"Huh?! But-" Sungmin looked at his handphone and wanted to reason out more. "Hello? Headmaster?" he sighed disappointedly as
Kyuhyun watched him. Sungmin rolled his eyes and slouched beside his lover.

"What's wrong?" Kyuhyun asked.

"Head master wants us to perform for this Annual Homecoming." he sighed heavily again and rest his head on the couch. "I'm not
a Student Council anymore, why must I still do that for him?!" he complained.

Donghae, who is sitting in another chair in front of them, chuckled. "Hyung, why do you keep on forgetting that Headmaster is your
uncle? Of course, he'd cling on to you whenever he needs something."

Kyuhyun smiled secretly and find Donghae's answer rather funny. Sungmin saw him smiling at himself, he glared at the young man
and elbowed him while making a tsk sound. "Stop smiling, Cho Kyuhyun! I'm going crazy already."

"What does he want you to do anyway?" Kyuhyun asked.

"Argh, he wants us to perform a number on stage." he shook his head. "Where can I even get an original song in such a short time?
That crazy old man!"

Donghae thought for a while and looked at his hyung. His mouth is duck pouted as he sees his hyung looking so desperate. "Hyung..."

Sungmin looked at him. Why is Donghae imitating his duck face? It doesn't suit him at all. "Yah... take off that duck face,
it's not cute." he said.

"What?!" Donghae complained. "Yah Hyung, do you want to write a song? Hyukjae brought me back my Ipod, the one that I lost years
ago. I still have the song that we're working on before."

Sungmin straightened up and almost draw his face to Donghae. "Really?!" Donghae nodded making his hyung so happy he almost jumped
on him. "Donghae ah! You're such an angel! Where is it?"

"At home..."

Without ado, Sungmin stood up and almost dragged his dongsaengs outside Kyuhyun's house.

'Wo~oh wo~oh wo~oh...' Kyuhyun, Sungmin and Donghae are working on the arrangements and blending of the song, one night.
Kyuhyun leaned closer to Donghae and asked. "Donghae ah...can I change some words here?" Donghae looked at the music sheet
shortly and then to the younger man.

"Since it's our song, maybe I can also contribute some words, I mean..."

"Sure..." Donghae said. He trust Kyuhyun as well. His voice is just so good, he knows its one of the reasons why Sungmin is such
a Kyuhyun fanboy.

Sungmin excitedly added "I'm also going to add some words on the rap!"

"Who's going to do the rap part?" Donghae asked. From what he knows, Sungmin is more of a R&B person and Kyuhyun is a balladeer.
Does that mean he's doing it?

"I'm doing it." Kyuhyun said and showed an awkward smile.

"It seems like you're too busy working on that song." Hyukjae said to Donghae when they meet each other one school day. Donghae
smiled shortly as he sipped on his juice.

"It's quite important for Sungmin hyung, it will be the first time singing with me and Kyuhyun on stage. He wants it to be
perfect."

Hyukjae nodded and smiled. "Well... you have to do your best as well. Many people are going to watch you."

"You'll be coming, right? I mean everyone in SM is invited."

Hyukjae shrugged his shoulder. "I'm not sure. I have a lot of deadlines." he sighed. "I don't want to be a student anymore."

Donghae smiled widely as he sees his lover complaining. Hyukjae stood up and rested his hands on his waist. He really doesn't
want to be a student anymore. He wants to stay with Donghae, whenever and wherever he is. He sighed and looked down but only
for a while. He looked back and smiled gently when he felt his lover's arms around his waist.

"You'll be fine." Donghae said. Hyukjawe suddenly smiled widely and looked at him at the side of his shoulders. He swayed their
bodies gently and let Donghae's fingers interlaced with the back of his fingers.

"Donghae ah..." he called.

"uhm?" his lover ask while closing his eyes feeling Hyukjae's warm and comfy back.

"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Donghae opened his eyes and straightened a little bit.

"Is it something naughty?"

Hyukjae widened his smile before meeting Donghae's eyes. "A little. But I'm quite sure you like it."

Donghae smiled as well. "Yeah... I think I know."

Hyukjae stretched his neck a bit to reach out to the leaning Donghae catching his lips and letting go of his hand to hold the
back of his neck for deeper kiss. He turned to Donghae when he let go. He chuckled a bit when he saw Donghae just staring at
him. When will he stop blushing with those eyes on him?

"Can I have another one?" Hyukjae asked while looking a bit embarassed. Donghae raised both eyebrows almost wanting to laugh
but making sure he's still a bit composed because even if Hyukjae looks stupid, it still melts his heart. He nodded shortly.

Hyukjae rested his fingers on Donghae's cheeks and used his thumb to raise the latter's chin a bit before kissing
him for the second time. He slightly opened his lips to make his kiss deeper.

He met Donghae's eyes and said. "You'll do well on stage, Donghae ah. You always do."

Donghae smiled widely when he heard those words. From the dance battle to all his personal struggles in life, he felt like
Hyukjae has always given him the strength and courage to face all these challenges. He nodded and hugged Hyukjae tightly.

The lights were off and the spotlight focused on Kyuhyun, Sungmin and Donghae on stage. The night of the Annual Homecoming has
come. The three of them were able to finish the song they've worked on and is going to perform right now. Wearing their formal
suits, they were the most dazzling creatures inside SM Polyuniversity Hall.

Kyuhyun stood at Sungmin's left side while Donghae is on the right side. The curtain has moved away and the music started playing.

