—~~~~’s POV—

Ever since the day Luhan Oppa walked me home, we even began to walk to school together.

“Oh shoot! I overslept! He must be waiting!” I said and scrambled for my things before rushing out the door

“Bye Oppa!” I head a girl yell as she gave Luhan Oppa a kiss on the cheek and left

“Don’t run JiEun!”

“That must be his girlfriend, first name basis huh?” I mumbled to myself as my shoulders slumped a little bit

“Oh ~~~~!” Luhan Oppa greeted me

“Good morning Luhan Oppa” I smiled and we began to go to school.

“I’ll see you later okay?” I said as I entered placed my shoes in my locker to change into the indoor shoes

“Wait! ~~~~, want to have lunch with me later?” he asked

I wanted to tell him I do, but he has a girlfriend already.

“Okay, I’ll pick you up later” he said and just left me there without hearing my reply

“Ohhh having lunch with Luhan huh?” I turned around and saw Victoria Unni right behind me leaning on the locker and smirking.

“You have good taste in guys” she said as she slumped on my shoulders

“Unni! We’re not like that” I protested and began to walk

“Then why are you blushing?” she asked poking my cheeks

“Unni!” I pouted and looked at her

“Okay okay, no more teasing the girl” someone said as he pulled Victoria Unni off me.

“Yeobo! But she’s so cute!” Victoria squealed and pinched my cheeks

“Victoria no” he said and smiled at me

“Hello, I’m Nickhun, Victoria’s boyfriend” he greeted me and I shook his hand

“You’re the new girl she’s talking about right? ~~~~~? She totally adores you” he said while holding Victoria back from doing any more damage to you

“Nice to meet you Nickhun-shi” I said and smiled back

“My baby is too cute!” Victoria squealed and hugged you tight

“Unni!” I yelled not being able to breathe well

“Call me omma!”  She laughed and pet my head

“You’re going to kill her” Nickhun laughed and grabbed Victoria off of me.

“Bye! I have to take this girl to class” he laughed and grabbed Victoria Unni away as she cried to let her stay and play with me more.

Lunch came rather quick today as I heard tons of murmur in the halls outside me room

“Oh! Luhan Oppa!” I said standing up from my seat and grabbing my lunch along with me. Since I haven’t made many friends yet except those on the volleyball team, I really had no one to eat lunch with which was why Victoria Unni stuck to me so much, I like to be with her.

“Ready?” he looked at me and I nodded pointing at my homemade lunch

“You made that?” he asked as we headed out my room and I nodded

“Wow” he said and grabbed it from me

“I’ll buy you something so give this to me okay?” he asked

“But you might not like it” I said

“No I’ll li-”

“Luhan Oppa! Please have this for lunch!” some girls interrupted our conversation and shoved a lunchbox in front of my face giving me a glare

“No, it’s okay. I have this” he kindly rejected and walked away with me.

“Oppa, are you sure that’s okay?” I asked as he just nodded his head and took me to the cafeteria.

“Luhan right here!” Sehun shouted from the other side of the cafeteria

“Oh gosh Sehun” I rolled my eyes

“Oh ~~~~~” Sehun smiled and gestured me to sit next to him, and I did because Luhan made me as he sat next to me too

“You have lunch today hyung?” Sehun asked Luhan while pointing at my lunchbox that Luhan just opened

“Yeah, but ~~~~~ here doesn’t have any so why don’t you be a dear and take her to order something? My treat” Luhan smiled and threw his wallet at Sehun who smiled and got up without a word dragging my along

“Sehun-shi!” I said since he was tugging me quite fast. That’s when murmurs began to surface again.

“Who’s that girl around Sehun Oppa?”

“She’s so lucky!”

“He’s even holding her hand!” Then I looked at our hands and they were wrong. Technically he was holding my wrist and not my hand, not to mention he did so without my approval

“Just because she’s on the volleyball team doesn’t mean she has to right to take out Sehun Oppa from us” A girl yelled out loud which caused Sehun to turn his head at her

“She didn’t” he smiled and shot a wink at the girls

“Kahh! I knew it our Oppa is still ours!” they screamed in unison as we finally got to the counter

“What would you like?” He asked but I wasn’t listening, I couldn’t help but look at the desert they had laid out. Chocolate cake, cheesecake, blueberry cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, lemon cake, pumpkin pie, apple pie, I just stood there drooling.

