Kim was completely baffled to see Pie standing at her door.

She couldn't understand what to feel, should she be delighted to see the love of her life has first time come to her house or she should feel sad about the fact that she has lost her.

Pii immediately reached out to  Kim

" Kim I can handle this.. you go and attend your guests. I will receive her" said Pii hushing in Kim's ears while Kim was still standing stunned looking at Pie.

Kim came back to earth on listening Pii

Deep down in her heart Kim knew that she can't stop loving Pie how much soever she tried and she always yearned for a chance to be close to her.

" No Pii I have to face the truth, how long will I keep running away from her?" Said Kim while her eyes still frozen on Pie 

" Are you sure, you can handle this?" Said Pii in a concerned voice tapping Kim's shoulder.

" I dont know Pii." Said Kim with a sigh
Pii took the wine glasses from Kim hands 

" Go now , she is standing there since long"

Kim moved close to Pie and kept standing there motionless, being completely clueless what to do

Pie felt someone's presence near her.
She immediately recognized Kim's  cologne.

" Happy Birthday Kim" Pie said with a cute smile on her face

Kim couldn't resists her heart melt while looking at Pie's innocent face.

" Thank you Pie" she answered in a gentle tone.

" How did you get to know about it?"

" You are forgetting the fact that we even have the contract to deliver birthday cakes for your company employees" Pie said raising her left brow

" Ohhh.. Yes .." Kim connected the dots.

"Here's your Birthday gift.." Pie handed over the packet to Kim

"Thank you so much Pie..." Kim said with a half smile taking the packet from Pie.

" Hey Kim who is this beautiful lady , I haven't met her before" said Kim's Dad moving towards them.

"Dad.. she is Pie" said Kim introducing Pie to her dad

"Hello Sir " said Pie with a nod

" Ohh... So you are Pie" 

"Dad you know her" Kim asked in surprise.

" Yes tiger.. today morning when you left for you room, you forgot your phone on the dinning table , at the same time there was an incoming call from an unknown number,"

" so I happened to receive it and heard  sweet voice from the other end wishing you Happy Birthday."

" And this sweet voice introduced herself as Pie saying she is your friend " 

"So I invited her to your Birthday party" said Pie's Dad with a affirmation

" Thanks Dad" said Kim passing a smile to her dad.

" Will you make her stand at the door whole night?" Asked Kim's Dad raising a brow

"Ohh. Sorry..Please Come inside Pie"said   Kim gaving a little pat on her forehead 

Kim felt a strange joy when pie locked latter's upper arm with her right hand.

Kim was being willfully ignorant , the only thing she wanted to believe was that her sweet Pie was in her house very close to her.

"Hey Kim.. won't you introduce us to your new friend" Said Zee pointing to Pie

" She is Pie one of my important clients.." said Kim introducing Pie to her friends while pointing her left hand towards Pie.

Pie immediately folded her white cane and kept it in her bag to free her left hand.

Zee moved close to Pie took her left hand and kissed it
" Nice to meet you Pie. I am Zee" said Zee in a flirtatious tone