Donghae could only sigh secretly as he has no reason to be there on stage, Hyukjae is not even in the audience and he's quite
sure that these two will be lovey-dovey while performing. Haish~

Sungmin started the first line
He placed his arm on his chest and turned to Kyuhyun
[You're so dazzling]
[When you're here, my heart starts thumping]
[You're the only one for me and always be number 1]
[I love you]

Donghae looked down as he knew exactly what will happen. This hyung doesn't even consider his existence. Yah! I'm the leading
man here...not you!

Kyuhyun smiled at Sungmin when he turned to him while singing. He walked towards the shorter man as he started singing.
Sungmin freed a wider smile.
[Come a little bit closer to me]
[I want to tightly hold your hands]
[This song is only for you]
[I love you forever]

Donghae tried to smiled but is shaking his head, even Kyuhyun doesn't care about his existence. At last it is his part soon.
They turned to Donghae and cued for the chorus as Donghae walked closer to them. He doesn't care anymore. If he doesn't move
he knows better he'll be a lonely wallflower on stage.

[I need your love, love, love]

Donghae held his chest and decided to just serande the audience instead of looking at the couple.
He got no choice. He wrote this line particularly while thinking about how he fell in love with Hyukjae at that time. But as
much as he wanted Hyukjae to hear his confession, through this song, he knows Hyukjae should prioritize
his studies first. He just wish someone could relay this message to his lover.

[I promise you for only looking at your eyes]
[Stand by your side for protecting and loving you with all my heart]

Kyuhyun pointed to Sungmin while singing those lines. Sungmin just smile back at him and held
his chest while occassionally raising his shoulders as a habit during singing.
Aish~ Donghae swears he'll stand in between the 2 soon if they don't stop ignoring him.

[Just one love from you is enough for me]
[Even if I lose everything, I'll never let go of you]

Finally, Sungmin thought of looking at Donghae but only for a while before turning
back to the audience

Once again they looked at each other as they sing the chorus altogether. Donghae prepared himself for his rap part as they know
its a crazy idea to make Kyuhyun rap. He hope he'll be able to do it well though. He should have raised up his idea of inviting
Shindong to do it for them but never mind.

Donghae placed his microphone closer to his mouth and breathe in before beginning his rap part however...

[Thinking of you without me knowing...]

Donghae looked to the right curtain as he saw Hyukjae walking towards him and doing the rap
part that is supposedly meant for him to perform. He was shocked as to seeing his lover coming out from the backstage. Since
when was Hyukjae there? He's lips slowly stretched up for a smile as his lover never stopped looking
at him from the time he entered the scene and started performing with them.

[loving you without me knowing]
[I used to not believe in something called love]
[It's like you've cast a spell on me]

Hyukjae used his index to tap the side of his head.

[Now I'm a fool who has fallen in love]

He pointed on Donghae and made a X sign on his chest

He held Donghae's hand and looked at his eyes, complete with all the charismatic move a rapper should have.

He raised his pinky finger as Donghae watches him with all admiration.

Hyukjae interlaced his pinky finger to his lover's pinky making Donghae smile even wider.

During the instrumental part, Donghae put his microphone down, walked closer to Hyukjae and whispered.

"I thought you have a lot of deadlines, what are you doing here?"

Hyukjae leaned forward and whispered closer to his lover's ears. "I don't want you to be left out. You're so handsome today,
by-the-way."

Donghae opened his mouth for a wider and a slight laugh. For the final chorus, they held each other's hands as they finished
the song. Now it seems the stage has one world Donghae and Hyukjae's.

Hyukjae pointing again to Donghae with the latter blushing and all
[I only see you] Hyukjae closed his eyes and felt as if he is a great singer even if he wasn't.
[I keep thinking about you that never fails to make me smile]

[You're my everything, my heart] Donghae tilted his head as he sings and looks at Hyukjae as if he's the most handsome
creature ever created.
[To me there's such a person] Hyukjae lipsyncs the last lines... the lines that Kyuhyun wrote while working for the song.
[Who is more beautiful than an angel]
[I will love only you]

As if telling Donghae everything that he has felt from the time he met him. As if telling Donghae that he is the most dazzling
person he had ever laid eyes on. During the time he first see Donghae, he doesn't know what to call his exquisite look, the
mixture of innocence of an angel and temptation of a human being. Right now, he doesn't need a word to describe what it is...
he only needs to call that name. Lee Donghae.

The song ended and they all bowed to the audience, with Hyukjae holding Donghae's hand tightly. When they all went backstage,
Hyukjae immediately turned to Donghae and hugged him.

"Donghae ah... my rap part... did you hear it clearly?" Donghae turned slightly to him while being in his embrace. He remembered
Sungmin writing that part and Kyuhyun awkwardly volunteering to do the rap.

"There is actually a second part to it." Donghae wondered what his lover is talking about.

"But Sungmin hyung was the one who wrote it." Donghae tried finding Sungmin but he's nowhere to be found. Hyukjae brought out
a small piece of paper and showed it to him.

"I asked him a favor that time." Hyukjae confessed shyly. "The second part..."

Hyukjae held Donghae's hand and slowly kneel down making the latter widen his eyes. Hyukjae breathe out for a while and looked
at Donghae. He started rapping the same beat as he say...

[Sometimes there will be a difficult time, If it's too hard for you]
[Remember that I love you forever]
[I'm always here protecting you]

Donghae slightly smile as he watches Hyukjae being romantic with his rapping and kneeling down. He knows he made the right
choice. Because the person who can give the love he needs, the person whom he wants to look at, the person he wants to love
is kneeling right in front of him.

Lee Hyukjae doesn't need to hear any answer to his confession, because Donghae held his hands tightly and lead him to stand up,
because he heard Donghae's confession through the song, because Donghae looks at him with those ever so sparkling eyes...

because Donghae's lips is one with his.
