What has happen? Ah, he needs to talk to that tall bastard, Choi Siwon. Hyukjae closed his eyes hard before opening them
gently. He needs to save Donghae from the heartache. He needs to explain everything to Choi Siwon. He doesn't know how they'll
ever meet or if they will still meet but it doesn't matter now because he is the reason why the two broke up. He doesn't want
Donghae to suffer that heartache again.

His eyes roam around. What happened to him? He remembered running after Siwon and seeing a car about to come. What happened
right after? His eyes continuously roam around. Everything is white. Ah, he must have died when the car hit him. This must be
heaven. So heaven isn't really a special place at all. Seeming as if everything is just white and no angels are singing around
him or flowers and clouds or a giant gate like what he mostly see in movies, heaven is definitely NOT a special place at all.

Stange, they said heaven makes you feel better, but he doesn't feel good at all. He wants to walk around and find something
beautiful in the so-called heaven but he feels like his body pulling him down, unable
to stand up. He continued roaming around with his eyes. A low breathing made him look down beside him. The head turning to his
side making him believe he is indeed in heaven. Finally, he saw something beautiful!

Donghae ah. He called. His voice is dry, he cannot call him. He watched the peaceful look in Donghae's sleeping figure. He
smiled. He is indeed in heaven. He didn't thought heaven is such a boring place but with a twist. Maybe it really is a special
place afterall. He silently wished Donghae would open his eyes and look at him with those transparent,
twinkling eyes. Donghae ah...

Slowly, Donghae opened his eyes, like that of a prince being awaken from his first kiss. It slowly widen as he met Hyukjae's
eyes. "Hyukjae ah..." he straighten up and became fully awake as he sees Hyukjae awake and out of coma.

That straight smile on his lips is already for Hyukjae. He is indeed in heaven, he thought. There's no Siwon, no one around.
Donghae only looks him. He smiled back...or so he thought. His body is so weak, he's not even sure if he was able to stretch
a muscle to smile back.

Donghae straigten up and extended his hand. That warm palm that Hyukjae once hold and gently press is on his right cheek. His
smile is still planted on his lips. This is heaven. He wouldn't want to leave this place anymore. It wouldn't matter if he
cannot meet Donghae in the present time because he is in heaven. This heaven. A place where an image of Donghae is with him.

"Thank God you're alright, Hyukjae ah..." Donghae said as he continuously carress the patient's cheek. He doesn't know whether
he should hug him or what because he knows Hyukjae is still weak, he cannot even move a muscle or smile back at him. All Hyukjae
does is blink on his hospital bed and watch the other man smile at him.

Daebak! Hyukjae thought. Maybe in the present times, Siwon and Donghae became together again because of what he did and that
after he died, God gave him a chance to be together with Donghae that's why He gave this look-a-like image for him. Good guys
can also have good karmas, he thought.

Donghae softly pressed his lips on Hyukjae as a tear slowly fall down. "You don't know how much I waited for you to open your
eyes. You've finally found me." he chuckled lowly as Hyukjae just looked at him not moving at all. "I've finally found you,
Hyukjae ah..."

Hyukjae was about to say something when he felt his eyes getting heavy again. Isn't this heaven? Why does he feel tired again?
He doesn't wish to close his eyes. What if when he open his eyes again and he cannot see Donghae around? What is he going to
do? Still, he cannot fight the urge to close his eyes. He blinked hard and opened his eyes again.

Donghae smiled at him and touched his forehead and slowly let his palm slide down Hyukjae's face. "It's ok. Take a rest. I'll
look after you."

Maybe Hyukjae is dreaming. Maybe he isn't really dead and that Donghae is just an illusion created by his dream. Maybe he
should listen to this person and just continue sleeping, maybe when he wakes up again he'll be with Donghae for the rest of
his life.

"Donghae ah..." his low and weak voice called. He wished to hold his hand so he'll know Donghae won't go anywhere. Donghae
smiled at him and kissed him on the forehead.

"I'll be here when you open your eyes. I promise." those eyes, who is he to doubt those ever so twinkling eyes? "Take a rest
and get well. I'll be here, I'll look after you."
Donghae squeezed his hand gently as he said those words making Hyukjae smile. A tear from the patient's eyes fall. He knows he
is just dreaming and that when he close his eyes and open them again, Donghae will be gone. He won't be around anymore. He
closed his eyes again and fell in a deep sleep.

Donghae smiled and kissed him on the forehead for the second time. "This isn't a dream. Hyukjae ah... please get well and
fulfill your promise to be with me."

For another 2 days, Hyukjae has fallen in a deep sleep. There's nothing to worry about, the doctor said. He was out of coma
and is just resting. Donghae could start smiling and wait for him to open his eyes for real.

During night time, Hyukjae opened his eyes and looked around. The light from a small lamp isn't much of help because it only
brightens a small spot of the hospital room. He tried his best to sit up. Where is Donghae? He promised to stay here and be
with him when he wakes up. Was that just a dream?

"Don't strain yourself yet."

He looked to his side and was quite shocked when he saw Siwon sitting on a chair beside his bed. Why is he here?

"Donghae told me you're already awake."

Donghae told him he was awake? So they're back together. So the image of Donghae looking at him and touching his face is really
just a dream. Why the hell did he wake up? He could have just continue dreaming that dream.

"I may be cruel because I want you to answer my questions as soon as you open your eyes but I don't care." Siwon said. Hyukjae
just listen to him with a lot of thoughts at the back of his head.

"Why- why did you say those words to me?" Hyukjae met his eyes and tried opening his mouth.

