It’s been about a week since tryouts and things are still the same, Victoria-unni would get mad if I don’t try my best at practice but, if I hit as hard as I usually do, I’m scared I might hurt my teammates. Not to boast or anything but two years ago back in middle school I was playing seriously in a tournament and spiked down on this girl who ended up fracturing her wrist.

“Unni, I’m going to stay longer” I told my teammates as they finished practice and headed for the showers

“Okay, don’t stay too long” Victoria said and patted my head

“Ne!” I smiled and continued with my serving practice. I never thought that I was a good player. It’s just that I enjoyed the sport a lot. My Oppa was the one who taught me to play volleyball. We would always play together until he met unni, I’m actually very envious of unni. Oppa was like the perfect guy, at least in my eyes. I want to find a guy like Oppa too. 

“Stupid Oppa!” I said and served my last ball that ended up being out

“Woah, Miss ~~~~ messing up, that’s unusual” I heard a voice and turned around

“Sehun-shi.” I bowed and began to pick up the balls

“Need help?” he asked but before I answered he began to help me pick up the balls

“Thank you” I bowed at him and began to walk away

“Hey! Why are you being so distant? We’re part of the same club after all!” he said and slung his arm over my shoulders.

I hate playboys. Especially people like Sehun-shi. He’s popular, good looking and athletic, every girls dream. Almost all the girls in the school swoon over him, so annoying.

“I’m sorry but I’m not like all those other girls in the school. I don’t like you like that sunbae so please don’t touch me so freely” I said and removed his hand off me before storming off to the showers

“Wow, you just got rejected Oh Sehun” Luhan said approaching Sehun from the entrance

“Yeah…” Sehun said looking at his hand that you removed with his eyes widen

“Luhan.”

“Yeah?”

“Did I turn ugly?”

“What?” Luhan laughed a little not knowing where this conversation is leading them

“She turned me down, so that means I’m ugly right? OH NO! What am I going to do?!” Sehun faked a cry and clung onto Luhan

“Luhan yeobo! Take responsibility!”

“Now I’m your yeobo?” Luhan said raising his eyebrow and walking out on Sehun

“Not you too! Luhannie! Come back to me!” Sehun said chasing after Luhan

“That stupid good looking jerk really thinks that I’m a girl he can just pick up and play with” I said as I slammed my duffle bag on the bench after my shower.

“I can’t believe that I thought he was cute and all. Well, he is attractive. No! ~~~~~ he’s nothing but a bad playboy!” I sighed and packed my bag before heading out.

“Hey.” I heard someone call as I opened the door and was greeted by Luhan

“Hello sunbae” I greeted and bowed

“Want to go home together?” he asked

“eh..” I didn’t know what to say. Compared to Sehun, Luhan-shi was better attractive.

“Don’t worry, I’m not like Sehun. I love girls but I know how to keep my distance” he laughed and rubbed the back of his neck

“So what do you say?”

“Okay” I smiled and began to walk next to him carrying my duffle bag in my arms

“Let me, that looks heavy” he said and took my bag out of my arms

“T-thanks” I blushed and looked down at my shoes. No one has ever offered to walk me home, let alone hold my bag. All the guys around me always saw me as a tomboy because well, I played well in sports and beat many of them.

“Do you live alone?” he asked out of nowhere

“Yeah.” I answered

“Oh..” he said I chuckled at his answer

“What’s so funny?” he asked

“You sunbae, I thought you’d be the type to have better conversation starters” I smiled and looked at him who’s big brown eyes were now staring at me.

“Em..I’m not really a flirt” he said. I know what he meant. Although Luhan sunbae liked girls, since he kept staring at many, he never approached them and when they approached him, he usually just gives off a cool expression or hid behind Sehun, who LOVES the attention.

“The train’s going to be packed at this hour!” he said as we entered the gates

“Yeah. I should have went home earlier”

“Well if you did, I wouldn’t have met up with you” he smiled making my blush at his words

“Opf!” I grunted as the people began to push inside the train

“Come here” Luhan said and grabbed my hand pulling me to him by the door.

“Just stay here” he smiled as he placed his arms above my head trapping me in his arms.

“Sorry, there’s so many people” he said not want to squish me. I know he meant to protect me but somehow I couldn’t stand to look at him since my face was now as red as the blood running through my veins.

—Luhan’s POV—

She was so cute standing there in my arms. I tried to keep my distance but the people around aren’t really helping. For a girl who can spike really well, she fits perfectly in my arms. Her tiny stature was what made her cute. She was petite but has the strength of a giant.

~~~~ was maybe 5’4 the perfect height for me as I wasn’t that tall either. Her skinny body leaned against the door as a bunch of high school students from different schools pushed to get into the train also.

Suddenly the train was pulled into a sudden halt which caused everyone to sway to one side of the train making her small body bump into mine.

“So-sorry sunbae” she apologized while looking up at me. Man does she not understand how cute she is. Her small hands were on my chest as she looked up to check if I was alright.

“I’m okay” I blushed looking elsewhere. If she saw my face right now, she’d see my red cheeks.

I didn’t know what to do when the train suddenly stopped and I ended up bumping into Luhan sunbae. When I landed on him, something in my heart didn’t feel the same. Like a sudden jump or something but it’s probably because of the sudden stop that I felt this way.

“Sunbae, this is my stop” I told him as I prepared to get off

“I’ll walk you home, it’s late” he offered and I nodded as we got off the crowded train. He stood behind me the whole time allowing me to avoid any body contact with anyone else but him. I felt his broad chest against my back as we squished out way out of the train.

“If it’s troublesome you don’t have to walk me home” I told him but he shook his head

“I live around here too” he said. I didn’t know if he was lying or not, but the thought of him just wanting to walk me home made me feel nice, like a girl.

“This is my house” I said pointing at the apartment

“No way!” he said eyes widen

“What?” I asked looking back at him who was now laughing

“I live right here” he said and pointed at the apartment across from mine.

“What!” I said shocked

“We’re neighbors!” he laughed and escorted me in the doors

“Good night sunbae!” I smiled and turned around

“Call me oppa instead!” he yelled back as I gave him a quick smile and closed the door

“Luhan Oppa...” I giggled a little as I opened the door to my house

—Luhan’s POV—

We’re neighbors, how weird.

“Good night ~~~~~” I said looking at her back figure that was now closing the doors.

How weird that we’re neighbors.

I was about to open my door when I heard someone call my name

“Luhan Oppa!”

I turned around and was greeted by JiEun, my sister

“Why are you home so late?” I asked her and all she did was ignore me and ran inside the house

“This girl, when is she going to learn that hanging out with those BAP guys are dangerous!”

I couldn’t help but smile at the thought that I’ll be seeing ~~~~ a lot more nowadays. I can’t wait till tomorrow. Maybe I should pick her up and go to school together? 

Kahh! 4 Chapters in one day:) It's cause I don't have classes on Wednesdays which is why I usually put most of my post on Wednesdays.
