—Narrator’s POV—

As morning came, rays of sun shined through the window and onto Luhan’s arm.

“Ah my back” he complained as he tried to stretch noticing you in his arms still sleeping

“You’re cute when you’re sleeping you know that” he said while tugging the blanket closer to the two of your bodies, the night before you cried yourself to sleep in his arms as he held onto you tight.

“So you’re saying I’m not cute when I’m awake?” you said slowly rubbing your eyes with you left hand

“No, you’re even cuter when awake” he smiled and rubbed your cheeks together as he held you from behind

“Oppa, stop it!” you protested and got off of him realizing the coldness that touched your skin as soon as you lost contact with Luhan.

“It’s cold out there, come back” he said patting the empty space in front of him

“It’s already morning! Let’s go and do something!” I said reaching for some clothes

“I’ll shower first so you go and get brushed up!” you said pointing at him and walking out of the room

“Man, who knew she’s so feisty when she wakes up” he laughed to himself and finally brought his lazy up from the bed and headed to the bathroom downstairs

“I’m hungry!” you heard as you were drying your hair in your room

“Then go make something”

“What do you want to have?” he asked coming to help you blow dry your hair

“Are you going to make it?” you asked looking at him smiling while tending to you

“If you want me to” he said putting the brush down and letting your long hair flow down your back

“Pancakes” you smiled and he nodded

“YES!” and you quickly grabbed his hand and dragged him to the kitchen while you sat at the counter waiting for him to finish making it.

“It smells really good Oppa” you complimented him while staring at the pancakes

“Yah! Close that mouth of yours! The pancakes are going to be soaked with your saliva!” he said while helping you close your mouth with his hand

“It is not!” you pouted and crossed your arms on your chest still staring at the pancakes

“Sure. Whatever you say” he chuckled and returned to making more pancakes

“Syrup!” you quickly noticed and went to the fridge and grabbed a bottle of your favorite strawberry syrup

“I’m not even done making it yet!”

“I’m just getting ready!” you replied and settled the syrup on the counter top with the lid open ready for Luhan to set the pancakes down any moment now

“Hurry up Oppa!” you yelled at him as you couldn’t wait anymore. You wanted to taste the sweetness of the pancakes in your mouth already, and well that and you’re excited to eat his cooking.

“Say Ahhh” Luhan said as you opened your mouth after watching him soak the pancake in your favorite syrup

“YUMMY!” you exclaimed and clapped your hands together doing you crazy food dance while stomping you foot on the ground

“Of course, I made it with love” he smiled and gave you another bite

“Keep it up with the cheesy lines and I’m going to stop talking to you” you spoke with your mouth full of his pancake and watched him frown

“Fine. What are we going to do today?” he asked looking at the clock behind you

“Let’s go visit my friends again! They should be playing volleyball, like usual. Maybe we should play then” you said putting your hand to your chin as if you were thinking a plan

“Okay.” He simply replied and washed the dishes

“Got everything?” he said looking at you and you nodded

“Where are your shorts? And shirt?” he said pointing at the you who was wearing a simple button down sleeveless peach colored shirt and black shorts that went up to your thighs.

“In the bag” you said and pointed to your bag while putting your sandals on

“That’s one big bag just for two pieces of clothing” he said while taking the bag from you

“I’ll carry everything.” He said and placed your clothes along with your sneakers in his canvas book bag

“Thanks Oppa” you smiled as he nodded and pushed you along with him out the door

It didn’t take long until you arrived at the gym everyone was in

—~~~~~’s POV—

“~~~~~! Luhan!” I heard Soojung greet us as she dropped the volleyball and ran to me

“Want to play?” Kibum said giving Luhan a high five

“Sure!” we answered in unison

“I hope you’ve gotten better” Kibum teased as he watched Luhan and go to the side to grab our things to change

“Merong!” I stuck my tongue at him and headed for the bathroom

“Come back quick!” Soojung yelled as I ran off to change.

In 2 minutes I came back and Luhan was already there holding a volleyball in his hands

“Oppa!” I smiled and looked at him

“Ready to squash some friends of mine?” I asked him loudly making Kibum, Soojung and Boram to look my way

“Shouldn’t it be the other way around?” Boram said give me a hit on my head

“Ow! You’ll get it!” I smiled and quickly warmed up with Luhan Oppa

—Narrator’s POV—

“Oppa, it’s two on two” you said passing the ball back to him

“Okay” he answered and set the ball back as you lightly spiked it down. After all it was only warm up between the two of you, no need to use your left hand or hit hard.

“Softy as always” Boram said and spiked the ball down the line on Soojung who tried to block her

“Dam it Boram!” she hissed but smiled and got back into position

“I’ll be playing winner” you announced as you and Luhan sat on the bench to wait for Soojung and Boram to finish their game

“I call next!” you heard a voice and turned around and saw Chunji walking in with his friends

“Chan- no I mean Chunji” you said and greeted him formally with a bow. You didn’t know how you were suppose to greet him

“Hey…” he said and looked away

“Oh, who’s this?” the guys behind him asked

“Oh, this is my ehh…friend ~~~~~. ~~~~~ this is Teen Top.” He said as the five boys behind him waved.

“Hello. I’m ~~~~~ nice to meet you” you said and held you hand out to shake each of their hands not knowing what else to do.

“Here to play volleyball?” the blonde one asked

“Yeah…” you answered not knowing his name

“I’m L.Joe. Do you know who has next?” he asked looking around

“I do.” You raised your hand as you heard the final whistle blow.

