" Good morning Mom.." said Pie to rubbing her eyes while coming out if her bedroom

" Very good morning sweet heart..you are up so early?" Said Pie's mom while taking latter's hands off her eyes.

" Yes mom, it's a big day for us today..After a month long work it's the day for the final execution of our launch"

" Ohh... Is it, I thought it just  happened yesterday ? " asked Pie's mom in surprise massaging Pie's head slowly while standing behind her chair

" No Mom it was the pre launch event .. today we have the main event scheduled"

" Ohh.. sweetie , but why keep it on Valentine's day? I thought you would rather like to spent the day with Mike.."

" Mom.. I wanted to .. but.. then..need to manage the cafe as well" Pie dropped her face in sadness

"besides my bouquet of red roses would have reached Mike by now" said Pie somewhat blushing

" That sounds good!!! my little daughter has really grown up .." said Pie's mom raising her brows while looking at Pie.

"Mom.." Said Pie hiding her face in her palms.

" Okay.. enough of talking.. Its a big day for you.  you can't get late.. go and get fresh, meanwhile I will get your breakfast ready"
Said Pie's mom holding her shoulders slowly pushing her towards her room.

Kim came out of the lift.She had worn a black colored shirt paired with light blue skinny denims with brown shoes.

She looked around the floor and got a strange feeling when she found most of the women in all shades of green and blue color.

Many Poeple had chocolates and roses of all different colors kept on thier desks.

Kim entered her cabin and was surprised to see her table flooded with all types of big and small bouquets of red roses.

"Seriously!!! what the..." Kim threw her bag on the couch, opened het cabin's door and peeped out

"Jazz. will you please come in for a moment"  said Kim in an agitated voice

Jazz had worn an light orange colored pensil dress which flaunted her alluring figure very well.

" No chance Jazz!!!! She is wearing Black today, does not even look in good mood.. I guess you very well know what does black stand for..?" Said Jazz's neighbour  looking at latter's face with pursed lips.

Jazz's face suddenly got gloomy and she slowly hid the box of chocolates in her drawer which she had got to gift Kim.

Jazz entered the cabin and was taken aback to see Kim's table

" Yeah .. Even I felt the same" Kim said to jazz  with her hands kept on her waist while noticing latter's expressions.

"Jazz can you please help me clean this mess" said Kim in requesting voice.

" Yeah sure Kim." Said Jazz while collecting the bouquets one by one quickly.

Kim checked her phone

" Hey Yam.. "  said Kim recieving the call

" Happy valentine's Day Kim" said yam
in a thrilled voice

Kim checked the digital clock kept on her table to reconfirm the date..
 Ohh. today is 14th Feb!!!!

" Kim.. are you there??" Asked yam when there was no response from other end

" Yes.. yam...I am sorry . I was bit muddled up" said Kim

" So what are the plans for tonight?"

" Nothing special...I have few new projects lined up so need to do some study for that"  said Kim with a sigh

" Ohh.. you are so boring Kim.. never mind you are spending your evening with me then. " Said yam in an authoritative voice

" But yam..."

" No more excuses Kim.. you owe me a wish.. remember?"

Kim suddenly remember how she missed Yam's birthday and promised to make it up to her.

"Alright..Yam..as you wish" said Kim in a defeating tone

" Great then I will wait for you in Cafe Squisito" said Yam in excitment

" Yeah sure ..see you there in the evening"

How unfortunate I am that I didnt even get the chance to ask my beloved to be My Valentine!!! Kim thought to herself as she felt a lump in .

Kim checked the phone it was a call from an unknown number.

" Hello.. Kimhan speaking" said Kim receiving the phone.

" Kim. Where are you? I have been waiting for you since morning" said a sweet voice from the other end

Kim felt a sudden rush of blood towards her heart when she heard this sweet voice

" Hey..Pie... I am sorry... I got stuck in some work" said Kim rubbing her nape line

" Ohh.. I am sorry Kim If I disturbed you" said pie in a low tone

" No Pie. It's perfectly fine."
" Actually Kim..." Pie stopped while talking

" What is it Pie?" Asked Kim warmly

" Kim..It's a big day for me and I am really feeling diffident alone..and your presence can act like a reinforcement to me" said Pie in a low tone

Ohh..my sweet Pie.. how easily you speak out your heart to me.. Kim's eyes softened in affection

" I will surely be there for you Pie" said Kim

" Thanks Kim, 'I will wait for you'" said Pie in excitement.

Kim immediately collected her car keys and her wallet and left for the cafe.

Kim entered the cafe and found Pie sitting on latter's favorite table.

Pie was wearing a red colored turtle neck top paired with black colored A line skirt with her hair tied in a high pony.

Kim reached to Pie, quietly sat in front of her resting her hands on the table, watching latter with a constant glare

"Kim.. you came " said Pie with a smile

" How do you do this every time?" Said Kim in a defeated voice
