm my cheek with my free hand and felt my heated face.

By the time we got to the room my face wasn’t as red and I looked over to see Kevin and Eli.

“How many more times do I have to say this in order for you two to knock it off? My innocent eyes!!!” I yelled and Dongho laughs as the couple breaks away

“Aiden! Don’t do that!”

“Then quit eating each other’s faces off!” I say before hiding my face, like I’m one to talk….but it was just a little kiss not like a make-out session…

My face got even hotter as I thought of it

“Aiden are you alright?” Eli asks and I nod

“Just a tad mad at the guy who ran me over”

“Speaking of which how are you holding up?” Dongho asks, worried again and I keep my head bowed

“I’m fine, just some pain here and there….”

“Okay…” he says and pats my head then cups my cheeks when Eli and Vinnie weren’t looking and smiles at me.

My heart started pounding again, I felt like it was going to burst from my chest.

But I couldn’t help but smile, because I was also very happy that he felt the same for me.