“Yah! It’s not time for desert yet” Sehun said tugging me away but it was too late, my hands reached for the last piece of Strawberry shortcake when I brushed against another hand that reached out to grab it also. As our hands met I looked up to see who it was that I had to fight with for my cake but, it turned out to be a really handsome boy.

“Do you want it?” he asked me handing me the cake. I couldn’t help but blush at his cute looks and beautifully portion face

“Yah, Jung Daehyun! What do you want with my ~~~~?” Sehun said in a protective tone and grabbing me away from the boy

“Relax, I just asked if she wanted this” he said pointing at the cake that I was no longer eyeing because I couldn’t help but stare into his face. He was so good looking, reminded me so much of Oppa. He was tall, he had his hair dyed in a different color, his ears pierced and most of all, and he was tall to like Oppa.

“I…is it okay for me to take it?” I blushed while speaking up from the sudden silence between the two

“Yeah, go ahead” he smiled at me and gave me the cake

“Thank you ehh”

“Daehyun -shi thank you” I gave him a shy smile and walked to look at the other food

—Narrator’s POV—

“What are you doing here?” Sehun asked Daehyun whose eyes were still on you

“I came here to talk to your coach, about the upcoming competition” Daehyun smirked still eyeing you who was busy debating what to eat. You placed your hand on under your chin squinted your eyes while pinching your eyebrows together thinking really hard of what to consume.

“Leave now” Sehun said in a harsh tone

“Chill, what have I ever done to you?” Daehyun asked with his head leaning forward to Sehun

“You know what you have done” Sehun said and pushed him back before heading back you the you who was still debating what to eat

“For the last time I did nothing!” He shot back at Sehun who turned around and shot Daehyun a death glare

“Yeah right” Sehun mumbled and walked away

“What’s wrong Sehun-shi?” I asked looking up at him who was really mad

“Did Daehyun-shi do something wrong?” I asked but he didn’t answer me

“If it makes you feel better—I-I’ll give you the cakeeeee” I told him as we went back to our table

“Really? Thanks” he said and picked up his fork. My eyes widen as I stared at him with my rounded eyes about to tear up because it was MY STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE but, I did say he can have it

“Thanks for the cake!” He said and placed his fork in the cake as my mouth open after I gulped my salvia down and looked at the delicious piece of cake that was about to land in his mouth

“I’m just kidding here” he said and shoved the cake in my mouth. I squealed in delight and hugged the piece of the cake on the table

“No take backs!” I smiled and began to dig into the cake. I love cake

“Cake cake cake!!” I kept cheering as I took another bite

“YUMM!!” I squealed and did my cake dance

“You” Sehun laughed and patted my head.

—Sehun’s POV—

She’s so cute, I was just so mad about that Jung Daehyun taking, urgh, whatever, I’m not mad anymore. Man ~~~~, you get more and more interesting the longer I get to know you

“So Luhan-hyung, JiEun prepared lunch for you today?” I asked pointing at his lunchbox. That was when ~~~~ choked and I quickly handed her the banana milk we just bought

“No, ~~~~ did.” He smiled and took another bite of the food

“WHAT!” I said standing up from my seating gaining attention from everyone in the cafeteria

“Well, more I took it from her” Luhan laughed and rubbed the back of his neck

“Oppa!” ~~~~ said playfully hitting his arm

“Ow!!” Luhan complained while faking a cry and rubbing his arm

“What happened! Are you cheating on me!” I pointed at Luhan

“No! What are you talking about” Luhan laughed and pulled me back in my seat

“EWWWWW BOYSLOVE” ~~~~ screamed and buried her face in her hands while shaking her head

“Yeobo!!” I playfully yelled in ~~~~’s ears making her shiver more

“I can’t take it!” I said and got up from my seat

“Oppa my view of you changed! And you too Sehun-shi!” I said grabbing my banana milk and cake and headed out the cafeteria

—Narrator’s POV—

“Why does she call you Oppa and me Sehun-shi?” Sehun asked

“I told he to call me that, I mean I see her all the time now” Luhan answered finishing the last bite of your lunchbox

“Why?” Sehun asked biting on his sandwich

“We’re neighbors. She lives across from my apartment”

“WHAT!” Sehun shouted again

“Sehun! Do you have to scream every time?” Luhan laughed

“Ehh.. no…” he laughed and sat back in their seats.