"Why do you think?" he cleared his throat as his mouth his too dry and hoarse to speak. He doesn't want to answer a question
with an obvious answer. Siwon was kind enough to hand him a glass of water. He was too surprised that he was able to finish it
in one gulp as if he didn't drink any water for a long time, and why is his fringe blocking his eyes? Siwon waited for him to
finish drinking water before he answered back.

"You two cheated on me and still you have the guts to say those words to me."

"You really didn't trust him, did you? What does he know? I met him at 2008 through a letter but we found out that he is a
person in 2010. Confusing?" surprisingly for Hyukjae, after he drank the water, he felt a lot better. Siwon crossed his
eyebrows, confused indeed.

"I bet he was overly confused when you break up with him." he sighed. "I didn't know it will turn out that way but you won't
understand me even if I explain to you." he looked down bitterly.

"You still have to explain everything. I've waited long enough to hear the reason."

Long enough? How long has he been in this hospital bed anyway?

"Long enough? How long had I been here anyway?"

"For a year."

Hyukjae swallowed a bulk of saliva. He's been here for a year? How come? He chuckled trying not to believe but he knows he
stopped breathing for a while when he heard what Siwon said. He looked around and saw the digital clock. 18 March 2011. Is it
the reason why he felt overly thirsty and that his fringe is already way too long?

"2011?" he whispered.

"Yes. Just in case you are the one confused. You've been here in the hospital since 16 January of 2010." Siwon said
sarcastically.

'I've been here even before meeting Donghae at 2010?' Hyukjae said.

Suddenly all the things that happened between them at 2010 came in his mind. Donghae getting soaked under the rain and him not
coming on their meeting place. Donghae asking him what he looks like and what he's doing at 2010. Donghae spending Christmas
alone at 2010. All of these, because he has been here in the hospital. Does time have anything against him? Why is it doing this
to him? Why is time playing with him?!

"You have to explain everything to me. From the time I broke up with him, I've never sleep soundly because I keep on thinking
about what you said."

Hyukjae looked down. Why won't Siwon be able to sleep soundly because of it? What he remembered from Donghae's letter is that
he is already seeing someone else.

"Donghae said you've been seeing someone else now." Hyukjae said trying to be extra careful with the way he speaks.

Siwon looked at him sharply. True, he is dating Heechul, but he still feels incomplete. He can't deny that he has been happy
with the red-haired guy's company but he just can't stop himself from wondering what could it be if he didn't let go of
Donghae. He doesn't know whether he feels the need to get him back or he just need a proper closure for their break up or what
but he needs to know why on earth would Hyukjae wants to save their relationship.

"Do you think I'd see someone else if you didn't appear in the picture?"

Siwon looked at him sarcastically. Hyukjae looked down feeling guilty.

"I said that..." he started. "I said that so you won't break up with him." he crossed his eyebrows and remembered Donghae's
first letters.

"He was on the verge of breaking down. He wanted to end his life because of it." he looked at Siwon. "Your break up. He wanted
to give his life because of it. That was the time I started receiving letters from him. He was writing to his Hyung who
happen to live in the same dorm but at different time."

"What happened then?"

Hyukjae looked at him in the eyes. "I'm not selfish if that's what you're thinking. I just happen to fall in love with him
when he's at his lowest. We promised to see each other on Christmas Eve of 2010 but he said I didn't come."

Siwon quietly listened to him. "I tried to find out why but I just can't. And for no reason, I just can't send him any of my
letters and I can't receive any letters from him as well. That, I cannot explain it anymore."

It sounded so impossible for Siwon. How can two people of different time be connected just by accident? Was there something
like a portal whatsoever in the post office? Do those kinds of even happen in real life?

"It sounded so complicated, and I have to wait for 2 years to tell him what is happening. I wrote a letter to him and slot it
in his locker. I wanted to talk to him personally, explain what is happening to me and to the future him but..." he looked at
Siwon and sighed. "I'm scared you might accuse us of cheating."

Siwon sighed as well. Why did he bother waiting for this person to wake up? He's been giving such impossibly crazy answers to
his question.

"I've decided to write a letter hoping he'll see it and will agree to talk to me. Who would have thought you'll be the one to
find it."

Siwon swallowed. "So...he really-"

"I already told you. You just didn't believe me." Hyukjae said. His mind is halfly regretful that he said those things to
Siwon. What will he do after this? Is he going to get Donghae back? Will Donghae get him back and leave Hyukjae? Why does he
have to be so honest?

"Lee Hyukjae shii..." Hyukjae looked at Siwon. "You've cause a lot of trouble."

Hyukjae swallowed. He anticipates for the next line. What is Siwon going to say? What is he thinking about right now?

"I..." Siwon looked at him.

"I'm not sorry for what happened between the two of you." Hyukjae said. His eyes piercing Siwon. "You should have known how
much pain it caused Donghae because you didn't believe in him."

Siwon chuckled and looked at him. "Who the hell asked you to slip that letter in his locker?" he looked at Hyukjae while
shaking his head. "You should have known better that I am not at fault here as well."

Of course, Hyukjae knows it as well. He knows it so much that no matter how much he wanted to deny it, he just can't.

"You want me to leave Donghae?" Hyukjae said. Siwon straighten up and did not answer. The former chuckled with sarcasm.

"Do you really think I have the intentions of staying around after knowing what I did to him? Why did I even ask you to stop
hurting him?" he looked down bitterly. "All I wanted that time is to make Donghae happy."

This is it. He's going to make everything right. He's going to put things back in their proper place. He loves Donghae and he
wouldn't want Donghae to blame him for what has happened in the past. If it wasn't for Hyukjae meddling in their business, if
it wasn't for him not thinking properly, things would never go wrong in the first place. He knows better how to pay for his
own mistake.

"Are you...really..." Siwon stuttered shortly. He can have his chance to make things right. He can ask Donghae to come back to
him. He can...right?