“Well, I’ll go and play now. I’ll catch you guys later” you said and ran back to the bench and pat Luhan

“Oppa our turn” you smiled and he got up and wrapped an arm around your shoulders

“If we win what will you get me?” he whispered in your ears and you pushed him away

“If WE win, Soojung is going to buy us cake” I said and pointed at her with a big smile

“That’s if you can win” she smiled. Soojung upon entering high school became captain shortly after her first year and Kibum being the boy’s captain. They were basically the ideal pair of their school.

“Deal.” I smiled and shook on it.

“Hyung is she that ~~~~ you were talking about?” Ricky said nudging Chunji as he nodded not taking his eyes away from you

“She’s hot” Chanjo said earning a smack on the head from Chunji

“Don’t check her out!” Chunji glared at him’

“She has a boyfriend though” CAP said and pointed at Luhan

“No, they’re not dating” Chunji sighed and continued to watch you as you picked up the volleyball for your first serve

“Ohhhh” then everyone said in unison and watched the game

“Service!” you called as you tossed the ball up high and in front of you with your left hand. Left right left you jumped up and served the ball straight down the line on the right side deep corner.

“Kibum!” Soojung shouted as Kibum dashed halfway across the court making it just in time and dove for the ball hitting it straight back up

“What the-“ was the only words that came out of Kibum’s mouth

“I got it!” Soojung said as she set the ball back out for Kibum to spike. As Kibum went up for a spike he smirked and saw that Luhan wasn’t there to block him and he swung his hand. But at that moment, Luhan jumped straight up and blocked the ball right in front of Kibum’s face leaving him in awe.

“What in the world!” Kibum said looking at Luhan who was given you a high five

“He’s fast” Soojung said grabbing the ball and rolling it back to the other side

“And he jumps really high. Higher than I do…” Kibum said getting fired up

“Ready Soojung?” you shouted as she nodded her head.

“Time to get serious now” Luhan said and you nodded

“Serious?” Kibum looked at Luhan and all Luhan did was tell him to watch you as you served

“Service” again you shouted to serve but this time things were different. You took the ball in your hand standing close to the line and spun the ball in your right hand tossing it midway in the air and with your left hand you swung like a jackknife as the ball left your hand. The ball quickly accelerated as you counter spin the ball and made it smack into the ground like a boomerang only that it didn’t come back to your side

“Ace!” you smiled and teased Soojung

“What the heck! You play with your left?” she said and pointed at you who just nodded and gave Luhan a high five

“I thought you said ~~~~~ wasn’t that good!” Soojung said and shouted at Boram

“That was before!” she laughed on the sideline as she kept score

“Hyung, she’s amazing!” Neil said getting up from his seat in awe

“What the heck was that serve!” Chanjo shouted with his eyes open and pointed at you

“It’s rude to point” you said shooting them a glare that they were loud but smiled as you only saw how cute they reacted to you

“Luhan Oppa, ready?” you asked and served again, the same serve. After about 10 more times Kibum got the hang of it and was able to return the ball but unsteady. As the ball flew high the air near the net, Luhan simply jumped up and smacked the ball right pass Kibum’s face.

“Nice hit Oppa!” you said running up to him and giving him a high five

“You wanted cake didn’t you?” he said and rubbed your head

“Just where do you guys practice?” Kibum said panting

“Oh, ~~~~ didn’t tell you? We are in the volleyball club in our school, FD HIGH” he said and smiled

“YOUR THAT LUHAN FROM FD HIGH?” Boram shouted from the sidelines as he heard him announce where they attended school

“Yeah…” he replied confused

“YOU’RE FAMOUS DO YOU KNOW THAT?” She yelled and ran on the court to shake his hand

“Oppa is?” you said and looked at him who shrugged

“Yes! Him and this other guy called Sehun were the youngest to be scouted on the men’s national volleyball team. I heard that there was also a girl our age on the team that got scouted first seeding out of everyone and she’s only a second year!” Boram said and shook Luhan’s hand up and down

“That’s her” Luhan said and pointed at you who stood in the side getting ready to serve another ball as soon as Boram left the court

“WHAT!” Soojung yelled in surprise

“Yeah. ~~~~~, only one in Seoul scouted her second year in high school. We do attend the same school” he smiled

“Not even I can block her hits” he laughed and escorted Boram off the court

“No wonder!” Kibum said as if he got enlightened

“I was wondering why your name was so familiar! But I didn’t imagine our little ~~~~~ was the one that got scouted! Why didn’t you tell us?” Kibum asked coming under the net to switch sides

“You didn’t ask” you smiled and passed the ball to Luhan.

“Oppa you serve” you said as you went up to the next

“My turn to hit!” you yelled teasing Soojung who was in front of you. Within 5 minutes the game ended and well of course you and Luhan won. How can you two not?

“Aw now we owe her cake! ~~~~~ eats a lot too!” Soojung pouted

“You cheated us!” she said and pretended to cry

“You didn’t ask me” you frowned but Soojung just smiled and told you

“I’m so happy for you” she said and gave you a hug

“Ew! Sweat!” You cried as Soojung ran after you

“Hyung, you never told us your ex-girlfriend was on the national team. Oh my god” Neil squealed and pouted at the same time if that’s even possible.

“Even I don’t know….” He said.

“She is so much more different than when I first met her.” He sighed knowing that it could have been him with you on the court right now and not Luhan.

After this chapter I'm sorry to say I prob won't be able to update until Saturday. If you're lucky I might be able to squeeze a chapter in tomorrow but I highly doubt it.