“~~~~~! Today after school you know we have our first competition right?” Victoria said out of nowhere

“Omma! You scared me!” I said putting my hand on my chest as she popped up out of nowhere

“Sorry” she laughed and patted my head

“Don’t be late. We’ll wait by the gym after the last bell okay?” She said and left after I gave her a nod

*Beep beep beep* my phone alerted out of nowhere

“Let’s go the gym together later okay?”

I smiled at his message and replied

“Okay! But is that boyfriend of yours coming too?”

Moments later he replied

“Yeah, I can’t help it. We’re attached in the hips. He’s my other half, if you accept me you have to accept him too. We come in a package ^o^!”

I couldn’t help but laugh at his dorky reply. Best friend huh? I remember when I had a best friend, but they all got close to me to be with the other girls on the team, never did they notice me for me.

To: Luhan Oppa

“EW! And Fine! I’ll see you later kay? Class is starting”

I quickly put my phone away and paid attention to class, soon the last bell rung and I heard screamed in the halls again. This time I didn’t have to look and knew who it was.

“You done ~~~~~?” Sehun said looking into the room and watched my get up as I held my oversized duffle over me

“HAHA! You’re so tiny, why is your bag so big?” he asked taking it from me as soon as I reached the door

“Sehun-sunbae, its okay I got it” I said reaching for my bag

“No, I got it” he smiled and began to walk towards the gym

“Thanks” I whispered

“I think you should say that louder” Luhan came out of nowhere

“Next time” I smiled and walked by his side until we came to the gym. Already almost the whole team was there. We gathered earlier so that uniforms can be passed out.

“Okay ~~~~~” I heard Coach Kim call my name as I stood up and grabbed the jersey she was handing out, my eyes widen at the number I received

“Wait, isn’t this #1. I can’t have it” I said returning it back to Coach Kim.

“Woah, you gave ~~~~~ #1? Sehun questioned and got up from the side to check if I was lying and I wasn’t

“Wow. First year on the team and already the ace player” Luhan teased as I shot him a look to tell him to stop it

“~~~~~, I wanted to give you that number” Victoria said as she shoved the jersey back in my hands

“That was my number, but you’re more suited for it. We need a well rounded player like you as our pillar of support. Don’t let me down since I gave you that number” she said and patted my back

“Th-thank you” I smiled, this was the first time a captain would give up her number for me. Before I made friends with the national team, people always mistreated me because I was good in volleyball but Oppa was always there for me, until he graduated and got married that is.

—Narrator’s POV—

“She’s pretty cute when she smiles” Sehun said from the sidelines with Luhan as they waited for everyone to receive their jersey

“Yeah she is” Luhan replied as a smile formed in his face

“You like her hyung?” Sehun asked not really wanting to hear the answer as he was interested in you himself

“But aren’t you interested in her also?” Luhan asked and looked back at Sehun whose eyes widen at the sudden comment

“How?”

“How long have I know you silly, I can tell” Luhan said and hit his shoulders

“Fair competition?” Sehun said extending his handout to Luhan

“Call. If the other gets her, we’re still friends” he said as they both made a deal on that.

“Sehun sunbae, Luhan Oppa, we’re getting on the bus!” you yelled from the entrance as they gave each other a look and laughed as they swung their arms over each other and headed on the bus.

“Omma, where’s Appa?” I asked Victoria as we got off the bus

“He should have been here by now. Oh there he is!” She said running off to Nickhun who has his arms open waiting for arrival

“Appa!” I smiled and greeted him

“Oh my princess! Wow, I see omma here gave you her jersey. You’re such a sweetheart” he said kissing Victoria

“EWW NO PDA PLEASE! INNOCENT EYES!” I screamed while running behind Luhan and Sehun

“Come on ~~~~, we need to start heading inside” Luhan said and pulled me along with him and I stuck my tongue out at Victoria Omma and Nickhun Appa

“Wait for me!” Sehun called and ran to my side also

“Ready?” Victoria Omma asked as we stepped onto the court

“Never been better” I smiled and shook hands with the opposite team. One girl in particular caught my attention. The girl that kissed Oppa this morning…
